"The hotel is very pleasant and ideally located, right on the lake and next to the old town. The location is truly perfect for fully enjoying Murten on foot. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They speak French, English, German, and Italian, which makes communication very easy and enjoyable. We had room number 3 with a city view. It was spacious and the bedding very comfortable. The only slight drawback of our stay was the soundproofing: on the street side, it's quite noisy with the passing buses. Earplugs would be a nice touch. We also ate at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. There are paid parking lots on both sides of the hotel, which is convenient. We recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"Great location, modern rooms, and attentive service. We even received a small refrigerator upon request. We would gladly return. The only downside is that the air conditioning should be adjustable to a lower temperature. Even when set to the minimum of 21 degrees, the room only cooled to a maximum of 23 degrees."
