**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!**
My recent stay at Altira was absolutely fantastic. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm, professional staff named Celine who made check-in seamless, same as my check-out process with Stephen. Thank you to both of you.
The room was spacious and beautifully designed with Macau view. The pool was top-notch, the male and female staff were friendly and accommodating (26 May, around 7pm-8pm) and I loved the complimentary drinks on the mini bar in our room (2903), free softdrinks and beers. The hotel location is perfect also with easy access to attractions like Old Taipa Village, to Cotai central, Nova mall and transportation.
Overall, Altira exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the hotel delivers five-star service and comfort. I can’t wait to return! :)

I am a guest from Room 13119. This is my first stay here after the renovation. The lobby is very beautiful, and the welcome ambassadors are all handsome and hospitable. Jamie and Sanjieb warmly took my son to play claw machines and lottery games, and we were lucky to win a dining voucher. Alex Chen from the concierge department kindly helped me book a restaurant. The front desk staff Jacky Xue was very enthusiastic and handled the check-in quickly, which was completed in a few minutes. On the way to the room, we met the welcome ambassador Alex Huang, who took us to Miao Tai to get mango ice cream sticky rice. When he learned that my son is learning to play basketball, he chatted with my son about basketball and encouraged him to study hard. When we returned to the room, we were surprised to find birthday decorations and a delicate cake, truly feeling the warmth of being at home. After check-out, the bellboy helped me put my luggage into the shuttle bus to the border gate. The entire process from check-in to check-out was perfect, and the hotel staff and facilities were impeccable. As the summer vacation approaches, I believe that Londoner Hui will become the best choice for many travelers to Macau.

Staff are super nice, I ordered 3 bottles of water they brought me 6, requested for another “duck” gift as the original one in the room was little damaged…they all brought these things to the room using a tray to serve. And a birthday cake to delight us…
The room is spacious if you usually stayed in basic room type of other hotel, I think it can accommodate 1 or 1.5 more king size bed

As usual, this is a wonderful trip for me and this time I came with a couple. They also are the VIP of Four Season and it's good for me to stay together with them and enjoy the hotel facilities. Sauna is the major for our men. we spent almost 5 hours ther in 2 days. Breakfast keeps in high level, service is at top standard.
A minor interesting issue was happened when I arrived and took the shuttle, the other guest (4 person) was got in the car without inform the staff in pier. It supposed you have to sign up or make a reservation but those people just said we are the guest also. Finally, the staff say sorry to me and a couple and call another shuttle come to pick us. The staff shown her abilities and arrangement and the most important is to comfor us. Actuall we can't stop somebody running out of the track and not follow rules but may the hotel confirm the passanger before their arrival or foilow the rules ”who come first can go first” ? Sometimes we have to set up the rules for the people act in unreasonable performance.

This is the most fantastic trip we’ve ever had before. We’ve got the customised service, the high quality of hotel facilities with a high quality and the delicious food etc. Colin connected me and gave me the useful tips before and within the entire trip. and he prepared the surprise for kids as well. While Robin helped plan every detail about viewsights, famous local snacks and the efficient way with transportation. All these are pretty impressive, and I’ll choose Londoner again!

Many many thanks to all the staff who did their utmost to make us feel good during our stay. Everything was really perfect, from check-in to checkout. The room was spacious and well decorated for our anniversary. We particularly liked their bar and the concept they developed for cocktails. The heated pool is beautiful, but the view is a bit obscured by the hotel building on the side.

The staff service at the front office was good, although we needed to get the room later than expected (after 3pm), but the staff there still made us feel satisfied. And the Line themed room was amazing, nice balcony, and cute decorations as well, highly recommended for young families.

