"We spent five days in this hotel from the 21st to the 25th. I am not in the habit of doing reviews but what happened to us in this hotel is abnormal, especially one day when we decided to eat a carte at noon, which by the way was one of those very hot days. We asked if we could eat inside one of the two magnificent restaurants. that they have and that they are open and perfectly set up, the meter tells us that the service is where the buffet is outside on the terrace, we insisted and in the end they placed us at a table that looked more like to play dominoes, we accepted because it was hot outside orders: grilled Palamos prawns, anchovies from La Escala, sautéed clams, jig squid, scorpion on the back result: raw and watery prawns and €32.73, dried clams stuck on both sides and a sauce that didn't taste like Almost all of us left nothing, jig squid raw and dirty on the inside (gentlemen did not turn the squid over) we removed dirt from the inside, they recognized the mistake and did not charge for it, scorpion on the back they did not clean it well and bitter as skin We complained at the reception and we wanted to talk to the person in charge who was busy and they would give it a note, we left and they didn't even ask what the lack of professionalism was, not to get into the treatment of some employees of the rest. how they spoke to customers. "The apartment is located in Platja de Pals, near the town called Pals in the Costa Brava, in Girona Province, in the North of Catalonia. The rate quality/price is very good. Full apartment for 5 persons, which was big with 2 rooms, 1 eating-room, a little kitchen and a bathroom. The apparent has all we needed. Beds were very comfortable. A place very nice with very beautiful views at the back. Also, there is a good bar next to the aparthotel. On the other hand, the toilet lost water and the staff could not repair it."
