This hotel is located at a very convenient location. But overall experience is just average because of the following main reasons: 1) check-in: the check-in area is crowded, no queue-up line for check-in/out customers and the whole area just looks chaos. When i tried to seek help, one of the staff directed me to a vacant line and when we came in front of the check-in counter, the staff was writing some sort of notes at a post card or something and didn’t greet us or even gave proper response to us. She looked at us for 1 second and carried on her writing task. We have no clue but just stood up there in front of the check-in counter and wait for the staff to acknowledge us. It was until I slightly raised my voice at her telling her I was waiting for her to finish the writing and help us to check-in, she notified I was a little bit angry and dropped her pen and took care of us!!! Shame that this famous hotel has this kind of training for staff!!! 2) Swimming pool: the swimming pool (at Bond Tower 2) is good and the staff were all very helpful. But what I suggest for the management is to include some sort of bar/snack facilities (like a small bar or something) at the pool side. It would be a nice and marvellous and chilled experience to have some cocktails or cold drinks sitting at such beautiful pool benches and sitting areas. 3) Hotel Bar: I was told that the Bard Bar was chosen to be one of the top 50 Asian bar and I have had the experience to go for a glass of cocktails with my wife after dinner. We are astonished by the “atmosphere” and “vibe” there…….. To be honest, the bar was beautifully decorated and the staff were all good and helpful. I don’t know if there was any propaganda or marketing or promotion issues, we arrived at the bar at around 9:30pm and left at around 11:30pm, we were the only customers there for the night!!! I think the management should do something on the promotion/propaganda as the place is such a nice place for hotel guests. Nice place, nice staff!!! 4) Check-out: we all understand that the normal check-out time was 12pm, however, I think it will be a definitely “turn-off” when you received a call from staff politely asking if I need an extension of stay (actually a relatively “polite” phrase for “sir, times up, you have to leave now…”) at 12:15pm!!! We had lots of experience over premium / luxury hotels and we both consider that 30 mins grace period is a “norm” and relatively appropriate period for customers to understand they are running over-time…… Frankly speaking, no offence as they did nothing wrong but we both suggest 30 mins a relatively better time period. Having expressed the above negative comments, we both want to shout out some good points of Londoner hotel. We were offered an upgrade promotion to Charles Suite at a rate of MOP500. And I must tell everybody that the cleanliness and tidiness of the room is superb, one of the best we’ve experienced. Thank you

Staff are super nice, I ordered 3 bottles of water they brought me 6, requested for another “duck” gift as the original one in the room was little damaged…they all brought these things to the room using a tray to serve. And a birthday cake to delight us… The room is spacious if you usually stayed in basic room type of other hotel, I think it can accommodate 1 or 1.5 more king size bed Credits to staff during checkin, room service, even the staff at lift saying goodbye when checkout

As a solo traveller, I am satisfied with the courteous and attentive service provided by members of the staff in Four Seasons. They assisted me and gave me practical suggestions cordially. They asked for my comments and followed without delay. They gave me feed back as soon as possible. The various international cuisines provided in the morning breakfast were unique and attractive. I was exhilarated to see the Teppanyaki ice cream 😍! I ordered one with my own choice of toppings, yum! If you have a sweet tooth, you will be gratified to see various desserts provided. Moreover, a waiter from time to time came to our tables and surprised dinners with limited unique, skillfully crafted dim sums. As a female traveller, the hygiene in the toilet in my room is a vital concern. I was satisfied to find the second roll of toilet paper covered with a decent cover so that it would not be contaminated in exposure to the toilet. Apart from the towels placed outside the bathroom/ bath tub, it was thoughtful that towels were placed beside the beds. It will be more comfortable n healthy to dry feet thoroughly before going to bed. Surely, the view, the decorations, the seasonal flower arrangements and the facilities in this renowned prestigious hotel were impeccable as I expected.

Many many thanks to all the staff who did their utmost to make us feel good during our stay. Everything was really perfect, from check-in to checkout. The room was spacious and well decorated for our anniversary. We particularly liked their bar and the concept they developed for cocktails. The heated pool is beautiful, but the view is a bit obscured by the hotel building on the side.

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the casino can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

I had a not so good experience staying at this hotel. I arrived around 3:15pm and the room was still not ready. Front desk staff told us that we still need to wait another 45 minutes or so, and offered us free welcome drinks at the lounge beside, well that’s the least they could do when check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00pm. I requested higher floors and they only gave me a room on the 17th floor, and there are like 30+ floors. They told me that’s the only room available, I’m disappointed in that as I have booked my room a few days ago and waited so long at checkin. I requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room there was a pungent smell of cigarette smoking. I immediately contact front desk and requested a room change but they refused and told me that’s the only room they have available (would that be possible in such a big hotel?). The hotel just brought an air purifier, which only kill germs but does not deodorize, and we had to face with the smell of cigarettes during our stay. In general the room was spacious and had modern design, just not too practical. The bathroom is large but the shower and the bathtub is very far separated, which is very inconvenient after a bath to walk all the way to the shower when you’re all wet. They also have an electric toilet, but the toilet board itself is very small, I wonder how a tall foreigner can sit on it? One thing I would like to compliment is that the welcome fruits are very fresh and there are many snacks to choose from. The indoor pools is not up to standard as it is relatively small in size, only good for children to play, and also they only had a few chairs for swimmers to use. The hotel is far from the main area of the studio city centre, we had walk quite a bit to the main area where all the shops and restaurants are. The entrance is “enclosed” but building besides, so feeling much isolated when entering from the front entrance.

