It doesn’t matter if the mobile phone has a remote control app that can turn on the TV. The hot and sour rice noodles nearby are pretty good. If you like the taste of chopped peppers, you can order medium spicy.

Visited the venetian and stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was beautiful and room was big. Downside was I was given a room on a floor that was going through upgrading works and the smell of fresh paint was overbearing and lingered in the air throughout my stay giving me a bad headache. Thankfully I was not staying for long. Other than that, room was clean and housekeeping made up room ans replenished amenities daily. Casino is just downstairs and there are many eateries and in room dining available. Unfortunately, food is very expensive and wasn't really tasty. There is shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for free.

Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls. Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

The team arranged a special birthday cake to my girlfriend and the special photo shooting from an instant print camera. The room is very new, fresh, and clean. The drinks at the bar are great. Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). It is true that the room type has more space. The most important thing is to walk 2-2w5 steps a day in the old town and have a full body massage. The chair is so cool! ! The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. Highly recommend this hotel! Luxurious, super efficient service, everything 5* ! Definitely deserves the 5star hotel recognition. All superb, breakfast quality was amazing! Shuttle buses available to most places. Located in a nice area to walk around, view is amazing. Rooms are huge and clean. Housekeeping done efficiently. All the small things are noticed like cable ties for our cables, laundry given a bag, etc etc. World class hotel! Must stay here when visiting Macao, also one of the newer hotels!

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. The service of this hotel is excellent! The staff, 陳卓立, who was a friendly and help person, introduced good recommendations for us to consider our meals. His helping hand and service we're really appreciated. This hotel equipped with a warm water swimming pool that is open fir all seasons. The staff, 梁婷婷, was informative and always ready to serve with beautiful smile. Surprisingly, fruit water and fresh grapes were served to the swimmers by their staff. The overall experience during this trip was excellent!

The spacious room and the spectacular view is the only highlight in my opinion. Maybe my expectation is a bit high after staying with Andaz, which provided an excellent and all-rounded experience. For example, we have made an earlier request for late check out when doing the check in, but get rejected by the check-in staff. They didn't consider your membership status nor the birthday. Please don't expect any perks or rewards. The room was not ready when we were there. So we stored our luggage at the front desk. When we came back, the stored luggage was not directly sent to your room. You needed to reclaim your stuff at the concierge. I was a bit disappointed. The location is not prime and at the far corner of the whole district. Staying here with the gold elite status and on your birthday will not bring you anything extra, even though you have made remarks earlier. Definitely, not the first pick in Macau.
