Great Holiday Inn experience. Good value for money, very central and conveniently located next to malls, tourist areas and amazing eateries. From arrival, the staff are genuinely kind and courteous. A shout out to Alan for checking us in quickly, even though it is a timely process for foreigners. He also upgraded our stay, which was a pleasant surprise! 😁 As for the property, and amenities, it is standard Holiday Inn vibes, though a bit dated and in need of a modern facelift. I would definitely recommend this holiday to friends and travelers to Nanjing.

A very good travel experience. The location of Zhuangyuan Building is very good, right next to the Confucius Temple archway. The best hotel I have stayed in my trip to China this December. The rooms are big and spacious and clean. I had the double guest room and it came with a television and a projector TV. We could watch our shows separately in the room as they have cleverly positioned the speakers for the projection behind the bind. There is a big platform near the window, presumably to be in the same mood as the theatre theme. This is perfect for us for our 4 luggage. There are fresh fruits served daily in the room, and amenities are replenished daily. The breakfast has a good variety of selection. There is a laundry room with 2 washers and dryer. The hotel staff are all polite and helpful, even gave my kids free breakfast during our stay. If I have to nickpick at something, it would be that there is around 5 stairs to the lobby of the hotel and not so luggage friendly.

The ladies that worked on the evening shift of Thursday December 28, 2023 even suggested a fish restauant which we dearly enjoyed, thank you for the recommendation! Second, the room was clean, my luggage was safe, they cleaned the room well and refilled everything after my first night. The heating worked perfectly. Then, the breakfast was also nice. Also,the metro is an 8min walk from the hotel. However, the walls to my room was a bit too thin, I think. I could early morning the staff working in the room next door.
