"Having stayed at other Ramada hotels before, I chose the Ramada for my trip to Longmen. It was a truly remarkable choice. This hotel is arguably the best in Longmen County, with excellent amenities. The guest rooms were large, the bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The views overlooking Zengjiang River and Fenta Mountain Forest Park were particularly stunning. The staff were warm and courteous, and deserve praise. They even provided complimentary milk and fruit every day. The buffet breakfast was excellent in both variety and quality, which I highly recommend. Parking at the hotel was convenient and free. A souvenir was also given upon departure. Having visited many county towns, I rarely find a hotel this good and this value-for-money. Highly recommended."

"1. **Cleanliness**: Not very clean. The coffee table in the room was really dirty; I had to wipe it myself right after checking in. There was also dust in several spots that hadn't been cleaned. 2. **Environment**: It was okay. The lake outside on the farm smelled a bit, but there were two pavilions built by the inner lake, complete with black swans. The 'Golden Waterfall' also spouts water at night. 3. **Dining**: The Chinese restaurant was incredibly bad. We ordered six dishes, and every single one was unappetizing. On top of that, the service was very slow; our last dish arrived only after we had finished everything else (though we did manage to cancel it). We went to a local farmhouse restaurant the next day, and it absolutely blew this hotel's Chinese restaurant out of the water. 4. **Room**: The hotel is relatively new, and the room looked quite modern. However, the details were lacking. For example, the light by the entrance was sensor-activated, only turning on when the door opened. There's a mirror by the door for checking your appearance and changing shoes, and the lack of light there was really inconvenient. For a room type costing over 2,000, the hairdryer felt like something bought for 5 RMB on Pinduoduo. It was one of those flimsy, foldable hairdryers from 20 years ago. For such an expensive hotel and room, if not a Dyson, at least a Laifen, right? The bedding for the children's bed looked like it hadn't been replaced in a long time; there were holes in the sheets. 5. **Hot Springs**: Most of the hot spring pools weren't warm enough. Even the swimming pool in the hot spring area had cold water, making it useless in winter. I'm not sure what purpose an outdoor pool serves in a hot spring area when it's completely empty. The hot springs do offer free meals, and the grotto hot spring is somewhat unique. Parking was great; no registration needed to exit. They also upgraded my room for free. Overall, there isn't much to do, it's pretty average."

CLOUD NINE HOT SPRING WHISKEY HOTEL ★★★★★

"The two-bedroom apartment definitely isn't 112 square meters; it's probably 60-70 sqm at most, which is quite small. The moment I opened the door, I felt disoriented, as if I'd walked into a standard, pre-furnished apartment in a regular residential complex. It just had a set of furniture, completely lacking any hotel design. Besides two pendant lights in the living room, all other rooms, including the bathrooms, only had downlights, with no other lighting fixtures. Both bathrooms were tiny. The shower glass was covered in water stains, so dense I almost thought they were decorative patterns. This is severely mismatched with the 1660 weekend room rate. The hot spring entrance is in the neighboring building, the Cloudtop Hot Spring Resort Hotel, requiring an outdoor walk to get there. The indoor kids' play area is quite a distance away, past the outdoor hot spring area in another tall building. There's no cover, which would be very inconvenient if it rained. If you're not planning to use the hot springs and just want to visit the indoor play area, I recommend driving and parking in the ground or underground garage of that building, as there's a public entrance there. The hot springs and kids' play area are excellent, especially the indoor kids' play area. It's spacious, protected from sun and rain, with very new and diverse facilities, and plenty of benches for parents to rest. It's really great. The Chinese restaurant is also very good. The ingredients are fresh, the taste is excellent, and it offers great value for money. There are many attentive and helpful staff members. We chose this hotel specifically for the indoor kids' play area. We had stayed at the adjacent R&F Hilton Hotel the day before, and comparing the two, the Hilton was definitely better. If you have specific accommodation requirements, I'd suggest staying at the Hilton and just driving over to buy tickets for the hot springs/play area; it's very close, only a 2-minute drive."

"First of all, it's really spacious! The room could easily fit four adults, and the amenities are excellent. It was quiet at night, which made for a good sleep. They also offer afternoon tea, and the lady at the front desk even gave us a complimentary breakfast yesterday. Superb! 😊"
