"In short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha."

"This Orange Crystal hotel, newly opened in 2025, definitely has top-notch decor and facilities. However, it seems to be an old building that's been renovated, so it doesn't hold up to close scrutiny.
The reason for not giving a full 5 stars is the hygiene; I simply can't give it a perfect score. As soon as you get upstairs, there's a strange smell in the hallway. The cleanliness in the room could be improved, and the same goes for the restaurant… you could clearly see water stains, oil stains, and wipe marks on the placemats and tabletops.
Let's talk about the 15% discount on tickets. It's a pretty good promotion, but only adult tickets were eligible for the discount, with no children's tickets available for purchase. If you wanted the 15% off, you had to buy adult tickets for everyone. Later, I realized that a 1-adult-1-child annual pass was the most cost-effective option, so people can choose based on their own situation. After comparing prices across various platforms, we found a coupon on Trip.com and ended up buying a package deal there.
The bar area in the room deserves a special mention! You can enjoy making your own pour-over coffee, and the tea set also adds a nice touch. The amenities in a new hotel are indeed quite good.
Suggestion: The air conditioning in the elevator and the hallway leading to the restaurant could be turned up; it felt a bit stuffy."

"We were traveling to Hengdian with our elderly children and family. We were light sleepers and didn't want to stay in a scenic area, so we chose Kaiyuan, which we found quite pleasant. However, the scenic area is over a half-hour drive away.
Facilities: Newly opened, the amenities are well-matched for this price range, with everything you need. The hotel also has a laundry room, which is even better with room service—it's a real plus in the summer.
Cleanliness: Cleaning was meticulous, and the maid even folded our clothes.
Ambient: River view, surrounded by residential areas, not noisy.
Service: Excellent. We even gave our children mooncakes during our National Day stay.
I especially want to praise the hotel's restaurant: generous portions, delicious food, and excellent service."

They are always available to answer any questions you may have and will also give you some travel tips. The hotel is in a great location, with Qin Palace right next to it. Diagonally across the street, Qin Palace, Along the River During Qingming Festival, and Dream Valley are not far away. In other words, the hotel is also very close to these scenic spots. There are many Hanfu museums nearby. It is very convenient for sisters who want to rent clothes and do makeup. The center is less than 2 kilometers away. After eating and taking a walk, you can walk back to the hotel."

"A wonderfully pleasant guesthouse! Quiet and soothing! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and cozy. My friends and I were all very satisfied with our stay. The little tent smelled wonderful, and the kids loved it. The staff were very helpful in recommending great restaurants, and we didn't disappoint – they were delicious! The courtyard was lovely, with birdsong and blooming flowers, white and yellow – so beautiful. We booked a barbecue in the courtyard; the aroma of flowers filled the air, and the atmosphere was fantastic!"

"Chose this place for a trip with my friend, and overall, I'm super satisfied! Here's my honest review.
The staff here are incredibly enthusiastic. As soon as we walked in, the front desk greeted us warmly. Check-in was quick and easy, and when we had questions, they patiently explained everything. They even proactively told us about nearby restaurants and shopping spots, which was a really thoughtful touch.
We booked a twin room, and the space was perfectly adequate, not cramped at all. Both beds were impeccably clean, and the mattress and pillows were just the right firmness – so relaxing after a long day of exploring. The entire room was meticulously cleaned; there wasn't a speck of dust in any corner. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, all toiletries were provided, and hot water was available instantly.
The room had excellent natural light, but the blackout curtains worked perfectly, so we could sleep in without being bothered by the morning sun. The Wi-Fi was stable, and the air conditioning worked great. We could even lay out both our suitcases without feeling cramped. The table and chairs were sufficient, making it comfortable to sit and chat.
The soundproofing was good; we barely heard any noise from the hallway, so we slept soundly through the night. The surrounding area has plenty of food and drink options nearby, making it very convenient to go out for a stroll. For this price, the cleanliness and service are truly excellent value.
It's suitable for staying with friends or family. The service is attentive, and the hygiene is top-notch. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit and sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling!"

Service: The service is quite good. Breakfast is simple, not buffet style but pre-made, served in a small area next to the lobby. Room service is also available.
Facilities: Poor soundproofing 😦

"The location is good. The hotel interior desires really nice or decorate by antique furniture and the lighting is very nice. You can take a lot of photo in the ground floor and corridor.
The room is the same as what I see in the website decoration is nice and clean. We went in May and the weather is hot and the hotel air condition is this is good enough. We got upgraded to bigger room and the washroom is very big.
The receptionist and or the hotel butler ( I forgot adked her name) is very friendly and helpful. I would like to said thank you to her.
The hotel provided free breakfast. It tastes good. We lived 2 nights and they very early in the morning that we cannot catch up the breakfast time. The hotel butler prepared takeout for us so that we can have it in airport. The breakfast included congee, homemade sausage, fruit, milk. It all tasted good.
I definitely will recommend to all my friend. I will book again when I come back.."

Hygienic: There are cigarette butts on the hanger, and there are also unhygienic places on the pole at the head of the bed.
Facilities: The room is quite big. If there is a hook for hanging clothes outside the shower glass door, there is nowhere to put the clothes that can be changed after taking a shower. It is very convenient to have a laundry room on the top floor.

Anonymous UserThe transportation around the homestay is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to go to the Yuanmingyuan, and it takes about 10 minutes to go to the major scenic spots of Hengdian. It is very suitable for avoiding the world and relaxing. The public facilities are complete, chess and card room, KTV, swimming pool, tea room, fishing, everything is worth the price!

The room is generally OK, it is parent-child friendly, the front desk lady is very good, seriously say two problems: first: there is a problem with the bathroom design, the bathroom is completely flooded, the drainage is not good, and the water is very slow. Second: the sound insulation of the windows on the side of the road is very poor. There is no difference between closing and opening. There is a garbage truck singing at four o'clock in the morning. The surrounding popular attractions have been traffic jams, and the car is very loud.

Entering the interior of the homestay, the layout of the room has a unique creativity. Some rooms are decorated in log style, giving people a feeling of returning to nature. The quality of the bedding is not bad, it is more comfortable to sleep, and can give tired travelers a better rest. However, there is room for improvement in some details. For example, the number of sockets in the room is slightly insufficient, and charging is a bit inconvenient for passengers with many electronic devices in modern society.
