"Booked the King Suite, enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room. However, mugs provided in rooms were dirty, hot water was very limited and water pressure for shower was very minimal. Hot water for shower/bath was only enough for one person or one or the other. Could do with a better hot water system for pressure and hot water supply."

"this pub/hotel is situated in a beautiful spot near Delph; there are easy to reach walks amidst the beautiful surrounding hills. Oldham is close and a bus stop is just few minutes away from the hotel. There is a light breakfast at no extra cost included in the room price. Great find"

"Not the best hotel from the outside but the staff and rooms are great. Some sweets for the kids waiting for us in the room was a pleasant touch. Rowan and George in the restaurant were really good with the kids, kept them happy with their funny requests. Breakfast in the morning was okay, chef nathan cooked a good full english and we had a good chat about the football, but would have preferred a buffet over ordering. Would stay here again. Receptionist in the morning (didn't catch the name, young girl) said the new building is done soon, so will book here next time im down and see if I'm lucky. Would recommend if visiting oldham, close to the town centre and there's shops about"
