The room is super big! And it has a nice balcony to chill) The location is right next to the Big Buddha. There are 7/11s around maybe 3 and other convenience stores, massage houses money exchange and restaurants. Even a big gym right behind the corner. 20 minutes to walk to the nearest beach. Perfect place, definitely recommend)

I recently stayed at an excellent hotel that exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished, providing a luxurious atmosphere. Flight to Thailand to Asia Pattaya 14.04.23g on 25.04.23g. , chose a little better hotel, it is really better , with the territory, with its beach where the water is cleaner than everywhere in Pattaya, with the pool, cook delicious, the Internet is everywhere, NO .... far from the main road/street and from the fed court, Pedestrian every day to the fed of the court with the greenhouse effect, it is HARRY! REALLY TRUE! Just everything has been expensive, and paid 176000 on 2 with a colleague, NOW THAT! Better to take the hotel on the simpler but somewhere on the main road, and so the torture ....! In the hotel cleaning REDKAY, cleaners every day in the corridor, but not always cleaned the rooms! In the hotel no rooms with balconies, all rooms without balconies!!!! They got on the Thai New Year, everywhere sprayed and watered, infinite ...! Massage and food, Fruit as usual at the highest level! RESTEN GOOD! In this hotel for such money, I would NOT fly again if only on cheap, I would fly in other hotels closer to the main street!

I recently stayed at D Varee Jomtien Beach Pattaya, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, being close to the beach and providing a peaceful atmosphere perfect for a stress-free getaway.
The service was outstanding, with the front desk and staff being exceptionally helpful and polite. While the food was okay, the highlight of my stay was the room. The view was simply amazing!
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at D Varee. It’s an ideal place for a relaxing stay, and I will definitely use their services again!

Stayed in room 1150. Remember there are two buildings, we searched for our room in the wrong building (part of a tour so no bell boy!) The room was decent size and had a bath and shower. The bath water was not very hot, so a tepid bath was all we could have. Lots of free amenities and the best was nice with good pillows. The connecting room doors meant we could hear the people next door a lot, but they were friends. There is a bowling alley and snooker room and the pool was great. The breakfast was substantial, not much in the way for vegetarians, I had scrambled egg, potatoes and egg rice, but nice cakes and fruit, overall it was enough but maybe a vegetarian option or two would be nice. Overall the hotel is clean and well presented and definitely value for money. One point for the hotel, clean under the beds!!! Dust build up was umm a lot... We will stay again for sure, and close to the beach (100 metres and you are in the water.)

Paid 30$ Building is newly renovated , a bit out of the way. Quiet , dark street. The room is large , spotless clean and new. Not an upscale design but some of the materials are interestingly of good quality like the heavy doors and wooden tilings. The room decor is simple and color choices are not complementing the investment made. Shade is ugly brown which takes away from the appeal. I asked for a double bed instead of two twins and I was prompted with demand for extra charge :( I ended up in two twins bedroom. The hotel was empty. This is not my kind of place The pool is fine. Nice view , very simple pool , no towels. The hotel is more like a residential building than a hotel.definitely not a resort feel. It's a good 10 minutes walk to the beach . Shower is nice but hardly any water stream. Which is not good No hand soap provides , you have to take the soap large bottle from the shower when you want to wash your hands Refrigerator is provided. Good AC Fine TV Decent sufficient stable internet. Was able to plug fire stick and stream was manageable I will not stay here again - no vibe - just a room ( good room ) but not my cup of tea.

Had an fab time here with husband and 3 kids. Visiting father in jomtien. Been coming for 25 years but first time on this hotel. Definitely will stay here again. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy to help. Had 2 rooms. So much space in our room. Separate living area, kitchen facilities (didn’t use), dining table to fit us all in. Breakfast was delicious. Place spotless. Really stylish and modern. Pools were great at the end of a hot day. Great location - beach at end of street. Baht buses there too right into Pattaya. Night market short walk along Jomtien beach. Lots of places to eat around and coffee shops are the new thing so lots of these too. Beach spotless and deck chairs cheap for the day.

琴琴房變廚房 Pianist in the KitchenThe location is great, there is a big shopping mall right opposite to the hotel, and lots of massage places around . The swimming pool is nice , but a little small. The water park is good for my kids age 5 and 7, the water slides just right for this age, so my kids had lots of fun . I stayed in a two bedroom , it was good except the two single beds I are smaller than usual. Anyway, i probably will come to stay again if I go to Pattaya.

We stayed for 3 nights at this amazing resort in the 2 bedroom sapphire villa and everything was perfect from the spacious and beautiful rooms, super comfy king beds to the wide selection of breakfast spread daily. The only issue we really had was the distance from the resort to the main shopping areas but private transport is readily available in Pattaya so it was a minor one. Families who prefer to just relax in the villa will probably find the serenity of the whole place to be welcoming compared to hustle and bustle of the main streets in Pattaya.

GGuest UserThis was our second visit to this hotel and now with friends in 2-bedroom apartment. Both bedrooms had their own full bahtrooms. All rooms in Beach terrace face west to evening sun and directly to sea. Apartment had 2 balconies (with sunbeds in the other) and we got water several bottles every day although didn'r want cleaning as often. Breakfast was generous and it was great to be able to choose eating outside. The area with all 5 Royal Cliff hotels is just great just outside of the hassle in the center! Lots of well kept green areas with palms, many restaurants and private beach with sunbeds. Pool areas were also great with infinity pools with glass wall (and also partial glass floor). There are many restaurants in the near area also outside the hotels. To the center of Pattaya (walking street/beach) was aroud 20 min walk over the hill. If you should hope for something, that would be more storage space in a room like wall hooks and hangers. Also a drawer would fit in room. All in all, very much worth the money and we will go back when back in Pattaya

GGuest UserAverage 3 star hotel. Mattress and shower are excellent. Room layout is strange with little to no privacy for the bathroom toilet if you're not alone. Swimming pool is area is too small for the number of rooms and guests that want to use it. Tree Town is just down the street if that's of interest. Halls are very noisy and there is a lot of door slamming. Restaurant is quite poor for Thailand standards.

