Find the Cheap Macau Hotels

We started by adding WeChat service before we checked in. Eva from the guest relations department learned that the check-in date was my daughter's birthday and arranged to decorate the room. When we checked in, we were greeted by Queenie, a beautiful woman who always had a sweet smile and was gentle and amiable. After she accompanied us into the room, she gave my daughter a big surprise with Harry Potter's wand snacks, cute dolls and birthday cake! The welcome fruits and snacks are changed every day of stay. The food and beverage at Hua Ting is of excellent quality from morning to night, with a rich cocktail list and exquisite and delicious snacks. Thanks to Frank from the catering department for his professional recommendation, I was able to drink my favorite sweet white wine, and there are also cocktails that are not specially made in the hotel to suit my taste. My friend and I are very impressed and satisfied. I would also like to thank Queenie in particular. From check-in to check-out, she accompanied us throughout the whole process and did her best to make us feel at home. Before coming here, I only thought that The Londoner Hotel was beautiful, but after coming here, I found that the service here was beyond my expectation, and it was not just these few people. All the employees I met in the entire hotel provided good service. The front desk of Hua Ting remembered my name when I went there for the second time. This kind of attentiveness from top to bottom of the entire hotel gave me a perfect journey. After that, I will only stay at The Londoner when I come to Macau, because I can't find a replacement hotel.

Ascott Macau is the hotel that I usually stay at during the past 2 years because its staff are friendly and helpful as well as efficiently .They will accede my request for upgrading the room if possible. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is closed to casinos, restaurants and transportation. I am sure to stay at this hotel on my next trip. Thanks to the staff handling my check in and check out, both of them are very nice.

check-in at 5pm and was informed that rooms not yet ready. A bit surprised and glad to know the rooms are ready before we finished checking-in. Promised fruits were not delivered to rooms though. Appreciate an alternative way to allow luggage getting through the ****** (not staying in ****** area, just passing through from one entrance to one exit) Thx

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

Very nice resort next to Cheoc Van beach. But location is very remote and in fact need to walk about 10 minutes downhill after getting off the bus. Besides that everything was great. Staff were well mannered and helpful. Breakfast well as expected. Good 1 night stay for quietness and away from city life.

Good location. Transportation is convenient near bus stop and LRT. Plenty of restaurants and supermarket around hotel. Very easy walking to Nova mall. Room has great view of racecourse. Well mannered staff. Good value for money and well recommended to stay.

I didn't expect that the room was big, enough for some special occasion. This was our second time to booked in the hotel and this time the view was very nice. Next time if we have given a chance and have long holiday we will try again to book the same room 😊😉 The check in and check out was very smooth. Only that we cannot check in early because the room was not ready yet. We arrived before 2:00pm we still need to wait for 1 hour 😅😁 but the staff and nice.

The hotel is overall ok for a short stay. We choose it because on trip.com it was mentioned as one of the best for families due to the kids playground, but turns out it’s not the hotel’s, there is a FunZone that can be accessed publicly in the same complex (adults pay the entrance even if they want to accompany their kids, and they were not flexible to let one parent go inside even just for the last 1/2 hour before closing, to accompany our 1-year-old…). The complex is huge (includes the W hotel as well) and has access to a huge mall with plenty of food options. The main hotels of Macau are walking distance. Room was ok and view is stunning, but we found rice under the armchair that hadn’t been cleaned…

the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, the location is really good close to main attraction such as st paul. the italian wharf amphitheatre, food was close by. staff was quick to help. so everything falls in good. i dont need any facilities other than what the hotel provide so its a good hotel for me. thank you..
