"My hubby & i arrived past 10pm for check in. Checking in was not easy as I forgot my credit card & d front desk girl w/ an Eastern Europe accent said that she can’t check me in unless i present a credit card for a $100 deposit + resort fees. I said I paid for d room already but she won’t hear of it unless i present a cred.card. My friend volunteered to use her card for security deposit. Checked out early AM before 7am with Pramila & Anshu behind d desk to help. I informed Pramila of my cc situation & she was just so pleasantly helpful to facilitate d things i need for my upcoming check in in d next 3days. Pramila made my day. I wish there are more enployees like her who’s willing to go above & beyond her work to help a stressed senior tourist. I am also lucky to have a dear friend to come to d rescue. All’s well that ends well. God bless Pramila."

"They only serve breakfast and dinner if you are dining in the hotel. Food and service is good. If you are looking to just stay and travel out around and just come back to a place to stay, this hotel is considerably reasonable."

"Fraser River Richmond bed and breakfast was a brilliant experience. Located just 11mins from the airport with all the amnesties you need in walking distance. It is very clean and the hosts helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Felt like a home away from home!"

"This Faremont is located inside the airport, at the departure level between the domestic and international terminals. The bathroom is very well designed and equipped with a bathtub, shower area, and separate toilet. The mattress well supported my back, and we had a sounded evening. The window view is the runway. We can see the plane taking off and landing. We enjoy staying this hotel so much"

"The location is excellent as there're so many plazas, supermarkets, restaurants with hot Asian food available. They fit my appetite. Walmart, Canadian Superstore, Dollarama are all within 15-min walk. My most favourite supermarket is T&T inside Lansdowne mall which is right opposite to this hotel. The room is very spacious with kettle and microwave. There is free airport shuttle every half hour too. Very convenient. Staff helpful. Highly recommended."

"The most unique room we stayed in Canada. The bathroom was Great! Love it! The gym has peloton bikes and Lululemon studio. Super awesome!! The distance to the train is not super near, but all is good with Uber. Not forgetting the complimentary airport transfer;) there is a landline that you can use to arrange for airport pickup at the airport. So fret not."

"Close to airport with shuttle service. Convenient location with restaurants, supermarket and mall etc. Managed to check in less than one hr earlier. High floor arranged as we stayed three nights. Reception helped to provide map n call taxi. Room cleaning and lighting can be further improved."

"Service: They offer a free airport shuttle. Location/Environment: The hotel is close to the airport. Our room faced the street, and the soundproofing wasn't the best. However, there are restaurants and fast food options conveniently located right across the road. Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped, including a small kitchenette. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are also provided. Cleanliness: Overall, it was clean and tidy."

"This hotel where I stayed this time was really wonderful. First of all, my first impression when I arrived was that the room was very clean and spacious! It was actually much more spacious than it looked in the photos, and there was plenty of space even when I opened my suitcase. The room was well-cleaned, and not only the floors and bathrooms, but even the tops of the shelves and corners were kept clean, so I was able to stay comfortably. What I particularly appreciated was that the room was equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Since it was a long-term stay, I knew I would need to do laundry during the stay, but it was really helpful to be able to do the washing and drying in the room without having to go outside. It was easy to operate, and I was grateful that detergent and other supplies were also available. There was also a bathtub in the bathroom, so I was able to thoroughly soothe my tired feet after walking around sightseeing. The water pressure and temperature adjustment of the shower were no problem, so I was able to use it comfortably both in the morning and at night. There aren't many rooms with bathtubs these days, so this was a really nice point. And what impressed me most of all was the kindness of the owner. He was very polite from the time I checked in, and he was kind enough to tell me about nearby recommended restaurants. They responded to our questions promptly, allowing us to stay without worry. Even small requests during our stay were readily accommodated, giving us a sense of security. Overall, we were very satisfied with the facilities and service, and this is a hotel we would definitely like to stay at again. We can confidently recommend this hotel to friends and family. The quiet, relaxing environment was a great way to fully relax after a long day of travel. Thank you so much!"

"Very short stay, but everything was friendly. Hotel's room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They also offer a free airport shuttle service. You can book a shuttle by email before arriving at the airport, or contact the hotel using the toll-free number in the airport shuttle area after arriving at Vancouver International Airport. The only drawback is the desk and bedside tables in the room. The tops are attached to the legs by four bolts. These protruding bolts leave insufficient flat surface for books, laptops, or backpacks. I suggest the hotel replace these impractical desks and bedside tables. Besides, the hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance to the SkyTrain station and there are many restaurants nearby. Especially, the food court at ”Richmond Centre” which is nearby this hotel primarily serves Asian cuisine, so you won't feel homesick."
