The environment and facilities are good. It was very strange to have a travel agent at the front desk of the hotel. When I checked in on the first day, I was introduced to the agency reservation program. After hearing about it, I said thank you and didn't ask for a reservation. When he saw me the next day, he asked me why I didn’t come to him to book a project and asked me to apologize to him? ? ? What's the meaning? ? Other service staff are not very enthusiastic either.

We arrived on the 19th of December as a family for christmas, from the second of arriving at the hotel we felt welcomed, the rep helped us get our room sorted straight away, The staff all round this resort are friendly and will do anything to help! Nothing was too much trouble, The room was amazing, spotless room 210, The food is unbelievable for a all inclusive resort even the snack bar beside the pool was brilliant, Christmas displays was amazing,Even Santa on a Camel haha, Animation team is unbelievable, and we have booked to return in under 5months, This resort is easily 5stars from us and we’ve travelled to come very exotic Destinations including Maldives,Caribbean but this beat the lot, We would advise to do the camel trip and it’s such fun for a family, Thanks for making us welcome, can’t wait to be back in may 2024

Wouldn’t recommend. Firstly it’s in the middle of nowhere so you’re forced to take a taxi everywhere and there’s no shops, restaurants or attractions nearby. The room was ok but there was a massive spider web with a spider still in it next to my bed, clearly the room wasn’t throughly cleaned (if cleaned at all) before we checked in. The fridge didn’t work properly so we were forced to drink lukewarm water in 40 degree heat, there was also water bottles from previous guests still in the fridge, which we originally tbh ought had been left for us until realising they were open and half empty! The hotel grounds is massive so it’s very easy to get lost. There was more than one restaurant but only one was open while we were there, the food was very far from great. Most days I just had to pick at things so I wasn’t starving through the day. The one day we went for breakfast a lot of the stuff had run out so that was annoying. The snack bar wasn’t open at the advertised times so on a day where we missed lunch because of being at an excursion, we had to starve until dinner! The cocktails were pre made and awful, not authentic and nothing like what we’ve had in London. The bar closes at 11/12 so if you want even just some water to cook yourself down, this wasn’t an option because they were closed! When we checked in there was nobody to help with our bags which I think is a standard service in most hotels and the hotel rep wasn’t interested in being helpful once he realised we weren’t gonna buy excursions from him

This hotel is undoubtedly the worst I've ever experienced. There's absolutely nothing positive to say about it. It's in dire need of a complete overhaul—outdated and worn-out doesn't even begin to cover it. The rooms are dreary, and the food is downright terrible. Adding insult to injury, its location is utterly dismal—completely isolated with no other dining options in sight, and forget about finding alternative taxi services. I wouldn't even think of staying here again. The snack bar? Don't even get me started—it's just recycled food from lunch, and the sun loungers are nothing more than uncomfortable plastic chairs with no cushioning. How this place managed to snag a four-star rating is beyond me—it's a complete delusion. And don't even expect anything different from their response to this review—it's bound to be the same old generic reply they give to all the other negative feedback. It's truly telling of the hotel's standards.

Just back from a week at this hotel. I would really recommend it - from start to finish the staff were friendly and helpful. We arranged a lot of trips with the two guys based in the hotel - so helpful and the trips were great. Although out of the centre of marrakech, the hotel is a really good base to explore. The trips we did were anything from an hr transfer to 3 hours when we went to Casablanca. The guys in the main bar in the evening were great, really fun and friendly. The pool entertainment was on throughout the day but not pushy. The spa is also very worth a visit!!! I had a facial and a massage and my skin felt amazing afterwards.

Hotel is a nice location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surrounding views of the landscape are very scenic. Getting to the city is easy - takes around 20mins by taxi or can get shuttle bus (which we didn’t use, but heard is a cheaper option). Taxi cost 150 dirhams each way. There is an ATM machine in the reception if you are low in cash. The room was very nice and well maintained by the maid staff. Spacious bathroom and good balcony. Aircon worked well. Doesn’t come with a kettle but you can ask reception for one. Food was tasty, good selection of the local cuisine, I particularly enjoyed the chicken/beef tagines. Good selection of desserts and drinks. Large bottles of water were always available. The buffet food did become quite repetitive so we went out into the city a few nights to have dinner. Entertainment team were great. Very enthusiastic and friendly. They host fun activities everyday around the pool such as water polo, dancing, darts and more… Evening entertainment was enjoyable, however they mainly spoke in French but no surprise as it is a French speaking country. The pool area is nice and spacious, lots of sun beds available and drinks available at the bar. I found the pool to be quite cold, but it’s ok once you’re in. The poolside cubicle toilets are very dark so make sure to bring your phone as a torch. The gym I have to admit is not the best. It does need a bit of TLC. There were dumbbells and barbells which were good, but the other equipment were old and run down. Some of the plates did not fit correctly to the barbells. On the plus side though, the gym did have Aircon. Wi-Fi can be temperamental in some areas, best signal is in and around the reception area. Might be worth buying a SIM card (we bought ours from the airport). Handy if you are going into the city or on excursions. For excursions I would highly recommend the guided city tour and Ozound Waterfall trip. You can book trips through Getyourguide app or through the hotel. Overall I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone to stay here who is looking for a relaxed and cheap budget holiday.

After reading the reviews before travelling I was a bit apprehensive however I needn’t have been. The hotel is a great find, set in lovely grounds about 20 mins from the city centre and great value for money. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room for 3 was made up of 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom all of which were very clean with lots of space. We were able to get a kettle, cups etc from the restaurant on arrival. The food was normal AI buffet style, fresh and plenty of choice. The snack bar did a nice lunch service and the pool bar staff were really friendly. Clean towels by the pool every day and plenty of sunbeds - be warned the pool was cold BUT it is only April! Taxis to the city are easily available and very reasonable. Overall we had a great week and I would recommend this hotel

We had a great time, the room was lovely and spacious, staff welcoming and reception staff all pleasant. The previous reviews are disappointing as no where near accurate , if people are looking for exceptional 5 stars they should put there hands in there pockets and pay for it rather than moan about a good budget hotel!!!!! The food has been good on the whole although repetitive but that is to be expected at an all inclusive hotel. Good location to be outside the main city centre for the peace and easy and cheap to get into the main town 15/20mins Pool towels where easy to get and always bottle of waters to get through day/night. The pool bar staff were lovely! Overall I would recommend this hotel

I was really worried when I read some of the negative reviews of this hotel after I booked my all inclusive, 5 night stay with my partner and kids. I was pleasantly content with the hotel. It’s not the most modern but I thought the hotel grounds and facilities were good. The staff were friendly for the most part and the food was good and varied. I think the hotel is ideal for people wanting to stay on the hotel grounds most of their trip (that wasn’t us though and we were out every single day which ended up being quite expensive). I have two negatives. 1. Is the location - It’s a little out of the way, between 20-30mins drive away from the centre of Marrakesh. And if you really want to see the culture you need to go out and explore. There is a shuttle bus for guests which works out to about €3 per person one way which is the cheapest option to leave the hotel. 2. Though the rooms were spacious, when we checked-in there were cobwebs on the ceiling and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would usually expect or like - it felt as though the room needed a quick turnaround so was cleaned over quickly. Otherwise generally quite clean (though not to my standard which is probably quite high when it comes to cleaning). TIPS: book your seats on the shuttle bus in advance (this secures your outbound and inbound places). Get to know the activities schedule so you can take advantage of what’s on at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel but probably wouldn’t be my first choice if my budget was slightly bigger.
