The riad is ideally located right in the heart of the medina, yet remains very quiet, which is a real luxury in Marrakech. The place is beautiful, very clean, and you immediately feel at home. The welcome was exceptional, and a special mention goes to Malica: she is extremely attentive, professional, always smiling, and exceptionally kind. She truly does everything to ensure your stay is perfect. Thanks to her, you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. I wholeheartedly recommend this riad, and I will definitely return on my next trip to Marrakech!"

"Pros: The staff is very friendly and attentive, just like family. They brought me tea and cookies as a welcome gift. It's beautiful and cozy inside, perfect for those who want authenticity. Cons: Difficult to find, taxis don't come, and not everyone is willing to take one; finding one is a real quest. It's noisy, as there's no soundproofing, so you can hear everything going on outside the doors. There's a mosque nearby (nighttime prayers are clearly audible)."

Anass, the manager, is sophisticated, smart, and attentive, and his entire team made our stay truly unforgettable. My friend also enjoyed an outstanding spa massage and facial and said the experience was excellent. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly during our stay. Any previous comments about poor connectivity may have been related to individual phone service, eSIM issues, or cellular coverage rather than the riad’s Wi-Fi.
