酒店的位置非常棒，正宗的，在三亞的遊艇碼頭旁邊，在酒店的房間就可以看到一大片的遊艇停靠在這裏，如果想要玩遊艇的也可以直接跟房主聯繫，可以幫拿到優惠價還可以下樓，在沿着遊艇碼頭這一條路散步。海風吹來非常的涼爽，沿路邊也有很多美麗的座位，可以坐在這裏休息，欣賞遊艇碼頭。喜歡購物的女士住在這裏，真的是太方便了，酒店旁邊就是非常非常大的中年免税店，這裏從服裝到化粧品一應俱全，可以在這裏逛一天，非常的便宜，有很多特價的化粧品，保養品75折，5折以及臨近到期的保養品，還有打4折的。我對奢侈品沒有什麼興趣，有興趣的在這裏買表和包也是非常棒的體驗，除了酒店走800米就到了第一市場，我們連續在這裏吃了兩天的海鮮，真的非常好吃，新鮮，吃完了還可以從第一市場沿着河濱大道散步回酒店，也是一種享受，風景非常的優美。我真的太太喜歡這裏的地理位置了，停車場也非常大，租車的朋友不用擔心沒有停車位。過夜是暫時，但是可以問房主要10塊的減免券，不限次數的使用每一次停車費都可以減免10元。酒店也很安全，每一次上樓電梯都是需要刷房卡才能開啟的，不用按樓層衹要刷了卡自動就會到達所住的樓層，非常的方便及安全，在這裏還可以看得到鹿回頭公園，我們到達鹿回頭公園也能看得到酒店，真的是地理位置超棒。

很值得稱讚的一家店，房間整潔乾淨，給人好舒服的感覺，房間衞生都是一客一打掃，乾淨舒適，位置優越，吃喝玩樂很方便，房間乾淨，採光很好，24小時熱水，下次來這邊遊玩還住這裏呀。

這次來三亞旅遊，主要是為了媽媽高興，長者家身體還點不舒服就帶她出來放鬆放鬆，讓長者感受一下跟北方不一樣的氣候，評價一個公寓好壞，不是房間大小，而是一來到這家公寓給人的感覺就特別放心，靠譜，老闆非常貼心，也理解我們的辛苦，畢竟有長者嗎，跟老闆一接觸，讓我們放下了一切擔心，也沒有壓力了，老闆介紹我們去了幾個適合長者玩的景區，挺好的，長者也特別開心，這次來三亞挺值得的，感謝房東啦
