"The hotel is very big with the Main, East, North and Annex Towers. I booked a 3-night in July 26 in Annex Towers. The room is clean and very quiet and the aircon is also very quiet. This gave me a very good rest during my short stay. The staff are generally friendly. The train station is just across the hotel. This made travelling very convenient. There are several shops and restaurants in the hotel and prices are affordable. There is also a 7-Eleven on the second floor."

"We enjoy staying in the Imperial Hotel for number of reasons. Convenient location in Ginza, easy to get taxi from the hotel. The hotel staffs are helpful and efficient. The check-in process is smooth and the luggages delivered to our room very quickly. The room is spacious as we are staying in Junior Suite. I love their shower with strong water pressure. Regarding buffet breakfast, they have a great choice of food. Two of the mornings we need to queue to get table for buffet breakfast, but the 3rd morning there was no waiting at all, so it depends which days you visit Japan to avoid the crowd. Overall, I will stay in Imperial again."

"The location of this hotel is absolutely unbeatable! It's a short walk from Ikebukuro Station, and there's a direct indoor connection to Sunshine City mall, so you don't have to worry about rain while shopping. All the major popular shopping centers are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for shoppers. Right downstairs, there's also a direct airport bus stop with fixed daily schedules. This is super handy whether you have an early morning flight or a late arrival, saving you the hassle of transferring multiple times. The room amenities are just average, nothing particularly impressive, but its unbeatable location and affordable price more than make up for it. The overall value for money is exceptional! I highly recommend this hotel for tourists visiting Tokyo for shopping or those who need easy access to and from the airport. Its travel convenience far surpasses other hotels in the same price range."

"The location is great, very close to Shinjuku Station, making it super convenient for shopping at Yodobashi Camera, BIC Camera, and Keio Department Store. The self-check-in process is also quite easy. A major plus is that the airport shuttle bus goes directly to the hotel, and you can buy tickets and board the bus back to the airport right outside the hotel, with buses running every 20 minutes. The self-service luggage storage is also very convenient. The downside, which is common in Japan, is that the rooms are small. The service wasn't great, possibly due to the self-service nature which limits communication."

"I had a pleasant stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Asakusa. The location was convenient for exploring Asakusa and other parts of Tokyo, with public transportation within walking distance. The room was compact, which is quite normal in Tokyo, but it was clean, comfortable, and had the basic amenities I needed. The area around the hotel was relatively quiet, so it was nice to come back and rest after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were polite and helpful, and the overall stay was comfortable and convenient. I also liked being able to explore the Asakusa area easily while still having good access to other places in Tokyo. Overall, it was a good choice for a reasonably priced and practical stay in Tokyo. "This hotel, located in the bustling tourist area of Senso-ji Temple, was surprisingly good in every aspect. I would happily stay here again if I have the chance. The hotel's decor is quite new, and the double-door design at the lobby entrance does an excellent job of blocking out street noise. The room's layout was clearly well-designed; though small, it had an opening window for ventilation. Moreover, the bathroom was much larger and more comfortable than those in similar hotels, featuring a hot spring inn-like design, and the Refa faucet was a nice touch. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and smiled, attentive to guests' needs. Both the rooms and public areas were impeccably clean, superior to the cleanliness typically found in a three-star hotel."

"When I booked online for the room, I stated very clearly no corner room, but when I discovered my room is nearly at the end, was a bit not happy. The location is 7 mins walk to suidoboshi station. But it's not very near to places like shibuya or Tokyo, a bit disappointed the single room is a bit small, but the milk lotion, liquid cleanser, face wash packet they provided is gd. A bit surprised they don't provide spoon but stirrer. The room is clean, and there is lawson at 2nd floor and laundry service at 7th level. I have taken video of the room but can't attach here, wasted. Near the suidoboshi station are some eateries. They provide one water bottle daily and clean the room daily which is good. If you preferred a clean room, this hotel is apt for u. The hotel provided airport limousine bus to airport but not vice versa"

