Then the robot sent me the 1511 card, but after I swiped the card, I could only go to the fifth floor. I went to the fifth floor and swiped the card but couldn't open room 0511. I thought the front desk might have written the wrong room number, so I went back to the 19th floor. I tried calling 1911 but it couldn't be opened, so I called the front desk again. The front desk had a new person this time, maybe due to a shift change, and I wasn't sure about the situation. They communicated again and said they would send it to me again, but they hung up. My wife thought it was delivered by a robot again, so she called again and asked them to deliver it manually, because the robot might be slower. Finally, I went to room 1511. When I entered, I found that there were heavy stains on the table. The table must not have been wiped at all because it was very new. It was probably left by the previous tenant eating. At this time, I went to check other places and found that there was a hair in the sink. I didn’t want to guess what the hair was. There are also ones on the ground at the door. Because I had been struggling to change rooms for nearly half an hour, it was already too late, so if I didn’t want to bother, just forget it and just sleep when I could. My wife's tone may not have been very good when she called in the early morning, but when I showed these photos to the front desk the next day, my attitude was fine. After all, it was not the front desk's personal fault, but the hotel's. However, the front desk was more Indifferent, unapologetic, and very disappointed with this hotel."

"Extremely satisfied! The front desk staff arranged for us to have a front-facing room with views of Lake Saï and the mountains. The room was spacious, incredibly clean, and had a great ambiance. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows meant we could enjoy the stunning scenery right from our bed. Our luggage was taken care of directly by the butler. Breakfast was conveniently located nearby, and there's even a trendy coffee shop. Highly recommend!"
