Lots of different nationalities made a great change to mix with other like minded people and only 2 minutes from lovely beach. Will definitely return here. "We recently stayed for a week as a family. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, can’t complain. We did all inclusive one of the days which was good. The grounds and hotel itself it’s nice and clean. The pools games the children loved. We stayed for he entertainment one evening which was enjoyable. Staff all helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was on check out, I asked to use a shower prior to our flight home, which was on the evening. I was told we can use the spa facilities. We headed down and the whole place was absolutely wet through, there were not one single room dry to enable us to get dressed, also no towels (which I would have thought was a given) it was also absolutely red hot down there. Just generally very uncomfortable. I think maybe offering a room would be better, which is what we have been provided in other hotels."

"The hotel is based at the nice location, modern,clean and spacy. Good value for money. I would definitely recommend if it wasn't for loud entertainment all the time. I'm half way through my stay and already exhausted. Banging loud microphone screaming entertainers every evening until 11 pm, unable to hold a conversation even at the balcony's apartment, unable to watch a movie indoors with the apartment balcony doors closed, unable to read a book. Non stop music at the pool, loud also, can't even get a nap at the hotel room during the day. If I wanted to go to Ibiza or Magaluf to party hard with no sleep I would. Management please take note! Volume adjustment and letting people relax at your hotel should be you priority, not overwhelming your guests with loud noise at all times. I would not return here only because of that! Otherwise I would recommend it!"

"CM Mallorca Palace is a fantastic hotel and definitely worthy of 5 stars. The location is great, a few minutes from the beach and local shops. All staff are friendly and helpful and the food really good quality. The hotel is so clean and the entertainment in the evening excellent. There are also exercise classes you can take part in and I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics. Really enthusiastic staff. We had a ground floor room which looked out to the pool and the room was lovely. The local bus service is excellent and the bus stop directly outside the hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again."

"Unfortunately, we look back very disappointed on our stay at this resort. While the staff appeared friendly, the overall experience fell far below the expectations we had for an all-inclusive holiday. The apartments are very outdated and clearly in need of renovation. The beds in particular were extremely hard and uncomfortable, which resulted in a poor night's sleep. In addition, the food was very disappointing. The buffet was often lukewarm or cold and lacked both flavor and variety. For an all-inclusive resort, we expected a much higher standard of quality. When we raised our concerns with management, the only solution offered was a different mattress. No further effort, understanding, or compensation was provided, which we found very disappointing from a customer service perspective. Considering the overall price-quality ratio, we would not recommend this resort."

"I visited Protur Badia Aparthotel at the start of October and stayed for a week. We arrived around 13:00 and our room was ready. The room was clean, had air conditioning and was a good size. It had a fridge, microwave and a safety box, it didn't have a kettle, which us British people do like, but it really wasn't a problem. The hotel was great, we always found somewhere to sit for our meals and evening entertainment. The food and drinks provided were good/OK. For the evening meals they always had a themed dinner and then a standard dinner, which changed everyday. Personally I thought the food was ok (my husband thought it was amazing) but I thought it was a bit bland and predictable, none of the dishes blew my taste buds, but I understand that we weren't eating at a Michelin star restaurant. There were cold drink and coffee machines, where you could get a drink throughout the day. The pool was a great size with lots of sunbeds, there are signs which stated that no one could use the sunbeds till 09:00 and we never had a problem. There is the main pool, baby pool and mini kids splash pool at the hotel, but you also have access to a bigger splash pool which I would recommend. My only negative comment would be that the pools, including the children's and splash pools, were really cold. I only swam in the hotel pool once due to this. Our son who is 1.5 years old didn't like pools and he would only walk up to his ankles ! We went to the beach which is a 5 minute walk and I found the sea water warmer than the pools. This isn't a negative comment, just feedback. We knew before we arrived, that the hotel is primarily catered for German guests. This didn't affect our holiday at all, the children's disco which lasts 30 minutes isn't done in English, but we couldn't care less and neither could our son as he was busy dancing. Also the entertainment stopped at 10. The only reason why I wouldn't stay again, would be the cold pools, other than that good hotel, amazing staff and ok food."
