"The facilities are brand new and excellent. They even have a Dyson hairdryer! The hotel is very close to the attractions, and there's parking available.
Everything is super clean, from the towels to the bath towels. The bed is large and comfortable.
I loved the environment – plenty of dining options nearby, and it's nice and quiet since it's not right on the main road. I'm picky about my sleep, and my request for a quiet room was handled perfectly over the phone.
The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly easy to communicate with. There was also a super helpful lady who assisted with luggage. Overall, a great experience in Xinjiang!
The breakfast was unbelievably generous! Since it was Sunday, it was served until 12 PM, so it covered both breakfast and lunch."

"This was one of the most satisfying stays I've had recently. From the moment I entered, all the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Everyone, from the front desk receptionist to the cleaning staff, was very professional and enthusiastic! Check-in was super fast. Then, upon entering the room, I noticed a subtle, pleasant scent. "Booked this last minute upon arriving at the scenic spot, choosing it based on good reviews. The service upon arrival was warm and welcoming. You could tell it's a new hotel. The front desk girl spoke very softly and kindly provided children's slippers and toiletries for my child. The room size was good, and the bedding was excellent and comfortable to sleep on. Any minor issues that arose during our stay were quickly resolved, and their proactive approach to problem-solving made the experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to friends."

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located near the Sayram Lake Tourist Center, making it very convenient to enter the scenic area. Our room was upgraded, and we could even catch a glimpse of Sayram Lake – it was truly beautiful.
However, despite being a Marriott, some of the amenities felt a bit lacking. The children's toiletries provided were dirty; it looked like they had been used and not properly cleaned before being put back in the box. Luckily, we had brought our own, so we didn't need to use theirs.
The sound insulation in the room was poor. Perhaps because our room was close to the emergency exit, it was especially noisy in the morning. Still, it wasn't a huge impact on me, so it wasn't a big deal.

They were also proactive in offering help when needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes that were all delicious. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience with good value for money. Surprise 3: They raised a group of cattle in their family, and other families on the mountain behind them raised a group of sheep. There are 2 sheep dogs and a few horses in the family. The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!

GGuest UserI initially chose this place for its unique glass-house design, which I found very appealing. To my surprise, the room was super warm at night thanks to the underfloor heating. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and even turned on the heating for us in advance, so arriving after 1 AM was still very comfortable.
I'm quite particular about bathroom cleanliness, and this one was spotless. Just a small heads-up: the shower floor can be a bit slippery, so be careful.
The staff mentioned 24-hour service, so I assume they have rotating shifts – very considerate! Besides breakfast, you can enjoy complimentary coffee at the front desk in the morning, which was a lovely bonus.
The location is great, very close to Dongmen. On a clear morning, the views were beautiful, putting me in a wonderful mood! Overall, a truly memorable experience.

They even offer free laundry service, which was a huge plus.
Location-wise, it's pretty great too. I was walking to the park, and it was super close to the Old East Gate entrance. Plus, there are tons of good places to eat and convenience stores nearby, making it incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from the east gate of Sayram Lake scenic area, a very short drive away, with plenty of parking. The rooms are clean, and the indoor environment is good. The accommodation area is quiet and free from noise. However, when taking a hot shower, there's only enough hot water for one person; the next person has to wait a long time, which needs improvement. The breakfast is rich and good, and the restaurant is quite large. There were water stains on the plates, possibly indicating they hadn't been disinfected yet. Outside the window, you can see snow-capped mountains. Construction workers were redecorating the hotel's exterior, so the outdoor facilities aren't finished yet. Overall, it didn't affect our stay.

Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.
