It’s my first time staying in this hotel. I feel good. The staff is friendly and the location is easy to find. It’s close to the bus station, Ha Wan market and the main road. It’s convenient for travel and food😋😋

The receptionist was super helpful, didn’t have any cash and my Alipay and WeChat weren’t working. He helped me out with some cash.
The hotel is near Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul’s and other places nearby. (1.2km or less by walk )
Value for money.
The Macau Masters Hotel was recently renovated in 2023, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Macau. The hotel offers easy access to Macau International Airport, just 10km away. Just a short walk from Barra Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. There's plenty to do nearby, with Hong Kung Night Market, Nezha Temple and Leal Senado Building all within a short distance. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with friends.

Got in pretty late (early morning) and was looking for a day use hotel. Found this hotel finally and check in at about 5 a.m. The staff extended my check out time to 2 p.m. instead of the normal 12 p.m. The room is compact but comfortable and clean. There is a faint smell could be of old age or residual of smoke though now the whole floor is non smoking. Did not bother me though. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a 7-11 close by. Pretty good for the money.
The second time I checked in, the hotel was kept until it was clean. The service is also kept good. I checked in earlier and was assigned to a larger end room in the corner. However, the sound insulation was poor and the sound was concentrated there. I reported it to the front desk and was quickly moved to a room in the middle. The situation of the house has been greatly improved.

I arrived at the hotel very early, but the check-in time was 2 pm. The guy at the front desk helped store my luggage first and then went to play nearby. It was very close to Ruins of St. Paul's and surrounded by shopping stores. You need to pay a cash deposit of 500 when checking in. The room you stayed in was also very refined and elegant. The hygiene and service were also very good. I was very satisfied.

Service was great and the check-in and check-in experiences were very seamless. Staffs were super helpful and friendly. The family suite is huge, spacious, clean and comfortable. The fruits, drinks and snacks are complimentary which is a plus point. The bakery shop inside the hotel sells amazing and fresh pastries and coffees at affordable prices. There are free shuttle buses available to go to the airport. Most importantly, there are multiple bus stops at the entrance of the hotel which will go to The Venetian, Taipa Village, Coloane Village and many more. It is also within walking distance to Senado Square and Ruins of St Paul. Highly recommended to go for this hotel when visiting Macau.

The hotel is ok for not long stay.
Pros:
1. Quite good location: walkable distance to the main attractions, the buses stop in front of the hotel, supermarkets, ATM and McDonald’s are nearby.
2. The staff is nice and helpful. They speak English which is very important!
3. The bed and pillow is comfortable.
4. The window cannot be opened but the aircon is ok, however it is noisy.
5. I had good view from my window: the street and building in front of the hotel. (Photo)
6. WiFi in the room was good.
Cons:
1. The hotel is quite old, the facilities need to be renewed. Actually, they currently do renovation and warn about the noise from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It was not a problem for me, but it would be better to know about it before non-refundable reservation.
2. I booked single room with double bed but the room was bad: dirty (or burnt) carpet, dirty drops on the bathroom door, stains on the table. (Photo 1). I asked to change the room. They didn’t have another double bed room, so they offered twin bed room. It was better, so I stayed. But still, the facilities were not really good, for instance, there was mold at the bathroom curtain and near the sink, the sink was burst and the water went out slowly. (Photo)
3. No breakfast.
I hope that after renovation the hotel will be much better and more pleasant to stay.

One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the hotel's restaurants. The food was exquisite, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, all expertly prepared and presented. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a delicious selection of both Western and Asian dishes.
The location of the hotel is also a major plus. Situated in the heart of Macau, it is within walking distance of many of the city's major attractions, including the Ruins of St. Paul's and Senado Square.
Overall, our stay at Hotel Royal Macau was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and convenient location make it the perfect choice for anyone looking to experience the best that Macau has to offer.

Outstanding
SSi De LucasIt was a great trip, the staff were very helpful and it was kid friendly. The suite was huge and being situated in the Londoner, there was plenty of things to do.
GGuest UserWe went to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary and the customer service team Kent and Cherry went above and beyond our expectations and provided us with amazing customer service! Not only did Kent personally took us to our hotel rooms they also provided a complimentary cake and gift as well as upgraded my parents room! Highly recommend!!
GGuest UserLovely stay with a great view during our 2d1n trip to Macau. The ****** is linked across all hotels within the area and it was a short walk to taipa village for dinner. See pic for our room view.
GGuest UserBest hotel I ever stay. Stayed at Family room, just that the room is small but overall is good. Family room won’t facing the Paris view. Cleanness is tip top, down stair have ******, order room service and foods is delicious as well. Connected to major mall. Swimming pool is goods as well. Service is tip top goods. Free shuttle bus from Airport to hotel. Great service. Good good good. No complaints. I enjoyed my stay at The Parisian.
VVitto1988The hotel is overall ok for a short stay. We choose it because on trip.com it was mentioned as one of the best for families due to the kids playground, but turns out it’s not the hotel’s, there is a FunZone that can be accessed publicly in the same complex (adults pay the entrance even if they want to accompany their kids, and they were not flexible to let one parent go inside even just for the last 1/2 hour before closing, to accompany our 1-year-old…).
The complex is huge (includes the W hotel as well) and has access to a huge mall with plenty of food options. The main hotels of Macau are walking distance.
Room was ok and view is stunning, but we found rice under the armchair that hadn’t been cleaned…
MMary KrisThis is an amazing deal! For only P5,000+, we were able to book a 5 star hotel in Macau. The room and the entire hotel is clean, luxurious and smells expensive! I was delighted that their toiletries are all L’Occitane products– hand gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash and pillow linen! The room amenities are complete. They even have a complete set of towels and robes, and the best part is that they have a BATH TUB! Amazing, isn’t it?
To complete the experience, I suggest you should include breakfast in your booking.
As to the location, there is a bus stop just in front of the Hotel. To avoid confusion, it shares the same building with the Lisboeta Hotel.
Rrvhyn4everThis hotel should be in a better location. Nevertheless, it was a hidden gem to be discovered! It has its own charm and personality! A true Roosevelt treasure! Kudos to all the congenial staff and service crew! Keep up the good work! Cheers!🥂👍
CChung NingVery close to the outer ferry terminal, like 10-15 minutes walk. Quite a lot of bus routes to choose as well, pretty convenient location for traveler. Hotel has smoking and nonsmoking rooms. I chose smoking room (cause I do smoke), expecting the room might smells pretty bad but it was fine. I do recommend this hotel if you're a smoker and a traveler that not looking for a nice view from hotel but just convenient location.
CCarlitos TravelsIt's classical looking place, the amenities were good. However the service was poor, we asked to help us book a taxi from the ferry, they concierge told us there would be plenty of taxis at the ferry port, this was not true at all.
LLawrencehwdRoom was good and the location was good. Hotel wasn’t able to provide a phone charger and hiring / buying one from the vending machine wasn’t possible without a mainland ID.
