"There is a saying that the environment and location are generally good, but when Check-in, you have to charge an additional 900 pesos for cleaning. This is also a matter of fact. After receiving it, no one cleans the room every day. It is outrageous!"

"The location of the Hotel 10/10. I know that these are their policies but it seemed a little unfair to us that you couldn't consume anything (beer, water, snacks or any food) if it wasn't from the bar, in the area of the pool and lounge chairs. From then on everything is in order."

GGuest UserI went in the somewhat low season in October and everything was wonderful, at reception and when they gave me the room super fast, everything was very clean and very attentive, the rooms are not the biggest but they are good🤝🏼

We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back

The food was mediocre.
The long was extremely clean, but the pool area was gross.

GGuest UserAlthough the facilities are a bit old, it is understandable considering its history of more than 80 years. Almost perfect location: walking distance from the main attractions in the old town, with unparalleled sea views. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not rich, but the dining environment is very comfortable. If I have to mention one flaw, the music on the street in front of the hotel is too loud on weekend nights.
