Great stay in Munich. The staff is friendly and the location is in Central Area. we went there for Fruhling Festival and the hotel is within walking distance. Really convenient to us.

Clean and sanitary, 7-8 minutes walk from the train station, the waiter is very enthusiastic, early check-in is not allowed. Ctrip booked a 1.8-meter king size bed room, but was given a 1.5-meter queen size room when checking in. After finding out, I negotiated and communicated, and finally adjusted it. I hope it is an individual case and honest business is the right thing to do. Ctrip customer service is very good and responds promptly, thumbs up 👍

Very nice hotel close to the main train station and about 10-15 minutes to the historic centre. If you take the right exit from the station, you’re there in 5 minutes so it’s very well located. It was quite busy when we arrived so we had to wait a little while. My fault: I’d received an email offering online check-in but hadn’t done it. Carmen, our receptionist, was very friendly and helpful. As a member of the Meliá group, we were offered a free welcome drink which was nice. Our room, on the 5th floor, was spacious, modern and clean. We’d requested a room high up and facing the courtyard and it was nice and quiet. It had a safe, a fridge and a comfy bed. Unfortunately the curtains didn’t cut out all the light so I was awoken much too early. Also, my husband had problems with the WiFi connection and the shower was plumbed incorrectly so that hot water would come out when turning it to cold! Checking out was simple: everything was done online and very quickly. We’d recommend it.

Centrally located hotel, very close to the old town, Oktoberfest grounds and Hauptbahnhof, yet still a quiet location, with all the amienities that one would expect in a good hotel. Staff were helpful and the rooms spacious and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, shower excellent and small balcony overlooking the courtyard was lovely; it was a real treat to be able to open the window and alternate between AC and real air. The hotel has a small shop to fill the fridge in the room as well as a gym. The local restaurants are a mix of Afghan and Middle Eastern on one side of the street and more local German on the otherside.

When I arrived at 11am a room was ready but they said it was 40 Euros to occupy it before 3pm. At 3pm they upsold me 20 Euros for a “better” room but the AC didn’t work. Then I saw the box below in the hallway when I left the lift. My new room smelled bad

Lovely little hotel in the middle of a Turkish / Romanian community. Hotel smells lovely as you walk in but it’s not a Meliá standard. Very friendly staff. We were upgraded to superior rooms, nice but still small. View was overlooking garden. Air con broke 2 nights out of 5. Rooms to a nice standard although beds not as comfy as would have liked. Breakfast was decent and staff very friendly. Good location to the transportation network in Munich. 5 mins walk to the underground which connects you to the main central station in 1 stop. Great location for Oktoberfest!

Good Location,10 - 15 min walking distance from main train station. Hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful, always cheery. Room was pleasant, clean and comfortable. Quiet area but 5 min around the corner it could be a bit noisy with small Middle Eastern markets and shops and a few men sitting around on the street corners. But no problems. You can walk to city centre within about 20 min. or catch public transport.

Really good quality hotel near the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) in Munich. The concierge and all the staff were very helpful and willing to offer advice and recommendations. The breakfast selection was huge. All of it tasted great, too. The hotel offered a free welcome drink, which was a nice tough. One very minimal detraction would be the location. Whilst close to the train station, it is a 25 minute walk from the hotel into the centre of the old town.

This hotel was perfect for our weekend. Our room was a decent size, with a walk in shower, the room overlooked the courtyard so it was very quiet. Breakfast was good and set you up for a day of exploring wonderful Munich. At night time there is the friendly bar to use for a night cap. The location was great, a short walk from the station and not far to walk for all of the attractions. I would happily stay here again, and the staff were also very friendly.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. On the 6th floor. did not hear a sound from anywhere in the hotel, not outside. And it was quite full. with that, never a problem getting a table at breakfast, which by the way had every thing you would expect to see at a Bavarian restaurant. All common areas of the hotel were clean, and someone was always walking around checking on things. We also had a late nights dinner at the restaurant the the strudel was excellent. The staff were always asking if we needed anything, and when it came to getting directions and navigating the tram system they would go out of their way to assist. Our tour company offered us many options, some cheaper, some not, but all mostly up on the main street by the station. We are glad we did not select any of those do to the crowds and street noise. As noted by many others it is a 10-15 minute walk from central station. with our luggage it was closer to 15, but, there was snow on the ground. all other days we only planned on 10 to the station. The central station was out starting point for all our days excursions. whether it was a bus, Db, or tram. very helpful, get one of the MVV apps on your phone. very much needed. Finally the staff. from the front desk, the room staff, restaurant, bar. etc etc. Everyone had a smile and greeted you. Which, put all the quests in a great mood as well. If we ever go back to Munich, there is no question as to where we stay. Well done

Good central place hotel for access to the train station trams and places to visit. The hotel looks like it has been recently refurbished with the room we had bright with everything that we needed. The beds weee comfortable and rooms cleaned everyday. We didn’t use the sauna so can’t comment. The bar area is tidy and a little expensive but it is a hotel bar and plenty of places nearby. Would recommend- staff very friendly and helpful.
