"I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one truly stands out! 1. **Location:** Just a few minutes' drive from the east gate of Sayram Lake, very convenient. 2. **Room:** Clean, tidy, no strange smells, good soundproofing, and comfortable bedding. Our family of three all slept wonderfully. 3. **Service:** I have to commend the staff’s service-mindedness! They greeted us warmly and helped with our luggage. 4. **Quick Problem Resolution:** We returned from Sayram Lake close to 10 PM to find our room very hot and the AC not cooling. After the maintenance supervisor checked it, they immediately upgraded our room (we didn't even need new key cards, we just moved right in! This was fantastic, especially since we had already settled down, but the room was unbearably hot). 5. **Incredibly Welcoming:** We stayed with our one-year-old baby, and the young 'aunties and uncles' at the front desk and restaurant absolutely adored her. They interacted warmly with her and even gave her lots of bear toys, which really made us feel special! I highly recommend this hotel to parents traveling with young children. 6. **Breakfast:** Pretty good, with fresh ingredients and fruits, and tasty too. 7. **Review Incentive:** I rarely leave reviews, but they simply offered too much (both in service and gifts 😄). 8. **Construction Notice:** The ground floor road and parking area aren't fully completed yet, but parking was not an issue. 9. **Surroundings:** Several new hotels are under construction nearby, but with the windows closed, there was virtually no noise. 10. **Dining Out:** I ordered takeout for dinner as I was too tired to explore. My personal guess is that there might not be many dining options within a 10-minute walk (just a wild guess)."

"This orange hotel is so pleasantly surprised! The transportation is convenient, the environment is quiet and elegant, the decoration is stylish, and the window is opened to have a wide view. Downstairs is the park. The laundry room and gym in the hotel are fully equipped. It is comfortable and relaxing to live. It is worth mentioning that the service of this hotel is too intimate! Due to my negligence, I found out that the clothes were left in the room after checking out. The front desk staff Xiao Gao (a beauty in Korla) and Shen Xinlin took the initiative to help me coordinate. Thank you very much. The warm and efficient service attitude of these two front desk staff made me choose the Orange Hotel in the future. Also to mention is Xiao Gao's quick enthusiasm to help me take ice cubes, I am very touched, this hotel recommended to friends who travel."

"This trip to Sayram Lake, the hotel I stayed at was much better than I expected, I truly loved their hotel style. We arrived at the hotel at noon, and the security guard was very warm and helpful! The front desk ladies were all beautiful and polite! Uyghurs have such strong genes! After unpacking, we headed to the cafe. The cafe's ambiance was lovely, and I'd give full marks to the cafe staff. The barista's service was excellent, the coffee cups were unique, and the Xinjiang-style floral tea was delicious and refreshing. Enjoying tea while admiring the Sayram Lake view was wonderful. The room was also very spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and lounging on the small sofa by the window was very relaxing. The hotel is quite close to Sayram Lake, we reached the scenic area in just 5 minutes by car. Excellent value for money."

"I chose this hotel on the way to Saihu, knowing that it was a chain hotel but I have not experienced it. This one is newly opened in 26 years. The environment and facilities are relatively new. The room is large, the dry and wet are separated, the bedding is more comfortable, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and the overall experience is good. I will have the opportunity to go to Saihu later, and I will choose this hotel, which is convenient and cost-effective!"

"We spent a day at Sayram Lake. It was truly beautiful, but also incredibly cold! The wind was incredibly strong, and I almost cried from the cold. Ladies, take my advice: down jackets are a lifesaver! Looking for a place to stay that night, we stumbled upon Blue Lake International and booked a duplex room with the intention of giving it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. We arrived late, but the front desk staff, far from being impatient, were incredibly helpful in settling us in. We were greeted with hot tea upon arrival, followed by Xinjiang-style dried fruits and yogurt, which instantly soothed us! Our loft was incredibly spacious, stylishly decorated, and most importantly, incredibly warm! After a day freezing outside, stepping into the room felt like stepping into a warm embrace, a feeling of total bliss. From the hot tea and local snacks to the room decor and warmth, you could tell the hotel truly cares about its guests. If you're visiting Sayram Lake, I highly recommend Blue Lake International. It was definitely the best surprise of our trip, and a warm end to a chilly day."

"I originally booked the resort, but then got upgraded to the Puli Hotel. The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!"

"The hotel room is marked as 35-40 square meters, but the actual area is about 25-27 square meters. There is no view of Sailimu Lake. The hotel is designed in a resort style. But the design of the room is bad. There is no place to put luggage, and the suitcase can only be placed on the floor. There are many hanging rods, which makes it difficult to ensure the cleanliness of the fruit stems. The twin room only has a small bedside table between the two beds. The toilet room has a partial glass brick wall facing the head of the bed. Turning on the light when going to the bathroom at night will cause great interference. The row of control switches at the head of the bed is very bright at night, which interferes with sleep. The door gap is large and cannot isolate noise and light. The hotel's breakfast is very good, and the auntie at the noodle stall also provides good service."

"As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I generally trust the brand. A big shout-out to Jerry, the Front Desk Supervisor! He messaged me a day in advance, and knowing we were a family traveling, he upgraded our room and even provided complimentary breakfast for our child. He was also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever an issue came up. 👍 The only hiccup was the restaurant reception, which was a bit disorganized. We had to negotiate both for dinner and breakfast to get our child seated. On the bright side, the breakfast itself was delicious! Other notes: The hotel facilities are very new, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were attentive. However, sharing one door for both the bathroom and shower room was a bit inconvenient."

"My recent stay at your hotel revealed several areas needing improvement, and I'd like to offer some objective feedback for your consideration. Firstly, despite being a newly opened hotel, it still feels incomplete. While exploring the premises, I noticed the staircase leading from the ground floor entrance to the courtyard was unfinished. There were no effective barriers or restrictions, allowing anyone to easily access the guest room areas, which poses a safety hazard. Secondly, the hotel uses an older central air conditioning system. Most new hotels now feature independently adjustable AC units, so the limited temperature control was a drawback. For guests like me, who prefer a cooler room temperature, especially at night when individual adjustment is needed, this was quite inconvenient. I'm providing this feedback for other guests with similar needs. Thirdly, staff training appears to be insufficient. After checking out, we left an item behind, but the hotel didn't proactively contact us; we had to call them. When we contacted the front desk, the staff member seemed quite uninformed and stated we'd have to wait until 10 AM the next morning for housekeeping to be available to check. Normally, there should be a clear handover process during checkout, and the duty manager should be aware of such situations. While the front desk eventually confirmed they found the item, the overall communication process was quite disorganized. Subsequently, the general manager called to apologize, explaining the front desk staff member was new, and offered compensation. However, I believe the core issue isn't with individual employees but with overall training and scheduling. For example, inadequately trained new staff shouldn't be assigned to night shifts (we called around 1 AM). Furthermore, the general manager repeatedly emphasized during our call that he hoped we wouldn't leave a negative review, making the conversation somewhat drawn-out. Frankly, genuine guest experiences should be honestly reflected so that other potential guests can make informed decisions. Overly emphasizing the avoidance of negative feedback can be off-putting and deviates from the original goal of improving service quality."
