Stayed many times, very nice hotel with swimming pool, kids love it very much. Dinner at the hotel, very satisfied, delicious meals and good service. Although the facilities are not new, they are clean and undamaged. The rooms are quiet and comfortable.

I'll start with the things I liked. The breakfast buffet. It was nice to have a quick way to get a good breakfast at the hotel. The decorating in the lobby was very nice. Now the not to nice parts: The room was cramped with 2 queen-sized beds. (Though it did have a refrigerator and kettle.) I opened the curtains to be surprised by shredded sheers. The wi-fi was very poor. The access is not handicap accessible. The front steps did not have a railing. The ramp was great for luggage, but would not have accommodated a wheelchair. (I have bad knees and use a cane.) They seems understaffed. A common problem throughout our trip. But the staff was helpful. They acknowledged the torn sheers and have plans to replace them all.

We came away on a short vacation and were recommended this hotel by family. We were not disappointed! The service was great, the spa was wonderful and the beds were super comfy. The variety at continental breakfast was pretty good and the staff were lovely. Definitely recommend them!

The lake view room is very good, the sparsely populated water is very clear, suitable for emptying. When it rains, the lake is dark, and the sky is blue without filters when the sun is out.

The hotel has a very old architectural style. I like it very much. The room facilities are not bad. The highlight is that the location is really good. It is very close to the city government garden and the lake. The front desk service of the hotel is very good. Help I put the suitcase in the room on the 2nd floor. The hotel's outdoor hot spring is very good, and it is very comfortable to soak in the evening. If there is a problem that needs to be improved, it is that I can't check in early at all, and my order includes 2 breakfasts, but The hotel seemed to be completely unclear, so I ran back to the room to check the order on my mobile phone, and I also ordered the wrong type of breakfast. All in all, it was a pleasant stay experience!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family including an infant. Room was pretty spacious. Staff was friendly.
Unfortunately, there seems to be bed bugs or dust mites on the floor carpet as I got plenty of bites around my ankle. Went ahead to inform the front desk but I was told that there were absolutely no bed bugs in the hotel. Overall room is ok except for the cleanliness.

Very suitable to choose where to stay, the parking lot needs to be booked in advance, the front desk service attitude is really good, you can walk to the Polynesian Spa, the location is very good, not far from the Government Garden. Not a one time stay, it is a recommended hotel.

Clean modern spacious good people friendly and helpful staff Kitchens are a great size lots of room to move around this establishment is spread over multiple buildings each with there own facilities. ie tv rooms kitchen many activities to do in each has a laundry. Lounge rooms are incredibly comfortable with bean bags sofas and large chairs. This was a lovely little spot, good location and easy walking distance to the park and water in the nearby surrounds. Doesn’t cost too much in u era to travel to local attractions and there’s even a free geothermal park within 10-15 mins walk. Hotel was tidy, a bit dated and definitely ‘budget’ but serves its purpose. Take your own chrome cast if you want to stream things in the tv as it doesn’t have this function in-built.

We came across this wonderful place by accident booking last minute during our travels in NZ, so lucky! and decided to book an extra night because we loved it so much! Danny and Mable are the loveliest hosts who helped us with our planning activities and spoiled us rotten. The breakfast is absolutely amazing: Mabel makes beautiful creations with fruit and delicious dishes with local products, avocado and flowers from her own garden. Their personal touch makes this B&B an absolute highlight and we definitely recommend to stay if given the chance. Many thanks!!

GGuest UserOur stay was fabulous. We had a spa room which was also fantastic even though it was chilly outside. It was well worth it. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable and it had everything we needed. My husband's only complaint was there were no sky channels available and we needed our own netflix etc. accounts. We did have to fight for parking even though there was parking straight outside the rooms and some people coming with more than one vehicle per room. (Hubby has lung issues so needed close parking), otherwise we thoroughly loved it - thank you.

NNur RuzannaVery clean, has everything you need. Wasn’t able to check in by 630pm, called them in advance to inform and arranged for a self check in. Emily was very kind, explained the steps over the phone, and texted again just as a reminder. Self check in was very easy and convenient. Instructions were attached with the key, documents were neatly placed in the room.
Only downside was it wasn’t very close to the supermarket/shops, probably about 15min walk, but it was raining so took us 20min. Driving would have been better.
Please note there’s no lift, so we had to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor.
Overall, would come back again, it was still a great stay!

Despite being busy, she delivered an exceptional service to us and even to the other customers. We will definitely come back for the service, though the hotel needs some TLC.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our time here. The rooms aren't huge but they're well appointed and well decorated. The locations is excellent, we walked to breakfast, lunch and dinner most days. It's also just a few minutes from the lakefront. The staff was really friendly and they have a good wine selection inside. We would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserWas one if the cheaper options for our dates, we were pleasantly surprised. It looked and smelt new, had elevators to our floor. Room was small but practical, had fridge and jug. Bed was a double and quite small and for some reason seemed short but we slept OK. Very clean and well kept. Had small full length widow that looked into small atrium of the other rooms. Only negative was when the toilet was flushed, a sewerage smell came up through the drain. Easy parking, bottle store and restaurant on site but didnt use. Situated almost opposite luge. Had a car so location to town was not an issue, however, there were fast food outlets within walking distance that we noticed anyway. Overall, was good for our needs and would stay again.

GGuest UserIt is a very convenient inn, close to the center where the bus departure and arrival are held and the night market is held.
The shared part such as the kitchen was quite beautiful.
I think the room depends on how the person in the room uses it, but I think it is a beautiful inn for backpackers.
It is the impression that there were many people who made a lot of noise in the room until late time, probably because there were many use of young people.
There was a little problem with payment.
I paid in advance and my credit was withdrawn properly, but I was charged again at check-in. The manager refunded me.
It is said that the cause is the lack of cooperation between the inn and the affiliated company, but I think it is better to confirm it firmly on the day of check-in even if it is paid in advance. When I contacted Trip.com, he responded immediately even though it was midnight. Thank you.

XXIANGIt is a motorhome and campground. It seems to be very popular in New Zealand. When you arrive at a holiday, the family rents a RV and runs around. The scattered spots are few people, so you can only play like this. There is a public kitchen with tableware, but it is less than the seasonings. Bathing is going to go all the way to the open air, and the hot springs are also. The hot springs are not bad, it feels like the door to hell, but of course there is no such landscape. In fact, the door to hell is just a good place to go shopping, so the meaning of the bubble is not so big.
