"I enjoyed everything as what I saw online was the same. I forgot my laptop charger and I hope to lodge this Friday again and hopefully I can get it back."

"Travelled with my friend for a one night stay. The hotel is beautiful. However, the customer service was terrible! We were placed on a floor where they were doing renovations and not informed, no information was provided regarding amenities and when we inquired about the pool, all they did was provide us a piece of paper indicating the pool closed at 7pm on a weekend. The beds were extremely soft and the blankets were so stiff it was “loud”. We were looking forward to enjoying what the hotel had to offer but unfortunately, it was far from being a good stay."

"Overall was pretty good. The room was clean. Little bit dark in the room, if more lights will be better and the bathroom light was little bit dark, brighter will be much better."

"During our stay the hotel us under renovation. We stay at Ground Floor. Even though we have a window, we had to put the curtains up all the time. And the swimming pool and gym were not available most of our stay. House keeping was provided only twice a week and only once a week the house keeping was for entire room. However, after each house keeping, some of the amenities in the room were missing. One time we were left with 1 coffee mug for the two of us. Another time one garbage bin was missing. Breakfast was good, though. On weekends the breakfast was served from 7:30am instead of 6:30am during the weekdays. One Saturday we had to leave at 6:45am to join a tour so we thought we'd have no breakfast. But then we came across the staff in the restaurant and he heated up two burgers for us to bring along. We are thankful for his help. There was no eating places around. That's một very convenient."

"The hotel is in a convenient location, and the parking fee is $8 CAD per night, which is quite reasonable. The room was not clean. There was hair on the supposedly clean towels, and the bedside tables were sticky."

"Spacious rooms with American standards and full amenities. The breakfast spread was ample, with a good variety and quality, including fruit, pastries, and coffee. There's a large commercial plaza nearby with various Chinese dining options. Plenty of free parking is available."

"No doubt this is the best in the areas. Loved the location, cleanliness and service. Would appreciate even more if the water in the shower is stronger and the faucet in the adjacent wall to allow more space to move around without hitting the faucets."

"This is my third reservation at Courtyard by Marriott and it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel room was very clean, and the housekeepers were kind in giving me any supplies I was running out of during my stay. I would definitely stay here again, whether with family or myself."

"Very poor check-in service where questioning their customers and without considering their customers and to the extent they do not like international customers.  Poor varieties for breakfast without no bread (only bagels) and without any hot food.  No lift!!  No any consideration for possible late check out time, even staying for 3 days.  I wont be choosing such premises for any of my next stays"
