Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi Hotel ★★★★
"Hotel is a little old but still clean. Food is amazing so I would like recommend"
Hotel Tetoraresort Tokachigawa ★★
"The hotel staff are courteous and friendly. The hot springs are very good. The room is neat and clean. The equipment in the room is also very new. The dinner was rich and delicious. I was very full. Although the breakfast dishes were not many, they were very delicious and left me with a pleasant stay. Memories of stay."
Kangetsuen ★★★★
"The Tokachi Kangetsuen Hotel enjoys high ratings, boasting a rare "plant-based beauty bath" onsen (hot spring) in Hokkaido, river-view rooms, and high-value dining, making it a representative accommodation choice in the Tokachi River onsen area. This onsen hotel, located in Otokura-cho, Hokkaido, sits on the banks of the Tokachi River, about a 20-minute drive from Obihiro city center. Its tranquil environment is perfect for a relaxing vacation. ♨️ Accommodation Highlights • Unique Hot Spring: Utilizing the unique "Moor Spring" (plant-based hot spring) of the Tokachi region, the water is yellowish-brown, rich in organic matter and minerals, and is known for its moisturizing and beautifying effects, earning it the nickname "Beauty Bath." • Diverse Room Options: Offers Japanese, Japanese-Western, and Western-style rooms. Some rooms feature private open-air baths with views of the Tokachi River (I chose a private open-air bath this time). Breakfast and dinner are mostly buffet style, using local ingredients such as Wagyu beef, seafood, and vegetables, offering a wide variety of dishes. Some room types offer kaiseki cuisine. • Comprehensive Facilities: The hotel features an open-air bath, public bath, spa, convenience store, and relaxation area. After your bath, you can enjoy tea and fruit tea. • Attentive Service: The front desk staff are friendly and provide yukata (light robes), welcome snacks, and a capsule coffee machine. Room amenities are complete. If you want to experience high-quality hot springs, enjoy tranquil riverside scenery, and sumptuous cuisine in Hokkaido, Tokachi Kangetsuen Hotel is definitely a highly recommended choice."
Tokachigawa Moor Onsen Seijyakubow ★★★★★
"Japanese hot spring hotel service is very nice It’s not easy to call Uber. The hotel can help call a taxi. The local drivers in Obihiro don't speak English very well, but the hotel staff can speak English well."
Hotel Daiheigen ★★★★
"I stayed there looking forward to experiencing what is probably my first time at the well-regarded mall hot spring. The building is old, and the Japanese-style room I was assigned on the 5th floor was old, although spacious enough. There are several types of baths, but the open-air bath has dark brown water with leaves accumulated at the bottom and appears not to have been cleaned very often. The open-air bath on the other side is clean but small and is only called open-air in name, so you can't see outside. Nevertheless, the water is pleasant. Meals are buffet style for both breakfast and dinner. You can get a glimpse of the efforts that go into making a budget hotel. In the morning, balloons for sale by the hotel rose to about 20 meters in the courtyard. About half the guests were Chinese groups."
Sasai Hotel ★★★★
"The hotel is in a good location, just at the last stop of the shuttle bus route list (it is the first stop when it turns out to be a return trip to Hiroshima Station) The buffet dinner and breakfast were good The room is also good that there is hair behind the bathroom door, not thoroughly cleaned Large baths morning and evening men and women will change places, both sides can bubble (I have bubbles in the evening and before check out in the morning). 3 person room 2000 or so do value is fine If you go to Tokachi River again, you will have a chance to stay in this place again "

Sanyoan ★★★★
"The best onsen experience I’ve had. The entire property is packed with care and kindness by the staff and fully equipped with everything you need from toiletries to happy hour. The kaiseki dinner was one of the best I’ve had - not only the food but also the setting and presentation. Incredible to use the next door hotels big onsen and the outdoor onsen was beautifully landscaped. The most gentle and intimate care of the staff really helped me relax and unwind the years hard work and stress. My mother very much loved as well. Thank you Sanyoan. I look forward to coming back soon 💖"
Hotel Hounomai Otofuke ★★
"The explanation at the front desk was too simple and confusing. It said there was free Wi-Fi, but the hotel's description didn't include a password. I asked and was told it was in a drawer in the room. I wish they'd explain that. The hot spring water is very hot, so I recommend it for people who like that. Also, it's a day-use hot spring, so it was crowded, and there were a lot of people washing vegetables. It might not be very relaxing. I only stayed overnight, but I paid at the restaurant. The buffet was delicious. I wish they'd include soft drinks for guests."
