The location is quite remote. I walked there when I went there and almost gave up. Fortunately, there was a shuttle from the hotel to the station when I left. But the overall experience was pretty good, and the people in the store were very friendly.

There are several baths and you can enjoy it. The rental open-air bath that no one comes in is especially relaxing, but the large public bath and open-air bath are also comfortable as wide 々. The room was clean, the meal was delicious and the amount was too much. I thought that Nakai was a little too cheerful? But I was worried about the color 々. There is a little bit of a luxury inn in Hakone, but I feel that Fukiya is handmade but sophisticated hospitality. I thought I would go again.

GGuest UserAt my parents' recommendation, I stayed in a room with a bed and an open-air bath. It's been a while since I've been to Yugawara, but I realized once again that it's easier to access than Hakone, especially the Gora area. The old kanji for camellia is written as ``umi pomegranate,'' and there are motifs of sea pomegranate flowers all over the hotel, and there are many types of sea pomegranate trees planted in the garden outside. If you go up the road outside the entrance of the inn, you will find a walking route along the river. It's a bit of a tough slope for people with bad legs, but I imagine it's spectacular during the season of sea pomegranates, autumn leaves, and cherry blossoms. The inn's gardener took care of such a large promenade, so I think it is well maintained. The room was spacious, and the koi pond and open-air bath in the garden were spacious and the temperature was just right. The bed was comfortable and I had a choice of pillows. Perhaps the head chef and I have the same tastes for the morning and evening meals, but overall the soup was light and elegant, and the food was as delicious as I expected. I wanted my American husband to understand how delicious this was. Nakai-san's service was also good. We made rice balls with the leftover rice from dinner. I was able to enjoy the sake tasting and Haggen-Dazs ice cream in the lounge near the public bath, which made me feel good. When I checked out, I forgot to pick up the item I bought at the souvenir shop, so I called to check on it after I got home, and they sent it to me along with a polite letter. This is a cute sea pomegranate coaster, and I will use it with care. thank you very much. At my parents' recommendation, I stayed in a room with beds and an open-air bath. I saw an inn's gardener taking care of such a large garden, it must be well maintained all year around. The room was spacious, and the koi pond and open-air bath in the garden were elegant and serene. The bath temperature was just right as well. beds were comfortable and I had a choice of pillows. Perhaps the head chef and I have the same taste buds, wonderful ”dashi” umami, and lightly salted meals of traditional Japanese ”Kaiseki” dinner and breakfast were elegant and as delicious as I expected . It was a delighted experience for my American husband to share and understand this delicate taste. Nakai-san's service was also professional. It was very nice of her to have made a rice ball with the leftover rice from dinner. It was a nice extra touch to serve Japanese Sake and Haggen-Dazs ice cream in the lounge next to the grand bath. Sauna was hot and nice as well. GGuest UserI always go to a fixed inn, but when I used the national travel support, I thought it was a different inn, and it was a high class, so I was a little disappointed, but it was disappointing. I intended to check it properly, but the open-air bath in the room smelled of chlorine due to circulation. The size of the room, facilities and amenities were substantial, and I was glad that there was a fan because it was hot after entering the hot spring even in the cold season. Dinner was an obanzai style, so it was a pity that even the warm items were cold. Atami Fuga was the same, but is the rice cooked with a siphon warmed with dashi soup? It was a performance, but the normal meal was good. The breakfast was served in a multi-tiered box style, and the tofu shop in the neighborhood had a piece of deep-fried tofu with no seasoning, no soy sauce, and it was cold. There was nothing left and most of it was left. The rice in the bowl was cold, and the miso soup with root vegetables wasn't cooked at all. . Is it a young staff who graduated from a cooking school without a head chef, or is it a form of warming and serving ready-made food? No matter which inn I went to, I never left a meal behind, but I'm sorry that there weren't many things that were made, but I lost the desire to eat. No repeats.

GGuest UserFirst of all, it is embarrassing to have been guided to the 3rd floor of the building only by stairs. It is inconvenient to go to the bath, and the handrail on the stairs from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor is not installed on the left side when going down, which is dangerous. refrigerator. Small items include alcohol and mineral water. In the freezer at the top of the same warehouse, there was leftover food from the ice cream monaka of a guest who had stayed there before (I clapped my hands and laughed). I wonder if you understand Japanese. When I was let through the room, I gave an elderly woman (Japanese woman) a gift, but the Chinese woman did not thank me until the next morning. The person at the counter must be Japanese, after all. I was whispering. I wondered if I should say that to the customer. In the morning, while I was waiting for breakfast at the table after raising the futon, a centipede started walking on the tatami mats. I exterminated it and left it on the tatami mat, but the Chinese waitress pretended not to see it. Way to go. Originally it is a dried fish shop, but it seems that the inn business is being forced. Even if you are guided to the parking lot, weeds grow as much as you want. I should have parked in the paid parking lot. About 3 hours after checking out, when I was on my way home, I received a call on my cell phone asking if the room key had been returned. Great phone call with. The young proprietress appears in the media and seems to be doing her best, but she doesn't come to the counter. . I don't know. Even if the food and bath (small and dirty) are good, it will have to be rated low.

GGuest UserIf you read this word of mouth, there seems to be a lot of pros and cons 々. Certainly, the inn is old and old, but the nostalgic atmosphere is liked with a feeling that it is not tasted in a new hotel. Well, for my house, it is the first favorite hot spring in recent years and has been used several times. I enjoyed the meal with the intention every time. This time the tea bowl steamed soup was delicious 〜. I want to bring back the mustard sauce that was on the meat in a bottle. When I put it in my mouth, there are many things that I think ”ah, this”, so the time of meal is always fun. The color derived from the literary master 々 is also enjoying while thinking about reading the novel. The hot spring is also good in the quality of the spring and the skin is smooth. This time it was a midwinter stay, so I was worried that it was cold such as the room and the corridor, but it was a worry. The ice of hot water service eaten in other rooms was delicious. I also put it in the photograph, but there is a free raw beer on the hot water, and ice and beer are delicious. It is perfect for the time of the sloppy time on the trip. The staff of the inn also moved finely while reducing the contact with the customer, and there was no point to worry about. The foreigner who received the reception also worked hard to remember Japanese and worked hard, and it was cute and hard 〜 while cheering in my heart I felt warm. If you have a little regret, do you care about the bad reputation or did you feel like the staff was scrambled? It's okay. Please take confidence and take care of your customers. Nice stab It is an inn with a lot of fu. I feel that the education of the inn is always updated. I think it's hard in a world of change, but I feel that I'm working hard on old education and new customer service. Please continue to work hard with the new and old.