Park Hotel Tokyo

Park Hotel Tokyo truly exceeded every expectation I had — and then some. I spent 9 unforgettable nights here, and I can confidently say this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Without a second thought, I will be coming back on my next trip to Tokyo. From the very first moment, the level of service was exceptional. Every interaction with the staff felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful — they truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail is simply outstanding. The views deserve a special mention. Even though my room didn’t face Tokyo Tower, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking at all times of the day — morning, afternoon, and night. I honestly found myself wanting to capture every moment on camera. And for those who dream of seeing Tokyo Tower — it is beautifully visible right from the lobby, creating a stunning and iconic atmosphere. Breakfasts were delicious and consistently satisfying. While the selection didn’t change much day to day, it didn’t matter at all — I found my perfect morning set and looked forward to it every single day. Housekeeping is incredibly flexible, which I really appreciated. You can choose a full cleaning service or opt for an eco-friendly option where towels are refreshed and water is replenished without a full clean — a great touch depending on your needs. Another very convenient feature is the laundry service. The hotel offers both professional laundry and self-service washing machines (located on 27th and 28th floors). I personally used the coin-operated machines, and everything worked perfectly — washing and drying were quick and efficient. The location is simply unbeatable. It’s incredibly well-connected — whether you prefer JR lines, metro, or other transport options, everything is easily accessible. Getting anywhere in Tokyo was smooth and stress-free. This was actually my first time in Japan, and before the trip I was worried I wouldn’t understand the transport system and would rely on taxis. In reality, I figured it out almost immediately — and thanks to the hotel’s perfect location, I didn’t take a taxi even once. One of the most unique aspects of this hotel is that it’s also an art hotel — almost like a museum. There are fascinating artworks and exhibitions throughout the floors and common areas. If you’re into art, you can even explore guided experiences. Even without that, just walking around and discovering the pieces was a beautiful experience in itself. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Tokyo so special. You played a huge role in creating unforgettable memories, and I’m incredibly grateful. Absolutely in love. Million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This hotel boasts a prime location right by Shinjuku South Exit, a mere 3-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. There's also a skybridge directly connecting it to Takashimaya Department Store, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. The reception is located on the 20th floor, and all guest rooms are situated from the 22nd floor upwards. These rooms are noticeably more spacious than typical Tokyo hotels, with well-equipped bathrooms. High-floor rooms offer stunning panoramic views of the city's nightscape. The buffet breakfast, served in the scenic restaurant, receives rave reviews for its freshly made omelets, and caters to both Japanese and Western palates. The staff are warm and attentive, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay away from the city's hustle and bustle. It's an outstanding choice for accommodation in Shinjuku, whether you're sightseeing or just passing through.

This hotel is turning out to be my go-to as it is my second time staying there out of my 3 times visiting Tokyo. Very conveniently located, just a short 2 stops away from Tokyo station, and at the mouth of the vibrant and exciting Akihabara Electric Town, it was a cozy home away from home. This time round though, I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor, just off the reception and I was afraid that it would be noisy, but it was well off the main area so it was still fairly well contained. Room was as usual, cozy and comfortable and had a bigger desk area than my previous stay. Walking distance to Aikihabara, and many abd eateries, kobinis, and a minute away to Akihabara Station, really the location takes the cake. Nothing much negative to say, and definitely will be top of the list for subsequent Tokyo visits!

