"This hotel offers great value for money. The room was spotlessly clean and well-arranged. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and enthusiastically recommended sightseeing routes, which saved us a lot of time. Our entire experience was excellent. The hotel has its own parking lot, and there's a hundred-meter flower wall nearby, perfect for photos. The location is superb, very close to the attractions we wanted to visit, and we could just walk there. I genuinely recommend it!"

"In short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha."

"Guomao Building, a well-established four-star hotel in Hengdian, was my choice for a two-night stay during the Chinese New Year, and I had a fantastic experience. First off, the service was incredibly warm and attentive. The security guard at the entrance proactively helped with my luggage, and the front desk staff not only offered a complimentary children's meal but also provided a detailed guide to the film and television city. These thoughtful gestures, showing genuine care for guests, were truly heartwarming. Secondly, the room facilities were spotless. Despite the hotel having been in operation for some years, the cleanliness standards have not wavered. All amenities were well-maintained and fully functional, and the room temperature was set perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight. In addition to the standard offerings, they served local specialties like 'Mai Jiao' (wheat dumplings) and 'Mi Guo' (rice cakes). It wasn't just filling; it offered a taste of local culture too."

"The location of the hotel is good. There are many delicious shops and food stalls right outside the hotel. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and the atmosphere is good. The decoration is relatively simple and elegant, and the room is clean and tidy. The bed is very soft, and the small items reflect the attentiveness. The teapot, teacup, black tea and green tea are all quite exquisite. The breakfast is good, not much, but there is freshly cooked food, etc. The laundry room has a dryer and a small gym. Good review, extend your stay for another day"

"Come out to play with friends. This hotel is in the city center. I have decided to have the most basic room type. I live outside mainly because I am clean. The check-in experience is particularly good. The front desk is very warm and warm. Order takeaway can be delivered to the room. Looking at their lobby, the atmosphere is very heavy, giving people a feeling of going home, especially good, will choose their home next time. YYeyexinxinThe hotel is very large, with many things to do, such as playing golf, riding a sightseeing car, making Song-style tea, and picking vegetables. It is especially suitable for short walks with children! What is particularly surprising is that there is also a large book bar where you can do homework and read quietly. In addition, I have to praise the hotel's own restaurant. The Dongyang clay pot chicken is well cooked, and the vegetables are all fresh organic vegetables. The fried potatoes with onions are amazing. The two children who don't like vegetables snatched them up in minutes like a gust of wind.

GGuest UserDespite the amenities being a bit dated, my stay at Hengdian Yihe Hotel (Qinwang Palace Dream Branch) was thoroughly enjoyable and I would not hesitate to give it a good rating.
The hotel's greatest strength is its unbeatable location. It's very close to the Qin Palace and Qingming Shang He Tu scenic spots, which is incredibly convenient for exploring. While the furnishings are older, the entire property is very well-maintained and clean.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, particularly the receptionist. She was incredibly friendly and patient, answering all our questions and offering excellent recommendations for attractions. Another nice touch was the unlimited supply of bottled water provided by the hotel.
For dining options, we found several Halal Lanzhou noodle shops within a 1.5km to 5km radius. Getting around was easy and affordable using Didi.
If you prioritise modern, luxurious rooms, this might not be for you. But if you value a prime location, cleanliness, and outstandingly friendly service, this hotel is an excellent choice.

3320043****The location is great, and the room is large, over 40 square meters. However, the facilities are quite old. There were bugs crawling around the bathroom sink and the induction cooktop by the entrance. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and the washing machine didn't work.
The most terrifying thing was the first night of our stay. In the middle of the night, someone (a woman, maybe a hotel staff member?) suddenly knocked on our door. I was half asleep and didn't realize it was someone knocking on our door. A moment later, they swiped their card and let me in. I was terrified. I asked who it was, and she immediately apologized for the mistake and left. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep all night. I couldn't sleep well the next day either, constantly worried someone might break in.
This hotel isn't a single-story building; it's part of a high-rise complex housing several other hotels. Downstairs is quite convenient, with plenty of food and drink options. It's in a central location in Hengdian.
