Sonesta ES Suites San Antonio Northwest Medical Center

Northwest San Antonio
The hotel was located well for our needs. Parking was good with ample spaces. Overall hotel was a little older on the interior, could use some updating. The elevator was usable but scary. Jerked to a stop at every floor and sat for a few seconds before locking into place with another hard jerk. Breakfast was your typical scrambled eggs, that could have been powdered initially, basic sausage breads waffles cereal etc etc, nothing special. Room itself was clean although dated. Air conditioner cooled and warmed well but was very noisy, hard to hear the television at times over it. Toilet seat was broken in the bathroom and barely attached to the base. Shower handle had to be manipulated to get it to the hot sitting. Overall I would give the hotel a 6 out of 10 for the overall experience.

The room was very clean, and had everything we needed. The price was good. The location was easy access to the freeway and very close to downtown. Breakfast was offered.

Nice big room but awkward arrangement with NO dresser drawers. Large walk in closet with very narrow door and NO light, so clothes stayed in the suitcases on the floor for entire trip. Grab bar in shower was on the wrong side, between toilet and shower so impossible to use getting in and out. Busy place, 100% occupied with only 1 elevator operational. Small but nice outdoor pool, tiny hot tub. Good breakfast, great valets.

Hotel location is very good, although the room is a little small, but value for money, including breakfast, the price is also very good, like breakfast with fresh apples and bananas, hot tea coffee during the day, small daisy tea at night, can Said to be very intimate. The hot water is very strong, the bed is very comfortable, I was worried that it would be a tide before, and the result is not, sleep well! Overall, the waiters are very polite and enthusiastic

Aiden San Antonio Riverwalk

San Antonio City Center
A relatively cost-effective hotel, about 7 minutes to the Riverwalk. The hotel offers a villapark for US$20 per day. Room service will not be proactively provided during your stay. If you need cleaning services, you must proactively request and pay for them. The room size is good and has a coffee machine. It is worth staying.
