Your room shakes. I have never experienced something like this. From what I can tell there are a lot of staff that stay on site however they do absolutely nothing to control the people and noise. I've had to ask people twice You can walk in the front door since its never closed. They cared more about if I'm wearing their communal shoes, which I refused since they are too small and EVERYONE USES THE SAME SHOES, than the actual experience of people staying here. I wasn't told what they have available to offer. They have a restaurant and a bar for example or if they can help booking a trip or something. It's okay to be somewhat friendly, but its a business. I've stayed in many many hostels over the years but because of the noise I will never recommend this place if they value sleeping in peace. And its so dumb and shows a lack of care because soundproofing doors are really cheap. Also the bathrooms on the floors for shared rooms don't have entrance doors so you can hear literally everything that happens in there. Instead you will listen to evey single footstep and exploding doors until 4 or 5 am after which it usually quiets down until someone wakes up and starts the bombing again. It's very obvious that staff and management have accepted this noise and don't care. But if you care about that do not stay here.
