Excellent hotel! Location, service, room cleaning, breakfast, everything is great! Not the first time in Pattaya, there is something to compare. We were 2 weeks, deposit 1000 baht, the room was on the 6th floor, there is no safe in the room, at the reception - 30 baht. For breakfast there is a buffet, eggs, fish, pork, chicken are changing, there are soups, rice with vegetables, noodles, French fries, for tea there are several types of buns, pancakes, croutons, tea, coffee, fruits watermelon, pineapple, papaya, pitaya. In the lobby they put a jug of tea (Pangan) with ice, please - drink, it is very refreshing and quenches thirst! The service is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is quiet (location), so the room is also quiet, there are a lot of European pensioners, there were Indians, but it seems they came for a couple of days only. The pool is excellent, clean, no chlorine smell, deep on one side, there is a children's area and a jacuzzi area, they turn it on periodically. The hotel is certainly not new, but everything works, plumbing, air conditioning, no complaints. There are goosebumps, but they do not cause discomfort at all, just do not leave anything edible on the table. Refrigerator, kettle in the room. Two bottles of drinking water daily, shampoo, shower gel, soap, also added daily. Excellent hotel, we will be happy to return to it again!

The hotel is located in a bar street, but the sound insulation is very good and it is not noisy at all. The hotel lobby doubles as a bar, so there is no obvious front desk, but as long as you find the staff, there will be no problem; the room is large, very clean, and has no odor and basic facilities Everything is ready; the staff can speak English and have excellent service attitude. They also helped us open the green coconut we bought in the supermarket.

The hotel is an old hotel, the facilities are old, there is no wifi, the location is close to the beach, although the breakfast is not rich, you can eat, the front desk staff is warm. The animal folded with towels by the service staff who cleaned the room was very realistic, praise 👍

We are in this hotel for the 2nd time. What can be summed up? Living in Deluxe (main building) rooms in extra building is very noisy from Tappreya Street. The pool is excellent, especially for families with children. The rooms are large. Clean. No livelihood. The huge minus that is now (March 2025) there go noisy construction works! Stroke, roll and drill. it was a hell. from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. And we had a number paid and indicated that we had a 7-year-old child with us, tried to take extra payment for the child, 300 bps a day. We had a dispute, but decided to let us go without pay. Although I immediately told them we had paid the child's accommodation.

Old hotel, old room, but the location is very good, the air conditioner is cool, the bathroom is big, overall combined with Rara is considered ok. The staff has good service. And there are male employees at the counter who often serve.

The environment of Twin Palms Resort Pattaya is elegant and fresh. There is a swimming pool on site. When you go out and pass by, you will reach the seaside. The beach is white and the sea and sky are the same color. The sunset is especially charming. I'm drunk😌🍀🔥🌸

First time with this hotel. Hotel looks new, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet with decent options and was great for me. Hotel staffs are friendly and always smiling. Locations is great, just 10km a walk to beach front. Plenty of bars, massage shops and 711 just beside the hotel. Road in front hotel was under repair so a bit dusty and some noises during the day but not a problem as we are outside exploring Pattaya most of the time. Highly recommended and thank you for giving us such a great experience! 👍👍👍

Everything is great, perfect location, nice room, everyone is smiling, the only downside is that they ask guests to leave their ID and sign at the reception
