"Such a pleasure to arrive here after a long day of traveling. Check-in was super fast, room keys were ready and rooms were next to each other without having to ask, fantastic pizza a block away, close to the main square, there's a heater in the room, the shower was hot with great water pressure, and they made us a boxed breakfast when we told them we had an early tour. Highly recommended!"

"The staff is very helpfull and kind. The room is spacious with view on Titicaca lake. There are various services available (check the Webiste). My wife had some respiratory issues because of the altitude and the staff was very helpfull providing oxygen even during the night and early morning. A very good place to be to enjoy the lake and a good distance from Puno. We thank the staff of the hotel for their kindness and professionnal behaviour."

"We had the pleasure of staying at the Lake Titicaca Hotel for a long weekend break in June. The whole experience was enjoyable from check in to when we had to leave. The staff were very attentive and flexible and were on hand to provide excellent service. The food and bar menu are all based on local cuisine which was all well prepared and flavoursome. The hotel is a little outside the centre of Puno so was a taxi ride when we wanted to go into town, but the hotel were happy to book the service from safe providers. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again."

"Hotel Ripping Off Meal Charges; On the day of my stay, after checking in, I was about to go out for dinner when the front desk staff strongly recommended the Horel restaurant. I looked at the menu and had a meal there worth 120 soles. (Two Lomo dishes costing 50 soles, the most expensive item on the menu, and two bottles of the cheapest beer costing 10 soles.) When I went to pay after the meal, they kept asking for my room number, so I gave it to them. The next morning, when I checked out and went to pay, they demanded 409 soles. When I asked why the bill was so high since I ate at the restaurant and not room service, they explained that even though I ate at the restaurant, it counts as room service, and because it was dinner time, an additional charge of over 33 soles was added. I was dumbfounded and couldn't understand it, so I felt very upset."

"This hotel is located on the banks of lake titticaca so waking up to the sunrise in the grounds of this beautiful hotel felt like a dream every day. The gardens are incredible and include a huge lemurian crystal, sculptures , labyrinth and cave , particularly enjoyable for those who like to take in the great outdoors . There’s a great shop downstairs for gifts and the meals and breakfast are great. 30 minutes from bus station and lake tours so really accessible , wonderful stay and 100% recommended l"

"It's a really great hotel very good value for money. The rooms are big, clean and warm. You even have an extra heater. The breakfast is fresh and delicious with a large choice. We stayed 3 nights and ate all the time in the restaurant which was really good. You can see the kitchen through its big glass windows, its super clean and all the food is freshly prepared. There is a large choice on the menu. The Internet is very good in the common space and there is a fire where you can sit which is so nice. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. One of the best places we stayed in Peru !"

"The staff is incredibly helpful and kind! The location is great, in walking distance from anything and everything. We stayed at a couples room which was nice, warm, and economical. There’s hot water during the day, although it seemed they turned it off during the night. You could however just ask them and they’d turn it back on:) The incredibly nice lady here frequently asked us if we wanted (free) coffee, cake or tea. They also helped us organize tours to the islands that felt less scammy. I strongly recommend staying here! Just ring the bell outside for a warm reception day or night!"
