Location is very convenient, has a few malls close by.
Washroom has a stinky smell everyday. They are not very clean. Some used glasses/ cups outside another room's door was still there for 2 days.
Receptionists at night time don't even speak proper English so it's not very professional.
But for convenience its fine.
It's suitable for business trips. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Everything else is pretty good. It has a coffee machine and an electric kettle. It's a 10-minute drive from the airport. It's right next to the Richmond Center, shopping malls, skytrain stations, and parks. If you want to rent a car, park at the entrance of the garage first. Temporary parking (check in) is on the first floor. After checking in, you can park on the second, third and fifth floors. You can directly open the door from the garage floor with your room card to enter the second, third and fifth floors of the hotel, and then swipe your card as the check-in floor.

Stayed one night here. It said free airport pickup for each half an hour. I had however waited for an hour before being picked up. The name of the hotel was displayed on an A4 paper pasted on the van, not easy to identify unlike other hotels'.
Apart from this, I am satisfied with this hotel. The room is cozy, clean. I love most the location where there're many restaurants (especially Chinese) and supermarkets around. Staff polite nad helpful.

About a 20 minute drive from the airport and close to the bus station. The owner is kind, the room was clean and everything you needed was available. The owner was also always available and was able to give recommendations for things to do in Vancouver. The only improvement I would give is more options for breakfast but the main area was comfortable. Overall, great experience with zero issues.

The environment is very quiet, very comfortable, the room is very clean, the hall can also be seated, look at the community scenery outside, complete the feeling of how to come to Vancouver life is. Very comfortable and slow, and there is a lot of coffee tea in the kitchen.
If I want to come again, I will definitely come back to this [ Quiet House ] It's great.

Floor heating and air conditioning system. The two rooms are equipped with Queen size double beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, and table lamps. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair care, lotion, and hand soap. The living room has a sofa, TV, dining table, dining chairs, refrigerator, hot water kettle, coffee, tea, washing machine and dryer. Please note that cooking is not allowed in the room! It is only a 10-minute drive from YVR International Airport and a 20-minute drive to downtown Vancouver. There are many restaurants nearby, including Chinese, Western, and fast food. It takes 5 minutes to get to the bus station and the skytrain station.
In addition to the difficulty when checking in, if you encounter a hotel without a front desk for the first time, you must call and tell them your email address. Then the hotel will send you a check-in message, and then you can check in online to get the room number and room password. . Thanks to Ctrip's help, otherwise I really wouldn't be able to check in. What's even more exaggerated is that the hotel service phone is not answered manually. Why is it so mysterious? I can't understand them. However, the room is really big, clean and comfortable. It has a water view at the entrance and is very quiet. It also has a full set of kitchen utensils. However, the air conditioner is too loud and there is no water in the room. This is a shortcoming, but the price is still quite suitable. Yes, it’s only 1,800. It’s nice to have free parking at the door. It’s also very convenient to get to the scenic spots. You can walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, which is pretty good.

Perfect
GGuest UserI have been traveling around the United States and Canada for more than 7 months, and this accommodation is simply a perfect end to this trip! Julie is simply the embodiment of a perfect housekeeper. The whole house is clean and there is nothing wrong with it. The bathroom supplies and bedding are mainly white, and the quality is very good! The bed is very, very comfortable, and the quiet area is so good to sleep at night! Fruits and breakfast focus on health, and guests can choose from a freezer of food! There are tea and coffee, and coffee has two ways to brew capsules and coffee powder! Mineral water is always where you can get it, and any cooking water is filtered water! There are also Julie's braised eggs, braised pork can be put in noodles, which is simply delicious 😋! Needless to say, the location, Richmond is a small place. Turn to No. 3 Road a few hundred meters from here. Remember that all the delicious restaurants are on No. 3 Road, and all the delicious Chinese food is Richmond! After winter, I will return to Vancouver and I will choose here again, but I have to make an appointment in advance, because it is always full!
Ee.escapadesFairmont Vancouver Airport is a great place to stay if you have a fairly long layover. A decent 5 hours and more layover would warrant your stay in the hotel for obvious reason to fully utilise the 5 star amenities in the hotel. What I love about this hotel is the ideal location of being in the airport itself which saves plenty of time from commuting and gives you plenty of rest before your next flight. Not going to be afraid of long layover in Vancouver anymore.
GGawMy stay at Accent Inns was great! Their service and facilities were excellent - they supplied me with an umbrella when it was pouring outside, the laundry
facilities were great, the room was spotless and very comfortable. Shower, TV, fridge, AC were all really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this
hotel when taking a flight to anywhere out of Vancouver. They also have a shuttle bus every half-hour to the airport. It can't be beat!
GGuest UserOur stay was only for one night before taking an international flight. The hotel was an amazing place to get a good rest before travel. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with an incredible bathroom. There are many restaurants nearby and the local night market and outlet mall are within walking distance. The airport is just a quick 5 minute drive from the front doors. We highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay before travel.
CCrAzYd426The Hotel is very convenient, it located near Brighouse Skytrain station, about 10 minutes walking distant. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, the front desk staff is helpful. There are Richmond Centre, supermarkets, restaurants and shopping area near the hotel. The best things is that they have free shuttle to and from the airport (the shuttle bus had words of Executive Hotel and only a small logo of Surestay by Best Western, make sure don’t miss the airport free shuttle) and free breakfast, I think the variety of food is good. I’d recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThe location is great, as it's just next to the Sky Train station and also close to the airport. The size of the suite is perfect for a family of 4 like us. It is a surprise that the hotel has a indoor swimming pool with slide, kids were happy!
GGuest UserIt looks a bit filthy. First, the lady placed me into a room on the first floor… and you could see rats around the hotel at night. It’s not worth the price you pay because it looks a bit outdated and woken off. The pillows are not new, carpets require some cleaning. It’s ok for a short stay, but I m not sure if I ll consider staying there again.
AAnonymous UserFirst room given to me smells cigarette and smells really bad. I requested thru phone if there is another room available but then refused as they do not have any vacancies.
I approach lobby the check in service lady gladly given us alternative room way better than the first one we've got.
Location wise is close proximity YVR and shuttle guy is really nice.
GGuest UserLocation is fine, depending on where you want to go. The bus stop is just few steps away from the house. There is a church nearby. Opposite the house you can find a low-rise apartment.
The house and the room I stay are very clean and comfortable. The landlady is friendly and helpful. I feel safe.

It would be much more better if the specific address is listed in Trip.com for the convenience of booking. Responses are considered quick and efficient.
Recommended for single female travelers, if you are unsure of having homestay.
Aanne-zyqThis hotel is particularly suitable for overnight transfers at the Vancouver Airport. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off services and provides breakfast starting at 5:30 in the morning, which is very suitable for transfer needs. The facilities are old but it does not affect the use. There are many Chinese restaurants around
