"My hubby & i arrived past 10pm for check in. Checking in was not easy as I forgot my credit card & d front desk girl w/ an Eastern Europe accent said that she can’t check me in unless i present a credit card for a $100 deposit + resort fees. I said I paid for d room already but she won’t hear of it unless i present a cred.card. My friend volunteered to use her card for security deposit. Checked out early AM before 7am with Pramila & Anshu behind d desk to help. I informed Pramila of my cc situation & she was just so pleasantly helpful to facilitate d things i need for my upcoming check in in d next 3days. Pramila made my day. I wish there are more enployees like her who’s willing to go above & beyond her work to help a stressed senior tourist. I am also lucky to have a dear friend to come to d rescue. All’s well that ends well. God bless Pramila."

"Fraser River Richmond bed and breakfast was a brilliant experience. Located just 11mins from the airport with all the amnesties you need in walking distance. "The location is excellent as there're so many plazas, supermarkets, restaurants with hot Asian food available. They fit my appetite. Walmart, Canadian Superstore, Dollarama are all within 15-min walk. My most favourite supermarket is T&T inside Lansdowne mall which is right opposite to this hotel. The room is very spacious with kettle and microwave. There is free airport shuttle every half hour too. Very convenient. Staff helpful. Highly recommended."

"The most unique room we stayed in Canada. The bathroom was Great! Love it! The gym has peloton bikes and Lululemon studio. Super awesome!! The distance to the train is not super near, but all is good with Uber. Not forgetting the complimentary airport transfer;) there is a landline that you can use to arrange for airport pickup at the airport. So fret not."

"This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's conveniently located with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent; despite its proximity to the airport and highway, it was very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. "Proximity to public parks is convenient as well as the airport. If you drive you will find hotel parking cumbersome. The opening gate at carpark entrance is scary as it almost hit my car.
The guest room has limited lighting with only one bedside table and table light although I had a double queen room.
I will not want to stay in this hotel again."

Location/Environment: The hotel is close to the airport. Our room faced the street, and the soundproofing wasn't the best. However, there are restaurants and fast food options conveniently located right across the road.

AAnonymous UserThe good thing is free parking, and there’s a restaurant right next to the hotel that you don’t need to walk outdoor. Lobby is spacious is neat. But they have limited electric kettle so I could not be able to get one and need to go down to the lobby and ask for hot water everytime I need it, some of the staff were helpful to provide but some are showing unpleasant expressions.

SSights and EatsThere is complimentary shuttle service to Vancouver Airport in intervals of 30min - 6:30am, 7am and so on. Highly suggest that you make the booking at reception during check-in. Self-serve free flow coffee/tea/hot water at Level 1 lift lobby. Ice available at the ice vending machine near the lift of guests’ level. However, there is no kettle in the room and they gave us only 1 bottled water which wasn’t enough for the 2 of us. Toothbrush was given at the reception during check-in. Breakfast starts at 6am.

GGuest UserLocation is fine, depending on where you want to go. The bus stop is just few steps away from the house. There is a church nearby. Opposite the house you can find a low-rise apartment.
The house and the room I stay are very clean and comfortable. The landlady is friendly and helpful. I feel safe.
All the services and amenities listed in Trip.Com are available.
It would be much more better if the specific address is listed in Trip.com for the convenience of booking. Responses are considered quick and efficient.
Recommended for single female travelers, if you are unsure of having homestay.

WWEN HUIVery short stay, but everything was friendly. Hotel's room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They also offer a free airport shuttle service. You can book a shuttle by email before arriving at the airport, or contact the hotel using the toll-free number in the airport shuttle area after arriving at Vancouver International Airport.
The only drawback is the desk and bedside tables in the room. The tops are attached to the legs by four bolts. These protruding bolts leave insufficient flat surface for books, laptops, or backpacks. I suggest the hotel replace these impractical desks and bedside tables.
Besides, the hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance to the SkyTrain station and there are many restaurants nearby. Especially, the food court at ”Richmond Centre” which is nearby this hotel primarily serves Asian cuisine, so you won't feel homesick.

NNixon30Good budget hotel. Location a bit strange as the area is a little run down but close to the airport. Breakfast probably too basic for the staff were very receptive and friendly. The hotel also had an ice machine which I found as a surprise.

Ffrankxu88This is one of the your chain hotels we have stayed in and this is the best. It was very easy to find the shuttle bus once we stepped out of the International Terminal. The driver of thd shuttle was very helpful with loading and unloading our luggages and my wife have him a good tip.
The room is large and quite clean which allowed us for a good sleep before we continue our journey the next day. The breakfast is a bit too simple though, and not warm enough for us seniors.
On the whole, we enjoyed our overnight stay after a long haul flight before we hop onto our next flight furth east.

The only minor issue was that the air conditioner controls weren't very clear or intuitive to use. The hotel's location is great for shopping, and with plenty of Chinese and Western restaurants nearby, finding delicious food was a breeze.

GGuest UserThe location in proximity to the airport is terrific, however they do not have a shuttle as advertised. It was an $18 Uber ride to the airport from the hotel.
The bed had 2 very thin pillows on the king sized bed and they did not have any extras available at all when we asked for more. The bathroom had mold growing in the shower, the fridge made a loud buzzing noise the entire night, the lights in the room flickered badly (so we kept them turned off) and the cable television is extremely ”snowy” it is nowhere near the minimal HD expectations of today's generation.
On the positive side, they do offer a bagged breakfast (an apple, juice box, a small muffin, Nutrigrain bar and water bottle) that you can request at the front desk in the morning it was a nice touch. The room was large and had a small coffee maker and mini fridge in it.
Don't do what I did though and leave the water bottle in your carry on through the security scan it gets a personal secondary manual search and then tossed.
