I requested a room on a higher floor and was happy to receive on with a beautiful view of the Bay Area. The room was clean and very comfortable. It was worth the price.

I had a lovely time staying here. The view from my balcony was amazing. My room overlooked the ocean , it was so full of life and excitement. I could see the ships, yachts and all the water sports. In the night the view was even more spectacular with all the buildings being lit with colorful lights. The room was really spacious, but a little older and a slight smell but as soon as the room was opened it was fine.I especially loved the his and hers bathroom sinks. The cleaner cleaned the room every day and changed towels etc. The breakfast is good, could use a little more western options but it is in no way lacking. The staff are really helpful and kind. They helped set up my friends birthday surprise in her bedroom . The pool has a great view, nice place to chill at night. The only issue I had here is that there were no umbrellas available during the day to cover the pool chairs.

I always enjoy my stay at Wingate . The staff is friendly, and. helpful . The service is immaculate , not to to mention the delicious breakfast ( which has a variety western and Chinese options ) The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the beach and duty free mall. The location is great . It’s close to bars and the beach ( if you enjoy the night life ). The ambience at the pool is superb! With options for afternoon tea and Chinese bbq.

Nice hotel, customer oriented staff! Good breakfasts! Large children's play area with lots of toys and books. Very clean hotel, but some rooms have a damp smell. They upgraded our room, thank you very much! They brought baby slippers and bath accessories for my daughter! The only big negative about the rooms when you are traveling with a child is the open toilets (blinds instead of regular doors). Large swimming pool, two restaurants. They gave us a dozen fresh oysters. Wonderful view from the room!

Great location, nice city view, large bathtub on the balcony and breakfast served till 1pm. The room has no fridge but one can be requested, ice is an issue as they only will give you a bag saying their ice machine is too small as an excuse. The staff at the hotel are clueless, nobody knows how to do anything and give you attitude, very disrespectful, difficult to deal with and infuriating. Had our breakfast table cleaned when we went to the bathroom including our personal belongings and room key, when staff couldn’t locate our belongings we found them after we dug around in the rubbish. Horrible experience overall. My wife was not so impressed with her birthday getaway to say the least.

Great location! Where else can you get a getaway feel right in the city! Worth it for this reason alone. Breakfast is decent and the beach accommodations are nice. There is not really a gym. Only one treadmill which didn't work when I was there. Pool is beautiful but a little bit cold. Jacuzzi thing is sorta nasty.

This trip to Sanya, I checked the travel photography and saw this fairy-level smart hotel. I decided to check in and experience it. It's really amazing. Stayed 3 nights here. Checking in was efficient and we also communicated with staff Wendy if we had any queries. She was fast and polite in responding to us. We booked a cozy king room. Some of our view was obstructed by some construction works going on next to our hotel so its recommended to upgrade to a better room if you want full sea view! Overall was a good and happy stay. Convenient to the night market and a mall but had to do some walking. Not very near to the beach, need some walking :) We also enjoyed the simple afternoon tea provided complimentary by the hotel.