[”1. **Unbeatable Location for Airport Travel**\nThe hotel offers direct limousine bus service to both Narita and Haneda Airports right from its doorstep, making airport transfers incredibly convenient – no need to lug heavy suitcases around. It's just a 3-minute walk to Tochomae subway station, with Shinjuku-Nishiguchi (West Exit) only 5-8 minutes away. Takashimaya, Odakyu Department Store, and Don Quijote are all within walking distance, making it super easy to shop for Sylvanian Families, Chanel, and cosmetics. Plus, there's a FamilyMart convenience store on the second floor, perfect for late-night essentials.”,”2. **Spacious Rooms, Especially for Tokyo**\nCompared to most compact Tokyo hotels, the rooms here are remarkably spacious, allowing you to easily open up a 28-inch suitcase. The newly renovated rooms come with multiple USB charging ports and modern amenities. High-floor rooms offer stunning views, perfect for overlooking Shinjuku's city nightscape in the evening. Soundproofing is excellent, completely blocking out street noise. The toiletries are high-quality, and the bathroom features a dry/wet separation design with ample supplies.”,”3. **Attentive Service and Comprehensive Facilities**\nThe front desk accepts Alipay, UnionPay, and WeChat Pay, making it very friendly for Chinese tourists. Location of this hotel is remarkable and within 7 mins walking distance to Shinjuku Station and Expressway Bus Terminal. There’s also 2 convenient store near hotels (Lawson & Family Mart) + McDonalds and Wendy’s Burger Cafe. Hot and cold water dispenser on every floor for easy access. I will always stay at this hotel whenever I am in Tokyo. Staff were also friendly and readily to assist you in check-in and luggage storage. Good security system as room card is required to tap on reader in the lift to get to your designated floor and room. After 10pm, the main door of hotel is also locked and requires room card to enter the hotel entrance and lobby.

Though small, this hotel has everything you need. Its Ginza location is incredibly convenient, perfect for shopping or quickly getting to Narita Airport via the expressway. What truly impressed me is how many features are packed into such a compact space. They have a coin-operated laundry and a large public bath. The room, which I'd estimate at about 20 square meters, even managed to fit bunk beds (1.2m/1.5m), making it very family-friendly. A minor point is that since the hotel is directly above the subway, you occasionally feel vibrations as trains pass. This led to a funny moment when an actual earthquake hit at night, and I initially thought it was just another train going by!

The hotel is very close to Ginza, just a 350-meter walk around the corner to Matsuya Department Store. The room was indeed very small, but it had a feminine style. There's a coffee machine in the room, and they provide two bottles of mineral water daily. Breakfast is a Western-style semi-buffet; the presentation is beautiful, and the taste is pretty good, though I personally prefer Japanese breakfast. It's about a 600-meter walk from JR Yurakucho Station to the hotel. It's not convenient with luggage, so a taxi costs around 500 yen for the minimum fare.

employees and amazing breakfast. They had many vegetables + yogurt + all kind of meats (I really liked the beef) - really worth it for 2100 yen per person. My only complaint is that breakfast ends quite early at 9:30. It is very close to 2 metro lines (green and orange) so you can easily reach any place in Tokyo. There is a non-stop 7/11 at the -1 floor (you can take the elevator and exit through the shop). It has a very easy to use and good exchange rate ATM. The gym is like the typical hotel gym. Very small and with few dumbbells.

The Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel is an excellent, high-value choice for families visiting Odaiba and Disney. It's just a 3-minute walk to both the Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line stations, and you can reach the Odaiba Gundam and Statue of Liberty area in just 10 minutes by train. The hotel also offers a free, reservation-only shuttle bus directly to Tokyo Disneyland, and airport limousines to/from Haneda and Narita airports make travel hassle-free. Rooms are clean and tidy, and the renovated rooms are bright and airy. High-floor ocean view rooms offer stunning views of Tokyo Bay. The hotel thoughtfully provides baby yukata, bed rails, and children's toiletries. Microwaves in the lobby and self-service laundry machines are convenient for guests with children. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes to suit all ages. There's also a convenience store and McDonald's on the first floor for easy replenishment. Front desk staff are friendly and offer luggage storage. The only downside is that the Japanese-style rooms are a bit small, making it cramped to open large suitcases, and there can be short queues during peak check-in times. Overall, the hotel offers convenient transportation and excellent family-friendly amenities, making it a perfect base for theme park visits and Odaiba sightseeing.
