Hotel seems a bit dated to my taste but it is very well maintained. Excellent service and housekeeping, everything was great from the doorman and reception to my departure. Beautiful swimming pool area, good GYM. I loved the breakfast buffet, one of the best I’ve tried in Macau. One star off the service for having to wait to be seated for breakfast despite having the reservation time, my plans had to be moved because of this. The rest was brilliant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. Thank you, Mandarin Oriental, for an unforgettable vacation!

It was beyond expectation and satisfying. The hotel hardware is luxurious and exquisite, clean and sanitary. The software service is even more satisfactory, and the butler service system is particularly considerate. From the moment I checked in, a butler was always available to provide considerate service. I had already added my contact information before I checked in. They added a bed for us as requested and gave us a lot of desserts. The bouquet of flowers to welcome us was also very pleasing. I would like to thank the butler Ken Zhang for his attentive and considerate service, and also thank the butler Lucas Lu for his enthusiastic company. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Macau.

Awesome stay. Service was fabulous. Very convenient. Perfect for a family. They even put in a little extra bed in our room and all the kid amenities. There is nothing cuter than hotel child’s robe and slippers. I really liked that the hotel isn’t too big with long long lines at check in or check out and crowds of people everywhere. Highly recommend and will go again once House of Dancing Waters opens again.

Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls. Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

I chose the package with free ferry tickets and it’s super value for money! potentially each ferry ticket per pax costs about ~S$27-ish for a return trip. Just that it didn’t include breakfast but not a problem, because you have all restaurants, shops and lots of entertainment just downstairs the hotel :) it’s like a dream come true! Recommended to also walk to the Londoner and Parisian to check out the beautiful architectures.

Our first time staying at Parisian and it won’t be our last. We booked a deluxe room with king size bed. The room was huge and equipped with the usual amenities like toothbrush, slippers etc. We asked for a bucket of ice and it was promptly brought to us though it was past 10pm. We arrived early and left our luggage at the concierge as we wanted to be at Galaxy Arena for J-Hope concert. This hotel is a 8-10 minute walk to Galaxy Arena. Very convenient and connect to the mall with food court and other shopping and also connected via covered walkway to Londoner and Venetian. Upon check out, we could store our luggage at their huge baggage area, retrieving the luggage was a breeze. There is free shuttle to Taipa Ferry Pier as well. Highly recommended this hotel if you are attending a concert at Galaxy Arena. It may not be as close as Galaxy Hotel or Andaz, but it is cost friendly. Very important when you already fork out a lot for concert tickets.

BBargh Shiraz 2025.04.09
We stayed at Grand Lisboa Palace for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant design and spacious, comfortable rooms. The service was excellent, and you can really tell they pay attention to the details. The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all fantastic — perfect for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was also top-notch, with plenty of variety and high-quality options. The only small downside was the limited Mediterranean and Middle Eastern selections at breakfast. It would be great to see items like white cheese, walnuts, or Arabic bread included in the future. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Macau!

GGuest UserThis is my birthday trip to Macau with my wife, we struggled to choose which hotel to stay around this area, in the end we decided to stay here and found out it was totally worth it! By stepping in the hotel Mr Patrick directly helped us by taking our luggage and took us to the reception, Ms Carol who helped us check in was super nice and professional, Ms Jacey walked us to our hotel room and did a nice tour, then we met Delfin and Nelson amazing house keeping team! The birthday decoration was surprising and the amenities was really good. Hotel Nuwa will always be my first choice and highly recommend to my friends and families! Special thanks to all the staff! Also the location is super convenient.

BbeebiezI had a not so good experience staying at this hotel. I arrived around 3:15pm and the room was still not ready. Front desk staff told us that we still need to wait another 45 minutes or so, and offered us free welcome drinks at the lounge beside, well that’s the least they could do when check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00pm. I requested higher floors and they only gave me a room on the 17th floor, and there are like 30+ floors. They told me that’s the only room available, I’m disappointed in that as I have booked my room a few days ago and waited so long at checkin. I requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room there was a pungent smell of cigarette smoking. I immediately contact front desk and requested a room change but they refused and told me that’s the only room they have available (would that be possible in such a big hotel?). The hotel just brought an air purifier, which only kill germs but does not deodorize, and we had to face with the smell of cigarettes during our stay. In general the room was spacious and had modern design, just not too practical. The bathroom is large but the shower and the bathtub is very far separated, which is very inconvenient after a bath to walk all the way to the shower when you’re all wet. They also have an electric toilet, but the toilet board itself is very small, I wonder how a tall foreigner can sit on it? One thing I would like to compliment is that the welcome fruits are very fresh and there are many snacks to choose from. The indoor pools is not up to standard as it is relatively small in size, only good for children to play, and also they only had a few chairs for swimmers to use. The hotel is far from the main area of the studio city centre, we had walk quite a bit to the main area where all the shops and restaurants are. The entrance is “enclosed” but building besides, so feeling much isolated when entering from the front entrance.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new and offers excellent amenities. However if you which to use the facilities like the grand resort and kids zone play area you will have to travel buy bus, which the hotel offers for free of charge. Having said that, when you are travelling with children, in and out of air conditions after swimming, wasn’t ideal.

Staff were friendly and accommodating especially the housekeeping staff - Bryan - who delivered our kid’s amenities request. He was very helpful and professional. Another housekeeping lady - Deanna - during the turndown was very friendly and professional. All the staff in the lobby restaurant were also friendly and nice to us. GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.

PPolly123Had a lovely long weekend (3 nights) and would happily return. The room was super clean and replenished several times per day (coffee / towels etc.) All of the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help, and even knew my name. The hotel is only 20 mins walk away from the ruins of St. Paul and the Lisboa Hotel so it was easy to get around. I also had their delicious dinner buffet one evening and was very impressed with the quality and the range of choices. I also used the spa for a facial and massage and was pampered! Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

One of the highlights was the balcony that came with my room, providing a perfect spot to unwind. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone, from the reception team to housekeeping, the staff at the gym, connivence store and restaurants contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. I want to give a special shoutout to Ouan, Lok, Terry, Melvin, Stanley, and Barry for their kindness and support throughout my stay. Overall, my time was outstanding, and I can’t wait to return! AAlfie&BillieWe booked 3 rooms of this category and they had to move us around due to the renovation noise. Not a problem though! I was on the 16th floor and the view was beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean - having a cup of tea with the view was wonderful. The lifts are fast. The staff are very friendly and nice. They even ran down to the road to call us a taxi when there were none in the hotel. There’s a POPMART at the entrance of the hotel 😂 The housekeeping staff always made the bed beautifully and restocked my towels everyday. The pool area is beautiful and the hotel is well serviced by buses/taxis/walking. A pleasant stay - I wish it was longer.

GGuest UserWe checked in the hotel on 20 Feb. The bedroom is on the fourth floor. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Looking out of the windows, you can see the beautiful sea view. The service was good. You can watch a movie at the Bona Cinema. The location of the hotel is convenient. Nearby there is a bus terminal where you can go to everywhere. Within walking distance, you can go to some famous places of interest.  It was an enjoyable stay and I felt satisfied. I would suggest that there should be more restaurants in the hotels in the future.