TThe Hotelier#Macautrip#AltiraMacau. My week-long stay at Altira Macau was a truly memorable experience, marked by luxurious comfort, stunning views, and exceptional service. Situated in the Cotai Strip, the hotel offers a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle, yet is conveniently close to major attractions and entertainment venues. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who made check-in effortless. The lobby’s elegant design set the tone for a high-end experience. My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking panoramic views of Macau’s skyline and bridges. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing restful sleep after busy days exploring the city. The room amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, luxury toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s restaurants. The cuisine was exquisite, with a perfect blend of flavors and impeccable presentation. The restaurant breakfast also featured a wide variety of international and local dishes, catering to all tastes. The hotel’s spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, offering soothing treatments that complemented the luxurious ambiance. The facilities at Altira Macau were excellent, including a well-equipped fitness center, a beautiful indoor pool, and also a casino for entertainment enthusiasts. The hotel’s location made it easy to visit nearby attractions, shopping, and entertainment venues, yet still provided a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. Overall, my stay at Altira Macau exceeded expectations. The combination of sophisticated amenities, attentive staff, and a stunning setting made for a truly indulgent week. I highly recommend the hotel to travelers seeking luxury and comfort in Macau, and I look forward to returning soon.

RRovina MayOur experience was wonderful! We went to waterpark and dine at the new restaurant in the lobby. Staff were friendly and accommodating especially the housekeeping staff - Bryan - who delivered our kid’s amenities request. He was very helpful and professional. Another housekeeping lady - Deanna - during the turndown was very friendly and professional. All the staff in the lobby restaurant were also friendly and nice to us. They accommodate our request for my kid like providing the baby chair and cookies instead of just the complimentary bread.

What truly stood out was the staff’s genuine willingness to help. Whether arranging transportation or recommending hidden gems in the city, they did it all with professionalism and a positive attitude. This level of hospitality is rare and deserves high praise. MmayyyvisI chose the package with free ferry tickets and it’s super value for money! potentially each ferry ticket per pax costs about ~S$27-ish for a return trip. Just that it didn’t include breakfast but not a problem, because you have all restaurants, shops and lots of entertainment just downstairs the hotel :) it’s like a dream come true! Recommended to also walk to the Londoner and Parisian to check out the beautiful architectures.

GGuest UserPros, - Stunning view with cleaned windows - unlike others without proper maintenance. - Functional AC & temperature control - Clean bed/washroom with sufficient toiletries - 5 restaurants with different types of cuisine - Gym & outdoor pool Cons, - Bit far and no shuttle from HZMB Macao Port. Not much to walk/visit around the hotel area. - cockroaches(alike)/insect was found on the bottom of the pool, though lifeguard took immediate action, still a big minus - we arrived earlier than we expect and understood the check-in time not available till 15:00 but the receptionist kept repeating the check-in time without other solutions nor asking us to take a seat/wait/whatever. It sounds like, not my problem that you arrive earlier, and bothering him to check out other customers which they had no customers to checkout at that moment. Overall, Reasonable price, stunning view and well equipped gym. We had a wonderful stay last year but not this time with such reply from the beginning of the stay and poor pool hygiene.

AAlfie&BillieWe booked 3 rooms of this category and they had to move us around due to the renovation noise. Not a problem though! I was on the 16th floor and the view was beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean - having a cup of tea with the view was wonderful. The lifts are fast. The staff are very friendly and nice. They even ran down to the road to call us a taxi when there were none in the hotel. There’s a POPMART at the entrance of the hotel 😂 The housekeeping staff always made the bed beautifully and restocked my towels everyday. The pool area is beautiful and the hotel is well serviced by buses/taxis/walking. A pleasant stay - I wish it was longer.

GGuest UserNot enough check in/out counters. We ordered an extra bed room and need to request setup and supplies after check-in. Breakfast selection was limited and mostly cold food served, and the noodle bar could be more flexible to accommodate guest needs. Perhaps consider offering bacon as a start. Surprised a 5-star hotel doesn't have English movie channels. The 5/F dim sum restaurant was good. The staff were generally friendly.

DDr.SrinivasDuring our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Macau, where we booked two rooms for three adults and one child, we had a delightful time. The hotel’s prime location made it easy for us to explore the vibrant surroundings and nearby attractions. Our accommodations were spacious and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for our family. The staff stood out with their warm hospitality, always ready to assist us with a smile. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast spread, which catered to various tastes and was enjoyable for both adults and children. My child loved the pool area, which offered a safe and entertaining environment to unwind. Overall, our experience at the Holiday Inn Macau exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in this lively city.
