Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). It is true that the room type has more space. The most important thing is to walk 2-2w5 steps a day in the old town and have a full body massage. The chair is so cool! ! The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Special thanks to Catherine/Colin/Edmond. Picture 6 Friendly reminder: When making tea in the silver tea set of Huating Afternoon Tea, be careful not to get burned on the top of the tea lid. Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. Seeing that I had my mother with me, I even arranged a car to pick me up from the airport. Be My Guest Be My Home Looking forward to my next visit to my home away from home Londoner!

Ascott Macau is the hotel that I usually stay at during the past 2 years because its staff are friendly and helpful as well as efficiently .They will accede my request for upgrading the room if possible. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is closed to casinos, restaurants and transportation. I am sure to stay at this hotel on my next trip. Thanks to the staff handling my check in and check out, both of them are very nice.

We loved our stay at Grandview Hotel! 1st of all, the staff especially at the reception were very accommodating. The lobby, hallways, rooms are so clean and big! The hotel is situated in the quiet part of Macau, but there are a lot of supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants within its surroundings. There's buffet breakfast until 10:30am, so it was really convenient for us to eat even if we woke up late. I think the only thing lacking is that there's no heater in the rooms. But overall we definitely enjoyed our stay here and will recommend to our friends!

The location was great for the famous place and eating house. Walking distance. ”John ” was great enough to provide us the double bed although my order via the website was a single bed. The king bed was completely comfortable and I had a good sleep. The room was clean and spacious. Public transportation or private hire was easy accessable.

Good location near the historical centre to walk. Big nice room for affordable money. Nice pool on the 23 floor, but we had no time to try it. The breakfast is very poor, no vegatebles such as tomato and cucumber at breakfast. Absolutely same food for 2 days. No options for vegan.

The hotel is family friendly. I was with my 6-month-old baby and the hotel offered baby crib and stroller for us. We also got some baby bath items. We booed the Celebrity Tower but then the indoor swimming pool is for guests who stay in Star Tower only. We did not know about that. I did not know we can choose to stay in which tower, I only chose the room. We got to try the indoor pool at the end because the outdoor pool was closed due to maintenance. We visited in February, it’s still not very warm so we were happy we got to use the indoor pool.

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated, right beside Cheoc Van Beach in a quiet part of town. Our room was spacious and though the sea view was obstructed by trees, the sound of the waves and birds singing was relaxing enough. The restaurant fare is delicious and the service was excellent. There are beautiful trails within walking distance and a short bus ride away. Coloane Village is also nearby where Lord Stow's bakery offers the best Portuguese egg tarts in town.

BBaba láWe expected a true five-star experience, but this hotel barely reaches a 3.5 or 4-star level in terms of service and facilities. We requested a high-floor, non-smoking room and were even upgraded to a suite. However, the hallways and air conditioning carried a strong cigarette smell. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue in hotels with frequent Chinese guests. Breakfast was another major letdown. If you book a room with breakfast included through Trip, you’ll be dining at The Market Bistro, but don’t expect a buffet. Instead, you get a limited choice between a Western or Chinese set menu. For a supposed five-star hotel, the quality is extremely poor—terrible coffee, packaged toast, greasy and fried food, and no fresh fruit or natural juice. The “pastry selection” consists of one processed croissant, two slices of toast, and a Danish. The hotel is also overcrowded, with the reception and rooms located far apart, requiring long walks each time you go back and forth. For just 300 - 400 Mops more, you could stay at The St. Regis or another luxury hotel (low season) that offers far better value for money. Don’t be misled by Trip reviews—this hotel does not live up to the five-star rating it claims.

GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.

BBertonCheungThe spacious room and the spectacular view is the only highlight in my opinion. Maybe my expectation is a bit high after staying with Andaz, which provided an excellent and all-rounded experience. For example, we have made an earlier request for late check out when doing the check in, but get rejected by the check-in staff. They didn't consider your membership status nor the birthday. Please don't expect any perks or rewards. The room was not ready when we were there. So we stored our luggage at the front desk. When we came back, the stored luggage was not directly sent to your room. You needed to reclaim your stuff at the concierge. I was a bit disappointed. The location is not prime and at the far corner of the whole district. Staying here with the gold elite status and on your birthday will not bring you anything extra, even though you have made remarks earlier. Definitely, not the first pick in Macau.

SSara ArdeliaWe loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its l’occitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.

Ssk_23Location: Very convenient, the door is the bus stop, from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge take 102x directly to the door. check in: Staff doesn't understand Cantonese, no deposit required, room card is designated (only one) Lifts: bright enough, big enough, there are 2, to take cards to the room Corridor: Light, no odor (however someone opened the door to the rooftop in the morning, which was a bit weird Door: Normal, thick, good soundproofing Bathroom: Light, two towels each, good hygiene, no smell, clean towels with bathtub, however a bit high, be careful when entering and exiting. Minibar: Has normal stuff, no snacks, fridge is not cold (out of water), has two bottles of water. Bed: The pillows are one hard and one soft, the sheets are a little stained (acceptable), the duvet is warm enough with a USB plug at the headboard, but the light switch is a bit too bright Air conditioning: Relatively slow, you can adjust the temperature yourself Window: Curtains for blackout, but the light will burst between the curtains, the view is average (nor book this hotel for the view) Hair dryer: normal wind, normal temperature Wifi: Relatively weak, interrupts itself from time to time. TV: To turn on yourself (remote control can not be turned on), not HD Check out: Because there is no deposit, so put down the room card and leave

PPeteGWe love this hotel because of its location, it’s an approx. 5 to10 mins walkable distance to Lisboa Hotel and Senado Square. And we have a surprise upgraded to a room that overlooks the Macao Tower. Hotel is new, the room itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are good, especially Miguel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for our stay, resolves questions regarding transportation to HZMB and other parts of Macau, which is truly commendable. There are a few restaurants, department store and a cinema, inside the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back when we return to Macau.

TThe HotelierMy recent stay at the YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Macau was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in the vibrant heart of the city, this stylish hotel perfectly blends modern aesthetics with a rich cinematic history, offering a unique escape for both relaxation and exploration. Upon arrival, I was instantly captivated by the hotel's sleek design and welcoming ambiance. The lobby, adorned with Hollywood memorabilia, set the stage for a delightful experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with genuine warmth, making me feel like a valued guest from the get-go. I stayed in a spacious and beautifully decorated room that exuded comfort and elegance. The plush bed was a dream to sink into after a day of exploring Macau's attractions. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as high-quality toiletries and a coffee machine, that added to the overall experience. The large windows offered stunning views of the city, especially mesmerizing at night when the skyline lit up. One of the standout features of the YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel is its outstanding dining options. I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, where I savored exquisite local dishes made with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was chic and vibrant, making it an ideal spot for both casual meals and special occasions. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions like the historic city center and luxurious casinos. After a day of sightseeing, the rooftop pool provided a relaxing oasis to unwind and soak in the scenic views. Overall, my experience at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel was exceptional. The combination of its stylish decor, attentive service, delectable dining, and prime location makes it a top choice for any traveler visiting Macau. I left feeling refreshed and inspired, already planning my next visit!

GGuest UserOur check-in with the help of staff 趙嘉敏, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us. When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management. Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in. She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.
