"We have a lot of light, but unfortunately also a shadow. Our room as well as the bathroom/WC were very spacious, large bed with seating group, conveniently and modernly furnished. The bathroom had no shower hang or – separation, so flooding should be avoided with great caution. The castle hotel is very tastyly furnished, very thoughtful selection of modern art of well-known and arrived artists. Absolute highlight is the restaurant. We had eaten there twice and were both enthusiastic. It's a pity that critics of Gault Millau, fine taste, etc. have clearly sneaked the way to the Reichennow, located on the edge of the Marchic Switzerland. This kitchen is worth a tour. Surely a hotel cannot replace any damaged furniture, but skin seat on the armleather, a dirty toilet brush, unsciffic in the bathroom and in the toilet, remote water in the coffee machine and defect towels not belong to a 4-Sterne hotel. Also, a management that goes through the hotel without words and greetings or staff who call the guest "Hello, young man" (I'm 70.) are more talking about the existence of a deficit in attitude and management in this House."

"Im convinced that this was a fantastic hotel, decades ago. It’s placed in the middle of nature at a beautiful lake. The personnel is very, very friendly. But the place is run down. The breakfast was distasteful with cheap products, the diner wasn’t nice. The room run down and the whole hotel deteriorated. Everywhere there are Panda’s but instead of cuddly they give the hotel a sinister demeanor. A lot of dead plants in the hotel, empty hall ways. A good place for a scary movie."
