Macau Cotai Hotels

I had originally booked a twin room, but upon check-in, the friendly front desk staff upgraded me to a king-sized room. The room was spacious, fully carpeted, and the water pressure was excellent. As I prefer not to have my room cleaned during my stay, the housekeeping staff even left a thoughtful note saying I could call if I needed anything. The room was also equipped with mainland Chinese outlets, so I didn't need to bring an extra adapter, and there was a USB power strip conveniently located by the bed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I've already highly recommended it to my girlfriends!

Usually i dont make comments on here. But my stay at this hotel was a pleasant one. I want to share with you all. I came for the show which was held at Macao outdoor performance venue. When we checked in, the staff at front desk was nice and friendly. We checked in at around 4pm, probably most of the rooms are occupied. Since we had made a request of high floor and non smoking one, he tried to look for a better room for us. Finally he assigned a room that far from lift and non smoking one which was located at middle floor after getting our consent. 'When we went into the room, we were surprised that we could see the venue from our window! And we could also see planes and the airport! The condition of the hotel and room looked quite new and clean. In our bathroom, there was a double basin! there was hand wash gel and i liked that aroma! The hotel is connected to a shopping mall. You may go thru the shopping mall to go to the venue easily. And there is a restaurant in the shopping mall operating around the clock which gave us a convenience after the show. There was also a room with vending machines and ice making machines on out floor. The price there was not rocket high. It is even cheaper than the one from the convenient store at the shopping mall lol The bed and pillows were cozy. You may also adjust the temperature and fan speed of the Air conditioner. After we checked out, we wanted to keep the luggage. Front desk staff was helpful and attentive, approached me before i made any request. And one of the concierge was always smiley, cheerful and friendly (i m sorry i didnt check your name tag but you were the one who passed me my luggage when i claimed it) Overall, it was a good experience. I hope the hotel may keep their good work.

First thank you to the receptionist (Pan/Fan) for a free upgrade to a suite, and for a complimentary wine to celebrate my birthday, and to the (2) bellman 1st one who sang for me and the other who assisted me on the way to my suite. Also big thank you to Niraj Jung (the R.A) for making my room and my birthday a little extra :) I appreciate the decorations and it really made me so happy. Thank You Broadway Macau for a well spend staycation, truly a great choice to relax and celebrate my birthday with you. I will definitely comeback again. ✨✨✨⭐️⭐️

Coming from Hong Kong where rooms at the same price point are often just 20 sq m, I was immediately blown away upon arriving in Macau – the room was absolutely massive, haha! The decor shows its age, but it's very well-maintained. The service was excellent. They noted our anniversary and sent a complimentary cake and fruit. Service requests via phone were also very prompt, and the front desk concierge was great. The vibe at DC was just okay; I heard the place next door is more fun. For purchases within the mall, it's worth getting a membership card at DC first, as it offers discounts. Would definitely stay here again!

After taking a car to Grand Lisboa Palace, a 3-5 minute walk through the indoor, fully air-conditioned 'Macau Palace' walkway takes you directly to the hotel – no sun exposure at all! There's also a free shuttle bus right outside that goes straight to Wynn Palace, making exploring Cotai hassle-free. 🍳**Breakfast** The hotel breakfast is average. Lovely service 🥰. Always available. They prepared a free cake for my husband birthday. Yummy cioccolate 😋 Free Shuttle to ferry and airport pick up and drop off. Breakfast we had alla carta room service healthy bowl. Water bottle in the room and great amenities (toiletries). Gym is spacious and fully equipment. Hope to join you again and again. Also great and accurate Luggage storage service.

Our family stay was an absolute delight from start to finish. Traveling with our two children, aged 5 and 10, we were wonderfully cared for by “Jindy” from the Thai Front Office team. From the moment we checked in, her service was exceptional. She personally arranged for our luggage to be sent to our room, which was a fantastic two-bed room with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a delicious cake and a lovely kid's amenity waiting for us, along with complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. Jindy was incredibly sweet and courteous, providing us with excellent assistance and thorough information throughout our stay. Her attentiveness was a significant reason our family trip was filled with so much happiness. We created wonderful memories, from enjoying a ride on the swings together to savoring the delicious Zhen Dim Sum at the hotel. The convenience of having a Don Don Donki supermarket right there for our shopping needs, along with a variety of other shopping options, was a major plus. The heated swimming pool with its stunning skyline view was the perfect touch, especially considering the very affordable price. For any family planning a trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel

It's very clean and big. Also very convenient to see major attractions. My kids really enjoyed well in the swimming pool and water park. Food court and many restaurants were easily accessible. Overall very good stay.

The room was lovely; we stayed in the Cony-themed room, which was all pink and adorable. The service was also excellent, and there's a shopping mall downstairs. The hotel also provided complimentary priority passes for the Wynn Palace cable car. The queues at night were incredibly long, but with the pass, we got on smoothly without any waiting at all. One slight drawback was that the hotel's shuttle buses were infrequent and had limited routes. However, it's just a few minutes' walk to the Light Rail East Asia Station. It's also very close to the Grand Lisboa Palace, which offers many shuttle buses to various destinations.
