"The hotel rooms need to be updated- they’re worse for wear. Stained furniture, holes in towels, stained carpet. The gym is great. But the saving point to this place is the staff - they’re kind and doing their very very best with a hotel that needs work. Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again unless the owners spend some money and refit it. It’s not to the Ascott standard. The hardest part is getting good staff and they have this so it is strange they don’t do some cosmetic updates and bring this hotel up to standard."

"This is the most fantastic trip we’ve ever had before. We’ve got the customised service, the high quality of hotel facilities with a high quality and the delicious food etc. Colin connected me and gave me the useful tips before and within the entire trip. and he prepared the surprise for kids as well. While Robin helped plan every detail about viewsights, famous local snacks and the efficient way with transportation. All these are pretty impressive, and I’ll choose Londoner again!"

"The hotel looks great for the price and it is close to restaurants. The clerk in reception were helpful. On the other hand, the cleaning service could do better as the last night they did not do our bed, and other days they didn't replace hand towels and the sugar packages for coffee."

"Overall, it was a nice hotel, but I was a bit disappointed that my room wasn't ready when I arrived at 5 PM. I had to wait in the lobby for over 20 minutes while it was being prepared. On a positive note, the room setup was pleasant, and the room service was excellent. However, I did encounter another issue: the toilet was blocked, and I had to call a technician to fix it at 3 AM."

"The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated, right beside Cheoc Van Beach in a quiet part of town. Our room was spacious and though the sea view was obstructed by trees, the sound of the waves and birds singing was relaxing enough. The restaurant fare is delicious and the service was excellent. There are beautiful trails within walking distance and a short bus ride away. Coloane Village is also nearby where Lord Stow's bakery offers the best Portuguese egg tarts in town."

"At least ten likes, free upgrade to sea view room, the handsome guy at the front desk is super good, actively helping the elderly, the room is large, clean and bright, very satisfied! You can also visit the Yuanmingyuan animal head exhibition for free, which is a feast for the eyes!"

"Just stayed for four nights at MGM Cotai, had to add on an extra night at the last minute and the staff, particularly Shellee helped so much with this, going out of her way to make sure my room was decorated (was a celebration with friends), and making sure that notes were carefully made to assist me upon check-in. The free coach from/to the border was a huge help as well. Even after I checked out, Vincent walked my luggage for me to the shuttle area and was kind and generous. Drinks at the bar, though pricey, are really worth it. Someone is always there to help if needed and the twice daily room cleaning/turn down were so nice to have after a day exploring and when bed time came. Will be returning and bringing friends, so very happy to have this wonderful escape close to home. As a note to anyone visiting the area, convenience stores on the strip are not easy to find or are closed, so bring cigs and snacks for times before you find a store with a taxi. Can't wait to return!"

"Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa."
