"Better avoid this hotel. 1 star — Would not recommend Stayed here for 2 nights and honestly regret it. Location: Poor. It’s tucked away down a dead-end road with nothing walkable nearby.Tiny and suffocating. AC or fans were absent, windows don’t open, and the air felt stale within minutes of closing the door. No fresh air, no space to move. Felt more like a storage closet than a room. Housekeeping: Nonexistent. Towels weren’t changed, trash wasn’t emptied, and the bed wasn’t made after day. Staff: Unprofessional and indifferent. Food was the worst part..very limited spread and everything tasted to be bland reheated and tasteless. Staff were inefficient in providing basic dosa or omelette in breakfast."

The location is in a prime spot which is well connected to the city center , as well as gives a wonderful view of the surrounding hills including the Doddabetta. "Good hotel with a good view. Be aware of even noted lakeview hotel. Not all room have lakeview. Check with front desk for the river facing view. Breakfast is superb specially Pongal must eat . I am happy with the quality and quantity of food. The staff is very hamble, professional and helpful. Speaks hindi n english very well for out of state / country travellers. The room is divided into 2 parts more like a studio apartment and good. In a room bathroom was very sleepry please maintain that ....but No doubt My experience was very good with family....must visit this place one time"