IIan GeoffreyReceived a warm welcome on arrival, with efficient check in and friendly porter who was on hand to help with transport etc always cheery and helpful. Rooms were a good size and kept clean by the cleaning team as required. Found the bed comfortable the bathroom well equipped and well stocked with essentials. One note the shower is in a high sided bath so check first if you need easy access. Always hot water on hand. Location is a little away from the nightlife areas but you can be there in a few minutes by taxi or 10-15 on foot. Terminal 21; 10 minute walk away Lotus supermarket 5 mins and 7-11 store right outside. Beach 25 mins walk Well equipped gym and decent small pool on my block.
I don't usually use hotel restaurants on my visits and so can't comment on the catering. Overall great value for money, nice staff, large clean comfy room and would happily stay again

GGuest UserThis was my second stay at this hotel.
On this occasion the room was overlooking the pool.
I preferred the room I was allocated on my first visit, as it was in a newer portion of the hotel and in a more private area.
However, anyone with children who enjoy swimming may like this location better as the rooftop pool is almost level to this room balcony.
This was room 315, and during the day the noise from those enjoying the pool is intrusive, also there is no privacy on the balcony, and one must keep the curtains closed if privacy in the room is required.
Saying that, on this particular visit we would not be spending much time in the room, so I did not ask to be moved, which I may have done on another occasion.
The room itself is a good size, as are most in this hotel. The balcony is spacious.
Unlike the room on my previous visit, this one needs a little attention. Repairs have been made in the bathroom and the finish is not good, with patches of plaster and grout over the tiles and repaired areas. It looks scruffy and dirty. The shower head needs a good descale, or better still, replacing or upgrading.
Also loose wiring, which I belive once serviced a telephone in the bathroom, is still loosely dangling down the wall.
This time I did not book breakfast, so will not comment on that.
The front desk staff are fine. Registering was simple, and I was courteously attended to when phoning down to extend my stay by one night.
There is no food offered here except breakfast, which is understandable given the location, as there are one hundred and one places to eat within a stones throw of the hotel entrance, and that is not an exaggeration.
Overall a pleasant stay for a reasonable cost, but well under par as to my last visit, and my expectations, due to my preference of room location and the poor maintainece of the room itself.
More attention to detail is required by management.
Would I stay again?
I doubt it, unless it was based purely on location and I needed to be in this area.
I'm sorry to say this time the hotel fell short of my previous experience and I will be inclined to seek alternative accommodation in the future. (I live in Thailand and visit Pattaya frequently).
To cap this review, the owners/management need to inspect, correct, replace, and renew many items before the hotel takes on that rundown, uncared for, and unkempt look and guests, like myself, look for better maintained accomadation.

GGuest UserIt is a cozy truly dog friendly resort with bungalows. We stayed with two large dogs and felt very welcome. The rooms are simple but clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is good with lots of shops, restaurants and thong to do around.

GGuest UserОтвратительный отель ,от слова ”совсем”!!! Мало того, что на всех эппл картах он значится, как ”закрытый навсегда”, он еще и выглядит точно также. Все вывески отеля накрыты тряпками (скрываются что-ли от кого-то). Грязь лежит на полу, стенах, шкафах, полках, тумбах просто вековая. Первый раз в жизни я сама лично прибиралась в номере, потому что было просто противно класть свои вещи в тумбы и шкаф. Хотели съехать с этого отеля, но так как отдыхали в новогодние праздники - просто тупо не было мест в соседних отелях и были вынуждены остаться здесь (мы отдыхали там 24 дня). Понятие о чистоте вообще на прочь отсутствует. Просили много раз прибрать в номере -бесполезно. Есть спортзал - но такой грязный, просили прибраться там три раза - бесполезно. Нас проживало трое человек, весь месяц нам клали всего два полотенца. Много раз говорили что нас трое - бесполезно, забирают три полотенца - возвращают два. Возле отеля все время дежурит свора собак, не особо конечно агрессивные, но они постоянно лежали на креслах и столах возле отеля (хотя на этих местах должны отдыхать гости, а не собаки). Есть бассейн, но в нем торчат провода оголенные, обесточенные конечно, но все равно мало приятного. Завтраки были сытные, но однообразные в течении всего месяца и острые!!!.До пляжа далеко, минут 25-30 ходьбы. Трансфера до пляжа нет. Пытались несколько раз заказать ланч-боксы, так как рано утром уезжали на экскурсию. Говорили на ресепшен - отвечали ”окей, окей”. На утро на ресепшен ни души, соответственно и ланч-боксов тоже. Кухня есть, но на ней не готовят -вся еда приезжает откуда то на драном тук-туке. Хотели разогреть еду - микроволновка есть, но не работает. Хотели попросить нож (нарезать фрукты) - ножа нет. Вообщем ничего нет для более менее комфортного пребывания. Старались в отель приходить только ночевать. Но все та же свора собак часто нам не давала уснуть. Расписания завтраков нет, как проснутся тайцы, тогда и будет завтрак. Как- то пришли около 8.30 - а там конь не валялся -никого нет, еды нет, посуды нет (((. Кто хочет отдохнуть без комфорта, но дешево - то вам сюда, кто более менее жаждет комфорта, то обходите этот отель стороной!!!
