Awesome service from start to finish! This is our 2nd time coming and they were exceptional! Shout out to Melody for the duty manager for showing us our room and surprising us with a bday celebration for my partner and provided any help we needed. Furthermore, they have a WhatsApp system so it was easier to get items like extra towels.etc without needing to always call. ! The pool was also good , though it was scorching hot so we didn't stay long. The hotel is connected to MGM via a central one mall and you could use their shuttle bus or you could ask for them to help with a taxi, special shoutout to Roasch? For giving us a ride when the taxis weren't available. All in all. Love it and can't wait to come again soon.

Wynn Macau is a definition of a luxurious stay. The environment is fancy and welcome, since we arrive all staff provide us an amazing service and high quality standards. Food is great and you can enjoy an amazing international or Chinese breakfast buffet. We had opportunity to have dinner as well and you can find many fine fine options inside the hotel. It’s a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service and facilities. We are to come back and next time maybe try Wynn Palace.

Ascott Macau is the hotel that I usually stay at during the past 2 years because its staff are friendly and helpful as well as efficiently .They will accede my request for upgrading the room if possible. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is closed to casinos, restaurants and transportation. I am sure to stay at this hotel on my next trip. Thanks to the staff handling my check in and check out, both of them are very nice.

The family friendly triple room was nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was okay; the usual spread of local cuisine. Staff were quite friendly. Unfortunately, the corridors reek of smoke, despite it being supposedly non smoking, and the rooms along that corridor are supposed to be family friendly which. This hotel also does not have shuttle service as it is a smaller hotel, so have to go to another hotel for the shuttle.

A very nice and clean room and great services, location is also good to move around easily for family. Will come back the same hotel with family. Also a nice gesture that the hotel offered for my family, thank u....

I arrived at the hotel very early, but the check-in time was 2 pm. The guy at the front desk helped store my luggage first and then went to play nearby. It was very close to Ruins of St. Paul's and surrounded by shopping stores. You need to pay a cash deposit of 500 when checking in. The room you stayed in was also very refined and elegant. The hygiene and service were also very good. I was very satisfied.

I will always say that sofitel is a home away from home. The location is convenient. Near 24 hours supermarket and there is a 24 hours conveniece store located beside. It is also near the historic places of macau and the city view of their rooms are breathtakingly beautiful. I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and the service is always efficient and personalized. Breakfast has multiple choices from chinese to western, salads, and waffles. Thank you to Shirley, who gave me a warm welcome and also to Bryan, who took care of me in Mistral. For these past days that are raining and we don't want to go out and eat, we ordered in room dining, and Archie and Kate have provided us a personalized service. They are very polite and engaging with us. If you want to chill, the lounge bar, Rendezvous, is located in the lobby. I met some old friends there, and Rose took great care of us. I am also in the hospitality industry and very keen on details and standards. Rose was great, and she always asked for guest satisfaction, and I ended up coming back again the night after. The promotions in this bar are good, but i think it needs more marketing. Last but not least, Angel from housekeeping was very helpful and cleans the room efficiently. She is a happy soul and always smiling and helping our needs when we stay on the 16 floor. Location wise and service, Sofitel Macau is my most recommended hotel in Macau.

It was a great experience staying in this hotel, I will be recommending it to my friends who will visit Macau soon. The room is clean and tidy, with complete amenities which I like the most. The front desk officers are very nice as well as approachable.

The Venetian Macao is an experience all must enjoy. From the friendliness of staff, the choices of restaurants, shops and activity, to the fabulous swimming pool, it can not be beat. I will be back.

Best hotel I ever stay. Stayed at Family room, just that the room is small but overall is good. Family room won’t facing the Paris view. Cleanness is tip top, down stair have ******, order room service and foods is delicious as well. Connected to major mall. Swimming pool is goods as well. Service is tip top goods. Free shuttle bus from Airport to hotel. Great service. Good good good. No complaints. I enjoyed my stay at The Parisian.
