"Good location in Paradiso which takes 20 minutes leisurely walk to centre of Lugano. Breakfast was great and outdoor swimming pool looked nice for summer. Room size was decent but no frills for room amenities, like no indoor slippers, no hair conditioner, no soap, etc. There is a parking under hotel which is shared with Ibis hotel and charged for everyday (23CHF?). We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our weekend break there."

We were able to get into our room at 2 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. As we wanted separate beds and these were only available in the higher category, we were simply ”upgraded”, simply top notch.
