We just arrived home from a fantastic week in Marrakesh after staying at this superb resort. There was not a single negative to our stay and the hotel and facilities truly were a desert paradise. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, we were looked after by the staff in all aspects. From the receptionists to bar staff and the cleaners to the entertainment team, everyone was so friendly, helpful and fun. Our room was fantastic as well with traditional tiles and decor, it had all the necessities we needed. The double bed was huge and so comfy! The entertainment was fantastic all week with plenty of different activities to during the day as well fun shows at night. The members of the team really made the effort to know you personally too. The food was absolutely amazing as well, from Moroccan dishes to plates around the world, there was always something to choose! The desserts deserve their own review because they were incredible! The excursions on offer were also very reasonably priced and helped to contribute to this memorable trip. The free shuttle bus into Marrakesh Town center was reliable and plentiful. All in all, this was the best way to visit Morocco for the first time. We were sad to leave but happy we stayed here. I would recommend this resort to anyone. Thank you Sol Oasis Marrakesh!

Advantages: 1. The hotel meals are amazing. Buffet is invincible, and it has beaten most five-star hotels in Morocco. This price is worth the dinner. 2. Very suitable for bringing children. The baby club has its own farm, with sheep, peacocks, turkeys, etc. Children love it. They have a full range of amusement equipment and a classroom, which can be hosted. It is a pity that the opening time is no later than 5:30 pm. 3. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools in the hotel. The pools can be launched in winter, and there is an artificial lake for boating. There are also tennis courts and children's golf courses. 4. Beautiful environment, suitable for vacation, palm park. 5. Can add an extra bed. Toothbrush with slippers Next talk about the flaws: 1. The room is too small ... average bedding. 2. The location is very remote, the suburbs, and you can consider own car.

I recently stayed at Palais Mehdi in Marrakesh, Morocco and it was a truly fantastic experience. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. An escape from the chaos of the city center to return to at the end of the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. And let's not forget about the beautiful pool, which was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. Free parking too! Overall, we had an amazing stay at Palais Mehdi and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Marrakesh. We spent wonderful days in Caravanserai with the Rotary Club with 28 people. The rooms are generous and individual and carefully maintained. The accommodation is very quietly located. The right place to tank. The atmosphere is simply charming with the beautiful lighting. The dinner was served at the pool or tent in the desired garden. The food was very tasty and fine. The staff is very friendly, attentive and premature. Chapeau for Philippe. He is an organizational talent. We're happy to come back as a couple or with a group or for a special celebration. Fantastic hotel experience. Top notch service from very friendly staff. Good entertainment & facilities but above all we were very impressed with the selection of food provided. New high quality options almost every day/night at the buffet dining hall with additional drinks & snacks available at the pool bar during the day. Rooms were to a high standard as well, very roomy & comfortable etc. They also provide a very handy free shuttle bus service that will offer transport to the city centre at several times throughout the day. Also of note if you're an animal lover (specifically cats), you'll be greeted by the many friendly feline residents of the hotel who lounge about during the day. They won't bother you if you don't bother them but they provide some cute amusement nonetheless. The only issue we experienced was our room was missed by housekeeping for a day or two but this was quickly rectified once we notified the helpful staff. All in all an absolutely great place for a relaxing stay in Marrakech (especially if it's your first time like us). We can't recommend it enough.

When we arrived the receptionists was very friendly and so were the others we spoke to through duration of the holiday. The first room we were given wasn't great, it was outdated, not clean and was was very dark. We didn't feel safe in the room either because it had a connecting door to another room which couldn't be locked. After explaining this to the receptionist he happily moved us to another room and he was very helpful. Food is bland and the same everyday. No salt and pepper to be found. The best part is breakfast with fresh omelette and morrocon flat bread. I recommend eating in Marrakech for lunch and dinner. The shuttle into Marrakech costs 40 MAD per person round trip. Which is far less than a taxi. The rest of the hotel is immaculate and the poolside is clean and the entertainment staff are all brilliant. French is the primary language at this resort so please take this into consideration. The staff will still try to communicate with you positively. Overall for what we paid it was a positive stay and the friends we made definitely made the trip a great experience.
