"The riad is located in a good location, not noisy and yet close to Medina attractions. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit meh and on departure day there was no breakfast provided. We left at 07:15 like all the dessert tours from Marrakesh but the Riad provided no breakfast at all even though it was included in the booking. Other than that all things were good in Riad Belikoss."

"I don't understand the rave reviews about this hotel! The bathroom is terribly small, you can't turn around, the shower stall is also very small and all the water flows out onto the floor, a puddle forms there and it's terrible! What's worse, the water in the room is cold, we called twice that evening and said so, after which it became a little warm, but the next evening it was cold again, not warm, but cold!!! After cleaning, out of 5 towels provided, for some reason they put 2 large ones and that's it, we had to call again and ask! There are no slippers in the hotel, and it's extremely uncomfortable to walk on the cold tiles!"
