I particularly like Atour. When I saw the new store opening, I couldn’t wait to check in and experience it. The lobby was very spacious and warm when I first entered. I like the decoration style. There are books and free coffee in the rest area. The service is as considerate as ever, including black tea from Atour Village. Upgraded to several room types for free. The room is very spacious. It has free tea bags, ear-mounted coffee, cola, and my favorite black tea and green tea biscuits, bathrobes, and scales. The room is fully intelligent guest control and Xiaodu , I love it so much. The buffet breakfast that combines Chinese and Western styles is dazzling. The laundry room is open 24 hours a day and can be dried. It is very user-friendly. The gym equipment is also relatively new. The facilities and equipment are very good. The room is also very clean and tidy. The location is also very good. The transportation nearby is also very convenient. It is very close to the subway entrance. The guy at the front desk after checking out gave me warm mineral water, which was a great experience.

The hotel I stayed at on my way home from Cheongdo Airport. It's a new hotel so the facilities are good. Friendly front desk staff Breakfast is also good There is a subway station about a 10-minute walk away from Cheongdo North Station. Difficult to find the hotel entrance It's on the 5th floor of the lobby, but there is only Chinese-language information.

The room was very clean and large, and the corner room experience was great. The breakfast is relatively rich compared to hotels of the same level. The hotel staff are very polite and the cleaning aunt has a great attitude.

The gym is very nice and the equipments are professional, I can’t open the room door after check in, Go N Back between the room and lobby With my heavy bags for twice.Be honesty, the front desk girl should listen to the guy with eyeglasses(he might be the front desk manager … knows what is service ). Eventually, I got a upgrade but still….you guys can do better if u guys willing to listen the problems from the guest.

We stayed here for 7 days in total, and a couple lived next door for the first 2 days. I wonder if they were doing a live broadcast or something? They were talking and laughing and yelling loudly. On the first day, they were tossing and tossing until about four in the morning, almost five o'clock. I thought that peace was more important than going out to play, so I tolerated it. On the second day, they were yelling until about two in the morning. I really couldn't stand it. After knocking on the door, we calmed down a bit. On the third day, we asked the front desk to find out the situation and they moved us to a different room. The problem stopped, but the phone in the room didn't work. My daughter had a fever, so I was worried about missing the robot delivery every time I bought medicine. , as long as the delivery man informed the front desk that the medicine had arrived, we had to open the door and wait, which was particularly inconvenient. I called the front desk two or three times to ask for repairs, and the phone in my room was not repaired until we checked out...

Service: The experience is good. It is owned by InterContinental Hotels. I came to Qingdao to participate in Haima. I originally stayed in the hotel apartment next door recommended by Haima (I will review it later). It also adds a buffet breakfast for two people for 89 yuan, which is better and more convenient than eating at Wanda opposite. When we checked out, we met Rui Guangwei who enthusiastically helped us carry our luggage to the car. He also gave us a baby toy car🚗 as a souvenir before leaving. Very service-minded and attentive❤️ Environment: I have stayed in several hotels in Qingdao, and this one is quite cost-effective. Cleanliness: It feels okay when I first moved in. I only stayed for one night. I don’t know how I will clean up after that. Come and experience it next time~

always excellent. Sheraton Qingdao Licang hotel is at the standard of Sheraton chain. The staff is helpfull and friendly, from the front desk to the room keeping. we got a complementary breakfast at check in. the insulation is perfect, despite the metro building in front, the room are quiet . special mention to Mrs Zhang Li for the little note , it made our day .

The hotel is located in the Licun business district and is convenient for shopping. The hotel environment is very quiet. I was upgraded when I checked in and 2 cans of Coke were given as a gift when I checked in. The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable. Very close to Qingdao North Railway Station. The hotel swimming pool is great. The lady who works at the swimming pool is very nice. The service is warm and professional. Give her a thumbs up!
