"The ocean view from the room was absolutely breathtaking! The hotel's location is absolutely superb; it offers fantastic accessibility, being incredibly close to the beach and surrounded by numerous attractions. Plus, its proximity to MixC Mall made everything so convenient – it truly couldn't be better. What truly delighted me was the incredibly spacious room, which even included a refrigerator and a washing machine. After a day out, it was wonderful to be able to wash and dry our clothes thoroughly. Having cold drinks pre-chilled in the fridge was perfect for cooling down the moment we stepped back in. It provided all the comforts and convenience of home! I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Qingdao."

"Pros: The hotel's location is fantastic – easily walkable from Qingdao Railway Station and directly adjacent to a vibrant pedestrian street with endless shopping and dining options. While the entrance is modest, the hotel houses a good number of rooms. We booked a twin room (one larger, one standard bed), and the complimentary toiletries were of decent quality. Service was pleasant, and breakfast offered a good selection. Breakfast is served at the dumpling restaurant next door, where we also had a delicious, value-for-money lunch – highly recommended! Cons: However, the room was quite small (think budget hotels like Home Inn). The bathroom was also cramped and felt like an afterthought, with an exceptionally loud toilet flush. You'll struggle to fully open even a 20-inch suitcase."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff welcomed me warmly the moment I arrived, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Throughout my stay, every team member I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, which made me feel both valued and comfortable. The room itself was spotless, modern, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches such as complimentary bottled water, a well-stocked minibar, and high-quality toiletries. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout curtains that allowed for a restful night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which made it easy to work and stream without interruption. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. The variety was impressive, ranging from fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order hot dishes. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and the dining area was both stylish and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s conveniently close to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area"

"For our family trip, we chose the Qingdao Haitian Hotel. The hotel's setting, amenities, and location were all exceptional. But what truly set it apart was the service, which far exceeded our expectations. We stayed for three nights, and Jack on the Executive Floor provided such incredibly thoughtful service that he truly made us feel at home. He even upgraded us to an Executive Floor room. He also thoughtfully considered our travel fatigue and provided steam eye masks to help us unwind. If we ever get the chance to visit Qingdao for a third time, Haitian will undoubtedly be our top choice. It truly offers a home-away-from-home experience."

"My stay here truly exceeded all expectations! The hotel boasts a fantastic location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring shops and finding delicious food. It's also well-connected by public transport. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful; check-in was a breeze, and they patiently answered all my inquiries. The room was sparkling clean, and the bed was so comfortable, I never wanted to leave it! The soundproofing was impressive too, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. While breakfast wasn't included, the surrounding area offers a plethora of fantastic and diverse breakfast options, which truly wasn't an issue at all. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area!"

"The hotel boasts a luxurious and elegant lobby, and its prime central location in Qingdao puts it close to May Fourth Square and MixC Mall. Certain floors offer stunning sea views. With Metro Lines 2 and 3 conveniently located right outside the hotel entrance, guests can easily access and transfer to all of Qingdao's attractions, many of which provide free entry for seniors. The hotel staff are highly attentive and promptly resolve any issues. Dining options include Chinese, Western, and Japanese restaurants, where the set menus offer great value for money. This hotel is truly the best choice for anyone visiting Qingdao."

"The room was spotless and well-equipped, featuring a charming retro-style courtyard design. Most importantly, it's located right on Shangjieli Pedestrian Street, which I consider Qingdao's best spot for photos, shopping, and soaking in the local vibe (Yinyu Lane is close but doesn't compare). As soon as you step out, you're surrounded by various small shops, so you'll have no trouble finding food, drinks, or entertainment. Don't bother booking breakfast with your room; there are plenty of breakfast options right across the street. You're also right on the famous Zhongshan Road. The Cathedral is just a short walk away, and if you head south for about 800 meters, you'll reach Zhanqiao Pier, perfect for playing in the sand by the sea. On your way back, a seafood meal at '1937' is highly recommended and truly satisfying. The hotel also has a designated, very convenient parking lot, just about a 5-minute walk away. For day two, if you plan to drive to Badaguan, simply search for 'Badaguan Scenic Area Taipingjiao 1st Road Ground Parking Lot' for convenient parking. From there, you can walk along the coast directly to Huashi Lou (Flower Stone Building) and then explore the area's other attractions at your leisure."

"The location is a big plus. It's right by a subway exit, with MixC City just next door, offering plenty of dining options. The facilities are decent, though they feel a bit dated and the lighting is quite dim. It comes equipped with a washing machine, a fridge, and kitchen facilities. Cleanliness was just average."

All amenities are individually sealed after disinfection, making it immediately obvious if they've been used – a thoughtful detail I truly appreciate. A big thank you to the front desk for noting my special request and assigning me a high-floor room, from which I could enjoy the light show. They also kindly granted a late check-out, which greatly eased my travel plans. All hotel staff were incredibly courteous and proactive in anticipating guests' needs.
