Grand Hyatt Macau

The rooms at Grand Hyatt Macau are very spacious. The oversized bathtub faces the window, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view outside while soaking. The service is excellent; if you need water or anything else, the staff will deliver it promptly after a phone call. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's well-maintained and generally clean. There are plenty of dining options in the food court downstairs. For transportation to the airport or ferry terminal, there's a bus to the left of the lobby. MGM and The Londoner are directly across the street, and Wynn Palace is also nearby, making getting around very convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

I'm so satisfied with this trip! This time, my main purpose for visiting Macau was to relax and escape the hustle and bustle. I spent most of my time at the hotel, enjoying its facilities, dining, swimming, and getting spa treatments. I only visited one attraction per day, embracing a slow, leisurely pace. It was very enjoyable and relaxing! The hotel's location is extremely convenient, right next to the Cotai East Light Rail station. Many thanks to the Club Lounge team for their thoughtful hospitality. I look forward to visiting again next time!

The dynamic fountain at Wynn Palace is definitely the biggest highlight, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. The location is also very convenient.

The room was excellent and very spacious. The mini-bar was restocked daily, so there was no need to buy drinks or water in Macau. The cleaning staff were also very diligent and kept the room spotless. They even allowed me a late check-out due to my ferry schedule. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and tidy. I have to specifically mention that the service attitude was exceptionally good, which left a deep impression on me. It's a minor regret that the deposit doesn't support WeChat Pay yet.

This stay at the Grand Hyatt Macau was very satisfying. Even after the Mid-Autumn Festival, the weather remained scorching hot. I tried out the pool facilities; it's a small, standard pool where you can actually swim, unlike other hotels whose pools are designed more for wading or soaking. There were even a few competitive swimmers timing themselves here. Looking around, I also noticed a small, heated round pool, which I unfortunately only saw when I was leaving. I personally prefer the Grand Hyatt Macau's design because everything adheres to American standards. This means higher ceilings, tall bathroom doors, wide entryways, and spacious elevators – none of that cramped feeling you get in some other hotels. My stay was between two holidays, after the Mid-Autumn Festival and before China's National Day, so it wasn't crowded at all, allowing for a bit more tranquility. The only minor drawback was the central air conditioning; I couldn't find the thermostat to adjust the temperature in the middle of the night. When I checked in, I also had a friendly chat with the front desk agent about the difference between booking on a platform and booking directly on their official website. Even as a member, there aren't many discounts available for booking. If the hotel could offer more incentives for members, I believe I'd stay here more often. I usually opt for The Parisian Macao or Studio City Macau, staying more frequently at a lower price point versus a more expensive hotel where I'd only stay once or twice. But of course, price control is part of a high-end brand's image. Each has its own business strategy.

Getting around to the surrounding areas is very convenient by car. There's a kids' play area on the 3rd floor, and my baby had a great time there. The room was also very spacious, and my baby was thrilled to see the fountain across the street.

Given that the hotel has been open for a while, they should really provide a universal adapter in every room as the outlets require one. Everything else was fine, except for the front desk staff not allowing a late check-out. They initially said the rooms were fully booked for the next day. However, once they heard I had an evening flight, they immediately offered for me to stay an extra day, even mentioning that the room rate for the second day was cheaper...

I liked the layout of the place, and the pool and sauna were great too. It's a bit inconvenient for meals since it's away from the city center, but it's a perfectly walkable distance.
