"The hotel is located 1 km from the long distance bus station from where you can get a direct bus to Chaozhou's Old City (1h) as well as a bus to the Raoping high speed railway station (30 min). The hotel is still quite new, and everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is located at the edge of the old city, where you can wander around some of the arcaded Nanyang-style arcaded streets, like in Chaozhou's old city, but without the latter's rampant touristy vibes and high prices. Shops, restaurants, and a market are all located within easy walking distance from the hotel."

"Our stay this time was absolutely fantastic, truly impeccable in every aspect. Stepping into the resort, it felt like entering a serene, secluded paradise, instantly allowing us to forget the hustle and bustle of city life and completely relax both mind and body. The food was another highlight; it felt like we were constantly indulging! Hahahaha! The 'Five Elements' meal was a unique and delightful experience, with beautifully crafted and distinctive dishes. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of ingredients and many choices! Excellent! The staff's warm and attentive service made us feel truly at home. We will definitely bring our family back for another visit!"

"The check-in at the front desk is very fast. There is also a train station pick-up service here. It is very convenient. I am not afraid of not being able to get a taxi. The sanitation is also very clean. The traffic is very convenient. There are also many fun and delicious foods here."

"I booked two rooms. One was near the elevator, so it was extremely noisy with people coming and going. The other room had a clogged bathroom. When I contacted the front desk, they said it was because we threw tissues down there. Even though we didn't throw tissues down, the bathroom was clogged again the next day. When I checked out, they still said it was our problem. The day before, when I renewed my room, the girl at the front desk said that the bathroom had always had a problem. When I renewed the room, they even tried to charge me extra because it was the weekend. The front desk staff were rude, and the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the hallway even from the room, even though I booked a room with an outside window. I can only imagine how it must have been in other rooms. The elevator was pitifully small, and the room was full of mosquitoes. The electric mosquito repellent was completely useless. It was a very bad experience. If you have trouble sleeping, I would advise you not to choose this room."
