"The location is very good, the train station is only a 3-minute walk away. The hotel has an elegant appearance. The room is more stylish and larger than expected. It is fully equipped with bottled water, specialty coffee, chocolate, biscuits and a variety of tea bags. Just checked in and there were no extra boxes of tissues available. The elevator was broken, but the staff quickly helped to move the luggage. The service attitude was very good👍🏻I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time. 👏🏻👏🏻"

"Room spacious and well-designed, but sad wear and tear. After long flight was looking forward to hot soak, but bath lever didn’t work and tub didn’t drain readily. Hand soap empty or dispenser didn’t work. Toilet door wouldn’t shut properly and ventilation didn’t work either - not a great combination. Reported all to reception but didn’t get the impression anyone cared. Guess they have a captive Heathrow audience."

"I only stayed one night, so I can't say it was great or terrible, just okay. The room was generally spacious, and while it had been renovated, many of the facilities were still mediocre. For example, there were only bedside lamps and no main light, making the room quite dim. There was no remote control, so I couldn't watch TV. Opening the door was also a bit inconvenient. I specifically requested no corner room in my reservation notes, but as expected, I was still given a corner room on the second floor. Since the price was relatively cheap, I guess it's understandable they didn't follow the request. If you're looking for something better, you might want to look elsewhere. This is just for your reference."

"A unique life experience like this, I probably won't come back to this city. There's a shopping mall nearby, convenient for shopping, and Reading train station is about a 13-minute walk away. Breakfast was a bit simple, with limited variety, but it had everything a typical English breakfast should have. Rooms aren't cleaned daily; you need to tell the front desk. Overall, I'd still recommend it."

"Novotel Reading Centre is located in the heart of Reading, with convenient access to food, accommodation, and transportation. It is a 3-minute walk to the train station and a 3-minute walk to museums, parks, monasteries, and supermarkets. The front desk service is very friendly, and the swimming pool and gym are open normally from 10:00-22:00 every day. We are responsible for cleaning our floors very seriously and clean the rooms on time every day! Everyone gathers together at the bar downstairs every night to watch the World Cup, it's very happy! "The hotel is approx 7 mins from the nearest reading station. It is near to Oxford and Bicester village and if you planning for a visit to either those place, worth to stay. There are plenty of shops and eateries around and there’s a Tesco express which make our stay convenient. There’s only 1 point, the hotel is without lift, if you have big luggage, and you will need to bring that up to the room yourself."
