The truth is, the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, it was done very late and it is not very good, there was never water to drink in the room and the products they provide you for cleaning are not very good either,
However, the location of the hotel is great, the view is wonderful and the staff's attention is good, the workers are very friendly and attentive.

We got there and the Balcony door would close or lock,the safe did not work, the Wifi did not work, the room was not very clean. There was coffee spilled on the counter and the bathroom had something pink all over the counter. They fix the door and tried to fix the safe. The room next door the guests were very noisy. The repair guy was great. The restaurant charged us 230 pesos for a glass of wine. Not a bottle. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve stayed at this hotel previously which I liked because it’s right on the *****, but I had issues with the room being dirty. The bottom area of the toilet was very dirty! The water from the toilet was leaking, the door from the shower was not closing at all. We had to take showers with the door open which lead to more water on the floor.
The pillows from the bed were also dirty. One of the pillows had a fresh stain of a rotten fruit?
Front desk staff and maintenance personnel were nice. Overall cleanliness was terrible this year.

I never write reviews, but this hotel warranted it. There were hair balls, bed bugs, dirty walls, dirty/stained sheets/pillowcases, balconies were directly shared with your neighbor & doors do not lock. Very unsafe situation. Hot water was delayed. Faucet was not even in place. It was flimsy and moved around. Would not stay here again. Poor quality overall.

My partner and I stayed for 5days
- the sheets were not changed the last day, she just made the bed with the same sheets
Other than that, she made cute designs with towels & left soaps and new shampoo every time the room was cleaned
The lock box in the room did not work
The remote control went missing the second day, had to ask for a new one
Location is 10/10 right across from the malecón
Buffet is ok, we tried it last year and it was cheaper.. No new variety

It was good but we had a group of people across from our room that had loud music at midnight and were always people knocking on that door from 1 am to 5 am for four days in a row. It was very disappointing.