Outstanding
EEd WongThe family had a wonderful stay at the Parisian. It's super convenient, and had an amazing swimming pool and playhouse (both indoor and outdoor) for children to play in. They upgraded our room to one facing the Eiffel Tower and it was a gorgeous view indeed. Would definitely stay again.
RRBMNTZAbsolutely a top notch hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and complete. Huge bathroom, including a Japanese toilet. Shower has standard shower head and rain head. The matras on the king size bed is comfortable and firm. Fresh water, coffee and tea are free, the mini bar has more options to fulfill your needs. The breakfast has a wide variety of options: all of the world’s kitchens are present. Fresh and delicious. Enough restaurants around, huge water park, cinema, spa and shops. Enough facilities to also give your children a good time.
KKa lamThe room is spacious , service is great. Room service was good, everything was just perfect.
The waterpark was super fun for all ages . Such a great deal during off seasons
MmayyyvisI chose the package with free ferry tickets and it’s super value for money! potentially each ferry ticket per pax costs about ~S$27-ish for a return trip. Just that it didn’t include breakfast but not a problem, because you have all restaurants, shops and lots of entertainment just downstairs the hotel :) it’s like a dream come true! Recommended to also walk to the Londoner and Parisian to check out the beautiful architectures.
GGuest UserPros,
- Stunning view with cleaned windows - unlike others without proper maintenance.
- Functional AC & temperature control
- Clean bed/washroom with sufficient toiletries
- 5 restaurants with different types of cuisine
- Gym & outdoor pool
Cons,
- Bit far and no shuttle from HZMB Macao Port. Not much to walk/visit around the hotel area.
- cockroaches(alike)/insect was found on the bottom of the pool, though lifeguard took immediate action, still a big minus
- we arrived earlier than we expect and understood the check-in time not available till 15:00 but the receptionist kept repeating the check-in time without other solutions nor asking us to take a seat/wait/whatever.
It sounds like, not my problem that you arrive earlier, and bothering him to check out other customers which they had no customers to checkout at that moment.
Overall,
Reasonable price, stunning view and well equipped gym. We had a wonderful stay last year but not this time with such reply from the beginning of the stay and poor pool hygiene.
GGuest UserQuick check in and out. Staff at front desk were nice and helpful, and had offered very useful information and advice. The room was spacious, neat and clean, and was well maintained. Would stay at the hotel again if visiting Taipa again.
FFrequent Flyer FyRoom was new and had a very good view of the sea and the Macau Tower right in front. Nice and spacious. While the bathroom looked clean, the biggest problem was that there was a lingering smell of vomit in the bathroom that couldn't go away. This was really unpleasant and continued even the next day. My room was 1127. Also when they checked in they told me that smoking was not allowed but the smell of someone's smoking was evident all the way through the corridor on 11th floor. The lobby is really small in the hotel and the breakfast is seemingly in a Chinese restaurant? There's a Seaview pool but I didn't use it as the weather was bad. If you are visiting the Macau peninsula area then the location is really great and it's close to a bus stop with many buses to other parts of Macau. I wished I could have enjoyed the stay a lot more had it not been the smell.
SS BizWe enjoyed our stay. Kudos to Ms. Bela Deng for being kind, hospitable and literally being just by the door to attend to our housekeeping needs. The front desk, concierge and housekeeping team we're very kind and helpful too. We were given a compliementary cake to celebrate our anniversary.
We took the shuttle to Lisboa Palace and walk (around 10mins) to the hotel. There is a mall on the ground floor so we had lots of things to do like indoor skydiving and arcade games. The breakfast at Stanley Cafe had many choices and good. Angela's cafe is good for light breakfast.
Will book this hotel again in the future. It's perfect staycation for families with kids.
EExplorhears Travel and ToursWe were happy with our stay in Casa Real. The staff were accommodating and they exert effort to help us with the directions within Macau.
The rokm is clean and tidy and the beddings are fresh.
We generally loved our stay
MMel HeytsyuRoom is spacious and clean Location is okay its near grand lisboa within 5-15 mins walk and maybe 20mins walk in senado square. Front desk is friendly and accomodating. However staff in pool area doesnt speak much in english and we encounter unpleasant service in swimming pool area, staff prioritize what they called “ the Regular chinese old woman” that always goes there and she acted like she own the swimming pool and staff there gather in a corner talking pointing and looking at us and we know theyre talking about us and as we make ourselves enter in the swimming pool.like we have a common sense and know what we are doing and we are just on the side of the pool and they keep on like bothering us that we should be just on the other side when we are just on the corner minding our own business coz that old woman feel entittled and thinks that she owns the place! It make us feel bothered instead of being relaxed swimming we felt unwelcomed. We ended up getting pissed and left and we go to the shower room and we just touch a towel and one old woman again get angry out of nowhere and says not to touch the towels and she asked if we are from philippines and said we must needed to be assisted and not to touch things. We just entered the shower room for like 10 seconds and ended up having this heated argument with the rude lady and the staffs just keeps on yapping to each other with their language instead of settling the misunderstanding between us and the old lady . not leaving us like we didnt exists.before we enter one kind staff said we can take towels in that shelves and later on the staff explains that those old chinese rude womans are regular there and we just need to let their rudness slide not sure if the hotel tolerate this kind of guests behavior. We got offended as first timers to checked-in to your hotel and your so called “regular”makes your guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and ruined our experience instead of having a good one. They obviously can be defined as “Racist”.
