"You pay 10 euros per day for paying at the hotel. It is not indicated anywhere on the front page of trip. The parking spaces are so small that damage to your car is inevitable. For 265 euros per night you can't even get a free bathrobe. You have to rent one. For exactly the same thermal bath in Aachen a few kilometers further you pay 1/3 of this price and then you have a cottage and while I am writing this review the price has dropped by 23% (60 euros) within a month. In short, you are quickly riled up again. What a bunch of scammers"

"The hotel is fantastically located in the city center. There's no staff on site. In the evening, the lobby had been transformed into a bicycle shed. Unfortunately, the room was only half vacuumed. Coffee, tea, and water were provided in the room, but the kettle was completely calcified. Water from the shower floods the entire bathroom floor. For breakfast, you have to go to another hotel down the street. With a little more attention, this could perhaps be a four-star hotel, but it absolutely isn't! Contrary to what the sign outside says."

"My week spent at the Hotel Pauw was good. It was located in the city of Nijmegen and was within walking distance of groceries and shops. It is very accessible to Primark, TKmax and other branded shops. The room was spotless. The only downside of this hotel is the poor and unstable Wi-Fi connection, and there was no room dining service. Although you can order food delivery, they did not allow it to be delivered to your room."

"Very bad expérience. My room was with cobwebs and my bathroom filled with mold. I changed 3 rooms but it was all even worst. Thé was a Big plate of Fried chicken in thé last room i was offered. After i complaint to Martjin the manager ,he agreed to refund my stay. A month later he wrote and said he wasn't going to pay back . I find it very hard to believe a manager of a hotel will write emails of such bad maners. Run away from this hotel and incase you happen to be in thésame situatiin do not leave there without any prove of your refund. If you booked through an agency call them directly and report thé incident immédiately."

"We booked a high tea as a baby shower for a friend. The snacks were very tasty. However, it took an hour and forty-five minutes for the next snack to arrive, even after we had asked for it ourselves. We had to inquire twice more whether another snack was coming. We also had to proactively approach the staff ourselves for new water for tea, emptying the waste bin, and coffee/other drinks. We were seated near the kitchen, yet we were overlooked. Some tea cups were empty, but there was no staff to ask to refill them. When settling the bill, we were asked if everything had been to our liking. When I indicated that I was not satisfied because it took so long, the lady stated that it was busy. Given that I experienced this the last time at a high tea at Manna, it is no coincidence. It is a shame because you want to be taken care of, and that certainly didn't feel like it. It is a real pity, because the snacks are very tasty, but I would not go back."
